We booked Ellie for our wedding in May. Ellie's communication leading up to the wedding was fab and she really undetstood what we wanted for our big day. We met Ellie the night before at the venue and she was lovely and friendly. Our ceremony room was beautiful and looked amazing with the chair hoods and broaches. The sweet cart was fab and went down well with all ages. A couple of things did get missed off and were missing for the wedding which i discussed with Ellie after and she kindly refunded me for those items. Thank you for making our venue look exactly how we wanted it.

I cant thank Ellie enough for her help with decorating the venue for our wedding. It was like a dream come true when I saw the room all dressed up. An absolutely stunning flower arch (which Ellie personalised to match the colour theme) spectacular centre pieces (again personalised to colour theme) and stylish table plan and name cards, all made the room look like a fairytale. Ellie was a dream to make arrangements with, communication was prompt and reliable. Couldn't be more happier with the service we received and we were delighted with the outcome. I honestly cannot express how highly I recommend everything covered! Originally booked for a wedding in 2020 which was cancelled due to covid, after another attempted and failed wedding, we finally got there! (Third time lucky!) So much changed in this time, the venue (twice), the decor, the items I hired (even to the point that the day before the wedding we were messaging about what decor we could add!) and honestly Ellie went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us! She even added extra covers on the day as the venue misunderstood the table plan and therefore we ended up with more chairs than expected! The covers, hoods, the most beautiful starlight curtain and she even added a beautiful ‘happily ever after’ sign which just added to the ambience! Thank you so much, I can’t have been an easy customer but nothing felt too much of an ask and she was so helpful and understanding! Thank you!

Ellie at everything covered dressed our entire wedding and I can not express how incredible everything was, from the details in the ceremony to the finishing touches for our gift table. Ellie created exactly what we had imagined the rooms would look like, she was so professional and efficient throughout the whole process and made it so enjoyable to plan with her. We hired Amanda for our Wedding in May 2024 as a wedding coordinator, and by far was probably the best decision we made during our planning. I honestly don’t know how our wedding would have taken place on the day without Amanda. Amanda set up all our props for our Wedding the day before / morning of, and then coordinated our day. Amanda really went above and beyond throughout the day, keeping the day on track and making sure it aligned to mine and my husband wishes. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she really brought our vision to life. We honestly cannot say thank you enough and would absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone getting married. We recently got married at Old Gore Barn in the cotswolds, and Amanda, our wedding stylist, was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t recommend her more if you are looking for a wedding stylist. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process, and we knew we could trust her entirely with brining our vision to life. She had incredible suggestions for our day of how we could include our own sourced decor with her own collection and she just went above and beyond to think about every little detail of styling for the venue. On the big day, we were truly blown away with the attention to detail and scale that Amanda was able to achieve with a tight set up time. We had our guests and other suppliers commenting what an amazing job she had done and what a genuinely gorgeous person she is to work with. If you're getting married and are considering a wedding stylist, my one suggestion is to book Amanda while you can ! Amanda is so talented and incredible at what she does. Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does and thinks of everything she is also a wonderful person. She’s calm, intuitive, supportive and thoughtful all whilst being amazingly efficient. From zoom calls to site visits to being on site days before the wedding, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks and runs as best as it can. Bespoke Weddings have really helped us out, our wedding would have never have happened so soon without them and the competition. From the initial meeting with Maria she has been very supportive with our situation and helpful with us going ahead with the wedding in 6 months time which is very encouraging. We've never felt any pressure to go ahead with the competition or other options given but it's nice they support local companies. I would recommend anyone to apply to the competitions as it could save you a huge amount and get you married sooner than you ever expected and change your life!

Review From the moment we got the call to say we had won round one of the wedding competition to the moment we woke up as husband and wife, Maria and Bespoke have been incredible. There is so much press on how stressful planning a wedding is but for us it has been the opposite, in fact it was rather a magical experience and we only had just over 4 months to get it all done! Maria was there on the day and made sure we had everything we needed and throughout the day she made sure we were happy, she was amazing and it was a blessing to have her as part of our day. Thank you to Bespoke for everything they do for couples getting married, your company is outstanding. The biggest thank you goes to Maria for her professional and passionate approach to planning our big day. She started as our planner but now she’s more like family.

I was absolutely floored when I got the call that we had won the first part of the contest! Honestly, it's made having a wedding much more feasible for myself and my partner. Even better than that has been Holly as our wedding planner - she's gone above and beyond to help us plan the day, and answer any questions we have (and we definitely have a lot!). I would highly recommend Carolina to anyone planning a wedding in Italy. We saved so many hours of research because of her knowledge and experience. Carolina has been a pleasure to work with. We always knew we wanted to get married in Italy but I didn’t know where to start. Carolina arranged our wedding in Sicily in April 24. We aren't great planners (hence enlisting her help) and with very little guidance she quickly understood us as a couple and managed to source THE most beautiful venue that was absolutely suited to what we wanted, all within our budget. She was helpful, available when we needed her, and empathetic. She and her team conjured the most wonderful, memorable three days, and we are forever grateful to them all. Recommended! X

