Called Craig to remove an old dated carport, he didn’t hesitate to take the job on, came round, gave me a really good competitive price. Arranged to suit my availability. Craig did a really clean job. Took away all the rubbish and more that I didn’t need. Craig is the man you need when you need a job done right. Craig carried out some interior decoration & painting jobs and put up shelves in my mum's house. I found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard. Both Craig & Luke were top notch guys! Really friendly, polite and professional. Their rates were reasonable. Craig was very helpful and nice to talk to. Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Johan recently completed some work for us to locate the source of a water leak in our downstairs WC and repairing water damage to our internal walls and timber work. We are very pleased with the job that Johan has done for us and he was really good at explaining things to us as he was doing the work. I contacted Johan regarding boxing in my old fireplace and making a bespoke stud wall to cover under the stairs and create a media section. He was extremely professional, kept me upto date on times and days and discussed design ideas taking onboard my needs. The finished products exceeded all my expectations, the craftsmanship was simply superb and the cost was extremely reasonable, given the attention to detail, and skills involved. If you want a professional job then I would highly recommend Johan. I'm definitely retaining his number for future works.

Johan was very prompt in responding to my request and skilled in many areas. I requested him to decorate my downstairs loo. He made me a bespoke boxing in of pipework which was removable incase of any future plumbing problems, with tiling and decor. I was pleased with all his work and although I thought his day rate was high once I considered the skill and time involved I realised this was a fair price for the work undertaken. He did also give me a time frame in which it would be completed minimum to maximum which is unusual for workmen. This took him 2 days and am pleased with the result.

I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

Albert was recommended to me through a friend. He fitted 7 internal doors over 2 days. His work was of a very good quality and the price was spot on. He also cleaned up as he was working which isn't always the case when having work done. I will definitely use Albert again in the future.

Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen. Albert is a perfectionist and his work is always completed to a very high standard. What a lovely man! Thank you Albert, we have found the perfect handyman for any future work 😊

Ben has advised on and completed two projects for me now while I've been renovating my house. I now have a lovely kitchen and bathroom all thanks to Ben and his hard work, craftsmanship and friendly but professional approach. He always goes the extra mile, his charges are fair, he gives advice on products, recommends where to get stuff from and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ben was an absolute star from start to finish. Punctual and honest from the beginning. My job presented more issues than when he first started. Didn't phase him, just went to get more materials and carried on. He didn't make any money on the materials and used his trade discount as well. I had a number of jobs building up and was having trouble finding someone who was prepared to tackle everything I needed. Ben was recommended by a number of friends and I wasn't disappointed. Jobs included replacement of an integrated fridge and freezer, loft access with ladder, bathroom extractor fan replacement and external gutters cleaned including disassembly of downpipes where necessary to remove years of crud build up. Clear pricing, reliable and kept me informed of progress throughout. I would highly recommend Pinfold and I'm sure this isn't the last time I'll call on Ben for ongoing work.

I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I was very nervous about finding somebody to help with a multitude of jobs which would normally require several tradesmen as there is lots of people that claim they can do everything, but doing it to a good standard is another. I can honestly say it was a pleasure having Ben here, he was not only a pleasure to have round, he was extremely tidy, very fairly priced - the hourly charges generally work in the favour of the customer as he doesnt stop, he had stripped some very old lining paper off for us which was not the easiest but he was patient to get it all off without damaging the walls underneath, he also ensured he put the room back together to enable us to use the room until the plasterer arrives. We will definitely be having Ben back round again.
