Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Other companies quoted a price before even looking at what the issue was.

Highly recommended. I had purchased a new home and needed locks to be changed. I was very pleased that regardless of the number doors I had, I could have one key for all doors. I found the quoting process very easy, straightforward, and without any pressure to purchase anything. I found the pricing very fair and honest. Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable, and replaced my seized patio door lock barrel quickly and efficiently. My house now feels more secure, and his service was reasonably priced.

I called Richard yesterday evening at 8.30pm as we needed a front door lock replacing urgently. He arrived super quickly within 15 minutes & took apart the old lock & changed it to a new one speedily & efficiently. He was a lovely guy & was really patient with my disabled cousin who's house it was to make sure he could use the new lock easily & was happy with it. After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. Cannot recommend this company highly enough from first phone call to having my keys made Ash couldn’t do enough to help kindness isn’t a thing of the past this young man had it by the bucket loads even carried my heavy bags in for me very reasonable pricing some of the quotes I had was so high he’s my go to guy 10/10

On Saturday we were unable to lock our front door. Phoned Tom at Top Locks and he turned up just over an hour later and replaced the door lock mechanism. Tom has done work for us before at another address and on both occasions he has turned up when he said he would. Tom is polite, friendly and efficient. I can definitely recommend Top Locks.