Carolina, Giulia, and Abi, thank you for helping us achieve our dream wedding in Tuscany! The process was seamless, and Carolina's expertise kept it stress free throughout. We had just 11 months to plan our wedding, so we thought there may have to be some compromises in venue etc. however, we didn't have to make any. All our vendors were amazing, everything was perfect, and there is absolutely nothing we would have changed. We had regular communication, quick replies, and full confidence everything was under control. Carolina and Giulia being there on the day was amazing as it meant we could fully enjoy our day, and not have to worry about timelines, coordinating the vendors etc. We couldn't recommend Carolina and her team enough, there is nothing more we could have asked for from them. You dressed my Daughters wedding at Donington park Farmhouse 3.11.23 and WOW you are amazing at what you do and the venue looked absolutely beautiful. Such a professional company from the first communication to the big day. As this was a barn wedding we were not allowed real candles and was a little worried as I don’t like the artificial ones but I can honestly say you couldn’t tell they were stunning and so were your flowers the venue was beautiful, Thank you sooo much. Dominique was brilliant!!!! from meeting us at the venue a few months prior, to the morning of the wedding and even after, Dominique was great. She really listened to everything we wanted (and helped us along the way when we didn't have a clue :)) The ceremony room and the reception room looked absolutely stunning!! and at the end of the night she spoke with us asking how the day had gone whilst helping to clear everything away! We can’t thank you enough for how incredible you made our venue look on our wedding day. The whole place looked absolutely stunning and you brought our vision to life then exceeded it! From the bigger pieces including the flower arch to the finer details - everything looked perfect. We paid most of our wedding costs some 11/12 months before it took place on May 30th 2023. But we had neglected room decoration, had not even thought about it until the manager of the reception venue asked who had we hired. So, we did a little research and were taken aback a little at how much these things cost. However, it was no contest really, White Petal easily topped our list, and are certainly not the most expensive. Dominique worked with us and was full of ideas to guide us. The room on the day, exceeded all of our expectations, and was worth every penny. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was, and the Hydrangea wall was a lovely touch that made for some beautiful photos. If we could do it all again (10th anniversary maybe?), then we wouldn't hesitate to hire Dominique and her team again. Thank you so much x

We used White Petal for our wedding near Christmas 2024. They were a great lot to deal with and we always had quick responses to any questions or ideas we had. They dressed the ceremony room which included the chair covers, bows, candles, petals etc as well the evening venue room with all the table decorations, candles, wreaths and Christmas bits dotted around. We also hired the giant love letters for the dance floor.

Emma and Rebecca were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the wedding planning process and helped create our perfect vision. The decor looked stunning and the gorgeous grounds provided a beautiful scenery for our day. Our guests, (many of whom had never been to Calke Abbey before) were blown away with the venue. The ladies at Ivy House were superb. They took care of every detail and went out of their away to ensure everything was perfect for us. They went above and beyond making sure every detail was covered. With the beautiful location, extremely professional, thorough and helpful wedding planners and charming décor, it was simply a perfect day! We are so grateful to the Ivy House Ladies for making our Wedding Day everything we could have wished for.

If you want a stress free, beautiful wedding or event I can not recommend Emma and Rebecca enough! They are the most lovely ladies who are there to support from the first viewing to kicking you out at the end of the night. The thought of planning a wedding whilst living abroad was a scary prospect but thanks to Ivy House it was a wonderful experience. Where do I start?! Emma and the team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Emma could make sense of my rather vague descriptions of how I wanted things, the vision seemed clear in my head but it proved difficult trying to explain it. She knew exactly what to do to bring it to life and nothing was too much trouble. On the day she never stopped - she’s the extra bridesmaid/ best friend doing everything she could to help us and keeping us calm, the on the day coordinator seamlessly organising the supplier arrivals, personal chauffeur when we needed to move our car and slightly crazy looking lady running through the gardens so Chris would have a natural smile for the photos!! The dedication was another level! With me being rather OCD I didn’t know if I would be able to step back and enjoy the day fully without worrying about things but from the day before when we took all our things to set up I completely relaxed knowing everything was under control. Emma’s family were the perfect team and they couldn’t do enough for us but at the same time they felt like friends as they are so lovely and chilled. The day went so perfectly and we cannot thank Emma enough for her huge part in this. The only disappointment is that we can’t do the day all over again!!

Wow what a duo! Emma and Rebecca were incredible from start to finish! We couldn’t have wished for better co-ordinators! We rented our table runners, serviettes, place mats, wooden slices and cake stand from These Two Only. Laura was determined to get the absolute perfect colour to match our scheme, and she outdid herself! They matched perfectly, and our tables looked incredible. They were so easy to communicate with, especially as I kept changing my mind (sorry!), and suggested different pieces that I hadn't even thought of, but worked brilliantly with my vision. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

We had Carlo and his wife do our wedding day, we had photos and video of the whole day. They got every little detail and I’m so happy I picked this package with them. I can’t thank them both enough we have such amazing photos and watching the video is like reliving the day again! The lead up to the wedding Carlo was always at hand whenever I needed to ask something he was there and helped guide us throughout it all. We also had the pre wedding photoshoot which was also amazing and we even used one of the photos for our newspapers for the big day! I can’t recommend them enough not even just the photos but as people you really are lovely and so down to earth.. and this is exactly what you need and want in someone for your big day. We had so many guests complimenting the “photographers” saying how lovely they was and how much fun they was having. We booked Derbyshire Wedding Events for our wedding in September. We had Carlo as our photographer for the day. He is such a down to earth person and interacted very well we the bridal party as we were getting ready and also the groom and the guests. We had lots of fun with him taking random photos that you wouldn't even think of! We were laughing all day with him. We really couldn't have asked for a better photographer, we've had the photos back already after only 6 weeks, they are beautiful we are very impressed. His communication throughout put us at ease too, lots of my guests commented on how good he was and I must say very good value for money too. Will highly recommend!
