Flawless venue dressing provides the dressing for my mum's wedding. Liz was super helpful and gave so many ideas which we hadn't thought of. Liz went above and beyond on the day and made the occasion so special. The room looked beautiful.

I can't recommend Liz enough. From start to finish the service was amazing. The amount of time & effort put in really did shine through, our reception looked stunning. The support from Justine and the team at Knockerdown wedding venue was first class in helping my daughter and new husband plan the perfect wedding day, and perfect it was. Nothing was too much trouble and were very supportive throughout without being in your face. The whole weekend was fantastic, and the cottages were spotlessly clean and furnished to the highest standard. Friends and family spent the whole weekend there and couldn't stop praising the whole event. Obviously, a lot was down the impeccable planning by the bride and groom (they had thought of EVERYTHING! down to the finest of details) and the massive support from Justine at the venue. If there had been an option to give this place a 10-star review, I would have done.

We had the most amazing wedding experience. From our initial viewing of the property to our final day packing up all our wedding things. Fiona, you are an absolute gem. I had no worries on my wedding day at all. Not one bit. Everything, right down to the signs on the doors to the complimentary prosecco in our rooms was just amazing. Short review - if you’re thinking of booking Knockerdown for your wedding- do it! You will not regret it. From start to finish the service and support from Fiona and the rest of the team is outstanding. The venue is beautiful, and we had the best weekend ever. Long review- where do we begin? We visited the venue and fell in love straight away, the opportunity to have all our friends and family stay on site in beautiful self catering accommodation was one we could not miss. The cottages are so nice, homely & have all that you need. The Brackendale room where you can be married and/or have your wedding breakfast and evening reception is stunning. There’s so many facilities on site to use, including a games room and swimming pool. The views are stunning and there’s the opportunity to get married outside. I got ready in the Bonsall cottage and if you don’t have a large bridal party, this is an excellent space to get ready and then turns into the most beautiful honeymoon suite. The venue is a 10 out of 10, not one fault. In terms of Fiona and the team, they are outstanding. Everyone we came into contact with made us feel so important and relaxed, so friendly and professional. Fiona was amazing, from the moment we booked she has supported us with every choice, we put our complete trust in her as she’s so good at what she does. At no point did I ever feel stressed as I know she had it all in hand. We made full use of the venue for the whole weekend and had soooo many suppliers, so we made Fiona work- and it was seamless. We had a pie van and band on the Friday. Saturday was our wedding day and we had fish and chips, ice cream, pizza, DJ, Photo Booth, audio guestbook, live singer. Sunday we had a Greek van and a magician. So as you can see, we took full advantage of using this beautiful venue. We are so grateful for everything that Fiona did for us in ensuring all the suppliers ran smoothly. We couldn’t get married outside, which is what I desperately wanted but the way Fiona was so chilled and so reassuring just made me so at ease and just go with the flow, and now I’m so glad I got married in the Brackendale room as it’s stunning! Many of our guests have said that it’s the best wedding that they have been to and because it’s a DIY venue, they said it was so unique and different to any other wedding they’ve experienced. Having a wedding weekend instead of a wedding day is the way forward, we enjoyed every single minute. Book it - you will not regret! Leah and the team at Cherished Moments were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went in with no idea of what I wanted just 3 months until my wedding day. Leah listened to my ramble of what I thought I wanted and then shared her vision before executing it to perfection on our wedding day. The way she decorated our venue left people gobsmacked it was absolutely stunning (see pictures.) Our photographer commented that it was the nicest decor of our venue that he’d photographed; our guests were wowed and the venue were impressed so much so that they asked her to leave her business card. A really lovely wedding in a truly gorgeous setting! I came here with my partner for a friends wedding, and also stayed in the lodges the night after. The venue was beautifully decorated and spacious. It has a beautiful courtyard for photos to be taken after the reception. The food for the wedding breakfast and the evening was delicious with plenty to go around. The lodges themselves were nice and clean, with a comfy bed to rest after dancing all evening. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant in the morning was also delicious with lots of options. The views from the restaurant out onto the lakes were also stunning. After my experience as a guest I would definitely recommend booking your wedding here. If you’re a guest going to stay, then look forward to it!

