I used the website to book John to replace the taps in my bathroom. He arrived the following day with all the necessary parts and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate in using his services again and recommending him to others.

We had a number of small plumbing jobs after the New Year and contacted John. Simon did a great job putting up a curtain pole for a heavy thermal door curtain. He is professional and friendly and made sure that I was happy with the job. He also did a short repair of a light fitting, which was very good of him, as I had not arranged this in advance. I'll definitely be asking Simon when it's time to start on that ever-increasing list of jobs that need attention.

Simon has installed an electric radiator in my elderly parents house. He gave us wonderful service and piece of mind. It was nice to know i could rely on Simon to provide such trustworthy service during these difficult times. He prioritised work ahead of other jobs due to their vulnerability, at his own doing without prompting. He is now fixing up their tired kitchen and no doubt will be able to assist further in the future. Tradesmen like this are hard to find, it's just a shame I can't keep him a secret !

A battered old porch needed some major TLC. Dan and Ben not only made it look brand new but painted it beautifully too. No worries about dodgy builders with these guys! Had a new kitchen fitted and plastering done to walls. Service from Level Best was first class from beginning to end. Every aspect of work carried out to perfection, plumber and electrician visits co-ordinated effectively, achieving smooth running and the place was tidied up as much as possible each day. He tiled our bathrooms, fixed our plumbing, painted walls and ceilings, assembled furniture, and travelled across the whole city to collect items for us. I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

Johan recently completed some work for us to locate the source of a water leak in our downstairs WC and repairing water damage to our internal walls and timber work. Johan provided a top rate service. He restored our broken Futon Company oak sofa bed back to full working order , which was not an easy task. Johan is very friendly and very skilled both in finding solutions and in the quality of his finished work. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Johan regarding boxing in my old fireplace and making a bespoke stud wall to cover under the stairs and create a media section. He was extremely professional, kept me upto date on times and days and discussed design ideas taking onboard my needs. The finished products exceeded all my expectations, the craftsmanship was simply superb and the cost was extremely reasonable, given the attention to detail, and skills involved. If you want a professional job then I would highly recommend Johan. I'm definitely retaining his number for future works.

A leaking bath meant I needed a new bath and plumbing, and it had been suggested I needed a whole new bathroom because it was all tiled. That was out of my means. Happily, Daniel replaced the bath with great care and there was no need to do any redial tiling. Really pleased with the result as well as the way the job was done. Daniel always neat, punctual and professional.

Had a boiler service done today, The job was completed by Daniel. He came on time, explained everything thoroughly to me and serviced the boiler in a very professional manner. Very pleased with the great service, I would highly recommend.

Steve installed and fitted a set of doors for us, which were very old and needed lots of expertise to shape and fit. They look amazing and have transformed the look of our home. At the same time Simon and Carl fixed and plastered a hole in our ceiling and finished up around the new door frames. the workmanship was of the highest of standards, and the team were personable, friendly and very respectful of our home. Great work and very pleased with the results, we will definitely use them again in the future, and can't recommend highly enough!

I called for an urgent installation of a new cooker, after my old gas hobs abandoned me. This was a non standard installation, because the cooker was a different size of the previous one and needed to fit between two units of my kitchen, which needed to be moved. I am very happy with the job - they have been responsive, organised, punctual and very reliable. I will definitely call them again in the future for small and big projects in my house!

I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I was very nervous about finding somebody to help with a multitude of jobs which would normally require several tradesmen as there is lots of people that claim they can do everything, but doing it to a good standard is another. I can honestly say it was a pleasure having Ben here, he was not only a pleasure to have round, he was extremely tidy, very fairly priced - the hourly charges generally work in the favour of the customer as he doesnt stop, he had stripped some very old lining paper off for us which was not the easiest but he was patient to get it all off without damaging the walls underneath, he also ensured he put the room back together to enable us to use the room until the plasterer arrives. We will definitely be having Ben back round again.
