Very happy with the work completed by Tony. I needed my whole chimney breast replastering due to the previous owners doing a poor job of boarding up the fireplace and plastering over the top of it. Tony's expertise in this area meant I was able to avoid future hassle by highlighting what needed doing, including adding a vent to the boarded up fireplace to give it decent air flow to avoid a build up of condensation. Tony was punctual, professional and didn't mess around with getting the job done to an incredible standard. Would highly recommend T H Building and Plastering, and would definitely use again.

Tony was amazing all round and takes real pride in his work. First contact and communication spot on. We had a garage conversion replacing the garage door with a patio door for a child’s playroom. Tony bricked up part of the door and installed a patio door with damp proof. The job was that that good we had him back to plaster the entire garage. He did a fantastic job and very cost effective, he is a true tradesmen and not many alike. We have recommended him to our friends and family and will continue to do so and we with have him back for future works.

Gav has done so much work on our house over the years - from bespoke carpentry (like benches and wardrobes) and plastering, to laying a patio and fitting a bathroom - and not only is he very skilled, but he's also a super nice guy and very fairly priced. He'll tell you what he's going to do, he arrives on time and then does the work. You literally couldn't ask for anything else.

Gav has done loads of work I'm my home since I bought it. From plastering to bespoke shelves and cupboards, skirting boards to hanging door, he does it all including some teaching along the way. I couldn't recommend him enough!

The question you should really be asking yourself is why would you not get Gav in? Offers up clear and fair estimates and a real attention to detail in what he delivers; little things like a proper clean up of the area or looking to maximise the use of the materials purchased, just go a long way to cermet a top-notch service. He's also just a really nice guy. I've engaged him a few times now and is absolutely my go-to to get projects done I can't/won't do myself.

I'll start from the quote, Jason came out to quote for a couple of different jobs i wanted doing and thats exactly what he did a straight honest quote, not trying to tell me my house was going to fall to bits and i needed this and that extra otherwise it wouldnt work (which we had experienced with another company) the quote came in and it blew the other compaines out the water. Then came the work, it turned out one of the jobs that needed doing was a little more tricky than first thought but Jason talked me through it and ran through a few solutions and we picked the best one for me and im more than greatful he was able to solve it because im not sure many would have, the quality of the work is second to none and is finished to the highest standard and im very pleased. Overall Jason is the best trademan i have ever delt with showed up when he said he would and didnt leave until the job was done not like some that just want an early finish and i would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again Jason i will 100% be using JPH home improvements for any work big or small that needs doing from now on.

Jamie has done many jobs for me from changing the toilet seat, putting up shelves in my garage and boarding out and putting lights in my loft . Sean and Pete Hewitt constructed a double first floor extension on top of two existing ground floor extensions and were perfect , nothing was to much trouble they did everything we asked of them and more . Read the feedback for you're assurance these are the ones to choose for you're project .

S&P Hewitt came highly recommended to us as they'd built our friends extension and our Architect had also seen their wok in the past and said he was impressed with their workmanship. I was apprehensive before the build started because it was a big build, a two storey extension on the side of our house and a single storey extension to the rear. I was worried about every little thing that could possibly go wrong. Thankfully there was nothing to worry about, Sean and Pete were fantastic throughout, nothing seemed to difficult for them and they were always on site, rain or shine other than a week where it snowed early on in the build, (apparently you can't lay bricks in snow!). We love our "new house", it;'s amazing and thanks to S & P Hewitt, looks amazing, our Architect came out to visit a few times through the build and again after it finished and he eve commented on how well they have built it. Cannot recommend them enough, IF we ever move again and decide to undertake another project I'll definitely be contacting them again.