Wow what a wedding venue, we had our day on 17/11/24 and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Victoria and the whole team went above and beyond for us to make our day perfect. From the moment we first came to see the venue, all the way through booking and the many many emails back and forth during the planning process, the team made sure we felt special all the way through. From the moment I enquired about a sail cloth tent for my wedding I felt I was in safe hands. I received emails with ideas and photos of other weddings which I found so useful. Then there was the open days which really allowed you to get excited and inspired. The planning meetings answered questions I didn’t even know I had to be able to make our day run as smooth as possible! I had complete confidence that everything was covered come the day. The construction team visited the site prior to the wedding and then on the day, I was so impressed with how efficient the team were at assembling the tent. Such a fabulous team that worked so hard to get our venue up and ready so we could get in to decorate. Communication was excellent. We also opted for day management and I can’t tell you how glad I am! Beth was so fantastic! I genuinely didn’t have to think of a thing, she kept everything running so smoothly without any hassle. Beth organised everything on the day to perfection and even did things that I had forgotten needed to be put out etc.. I can not encourage anyone thinking about it enough, you will not regret it. She is absolutely brilliant!! Thanks Sami Tipi Team. You are all brilliant and would not hesitate in a second to recommend you to somebody! You made our wedding so special! We used Sami Tipi for our September 2024 wedding (with Cattows Farm as our venue). The whole team were amazing from the start, with Jodie explaining all the amazing perks of a Tipi wedding, Beth helping up plan every little detail and Craig ensuring everything was set up just as we'd imagined it. A special shout out to Beth as she had an amazing knack of knowing exactly what we were trying to explain, even before we'd managed to find the words! Some people might think that a Tipi wedding might be more stressful as there's more things to coordinate but this couldn't be further from the truth. From day one, we felt fully supported and any queries we had were answered so quickly. All options were openly explained and all we had to do was chose what, when and where. We had so many compliments from friends and family, saying how wonderful everything looked. Even our family members who'd asked why we weren't going for a 'normal' wedding in a church or hotel said they finally understood our vision on the day. For anyone considering a Sami Tipi wedding, we would highly recommend going to one of the showcases throughout the year. They really helped visualize how everything would come together. Also, we chose most of our other suppliers from meeting them at the showcases, it was great to have suppliers that had all worked together before so knew the drill. Overall, we couldn't highly recommend the Sami Tipi team enough for our perfect day!

We found out about Sami Tipi after seeing a friend had used them for their wedding. When I got in contact with the team, from the very first email, everything has been amazing. Everything was dealt with so professionally and without hesitation. With only having 6 months to plan the wedding and after moving the venue at the beginning, everything has been a breeze for Beth and the team and they've all been amazing during every stage. Going to one of their open days just 2 months before our wedding was definitely worth it as it gave us a real insight into what our day would look like. Communication with Beth and then with Craig and the set up team was so easy and the team arrived and set up so quickly. Firstly, what a team there is at Sami Tipi! You guys were absolutely incredible! This company cannot do enough to help you out in your preparations. We hired a 2 pole sailcloth tent for our home wedding in June and it was absolutely perfect. The service allowed us to create the perfect layout, hire various items and then you are free to decorate in the style you wish to complement your items. There was always someone to contact when you needed to make an alteration right up to the day you need it. Super efficient and it was a pleasure to meet you all! Big thanks goes to the team who erected the tent for your hard work and efforts, you guys are really doing an awesome job going back and forth to different locations and also a big thanks to Beth for being so warm and friendly and for continually being there for us through the process. Iv been scammed in the past with my wedding and I explained this in my messages and this lovely lady was so understanding and made me feel at ease straight away! Even on her holiday! Nothing was too much trouble and even managed to change the sequins last minute at my request! Tim came and set up such a nice bloke! Me and my partner was having a laugh with him about our own attempt at some balloons haha will defo be using their services in the future! Can’t recommend the company enough! Couldn't recommend enough!! I got married 3 weeks ago today and leading up to the day Epic Events couldn't do enough, they were regularly checking in making sure they had everything i needed, that colours matched, going over foliage and so on! They are both so lovely, easy to talk to, down to earth and the room was absolutely stunning! The colours were beautiful and everything really was just perfectly done. Would highly recommend to anyone for any event.

We got married here in August and had a fantastic day. The venue is great - private, rustic and beautifully set up. All the staff were great and they made everything easy. We loved the ceremony room in particular, it was exactly what we were looking for. We were lucky to have had a beautiful sunny day, but this venue would have been amazing whatever the weather so we wasn't too worried about the chance of rain. The venue are absolutely top class at communication, which is one of the main things you want when planning your wedding. We absolutely loved our wedding at Hanbury, and we both honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Hanbury were in constant contact and no question was too small. The venue having 3 seperate rooms for each part of the day was a massive selling point for us. We got married here on 16th May 2024 and Hanbury Barns was the most perfect venue for us! It has everything we could have asked for and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Kayleigh was our wedding coordinator and she was just perfect for us. Nothing was ever too much to ask for and she made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process. The venue is beautiful and immaculate and despite the torrential rain all day, it was just so perfect for us. It is a fully accessible venue with no steps which was ideal for some of our family members with mobility issues. The accommodation in the pods was beautiful and so clean and well kept too. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and everyone had such an amazing day. I will be recommending this venue to everyone and anyone! Dave was the best DJ we could’ve asked for! He went out of his way to make sure we had our Wedding reception the way we wanted it and kept the party going perfectly! David, Angela and Robert have been amazing from start to finish! A brilliant app to plan your wedding music and the team kept in contact throughout the whole planning process! Robert was our DJ for the night and although our wedding party wasn't huge, everyone had a great time and danced the night away! Great selection of music that catered for everyone. A huge bonus when Robert also sent over some beautiful photos and videos of the night which is so lovely as we were so busy enjoying ourselves we didn't take any of our own photos! David at Bliss was brilliant from start to finish. We had the all day package and photo booth for our wedding. I was a little dubious about a photo booth, but it was absolutely brilliant and all of our guests loved it. The equipment and props were top notch and it added an extra special something to the evening. David himself is a character. He’s funny, friendly, confident and very organised. We felt in complete safe hands with him and nothing was too much trouble. He was in regular contact in the run up to our wedding and we felt everything would run smoothly with his involvement. David also took a lot of photos and videos which was brilliant, as we got lots back from him before having to wait for the final professional shots.
