We had a great deal of work done to the ground floor of our house resulting in the downstairs hallway and top landing needed to be decorated. Ben was recommended to us and we are very pleased with the work that he did and within a tight time-scale as we where in temporary accommodation, his attention to detail and the quality of his work means that we are more than happy to recommend Ben to anyone we will definitely be having Ben back for any other jobs that come along in the future.

I am compelled to share my excellent experience with Robert the Handyman. He was recently able to fit numerous fittings for our baby's bedroom and put together a toy at short notice, working well after hours with precision, care, and timeliness. We had been struggling to find a handyman who was available to fit the fittings for our baby's bedroom, as it was a relatively small job and most handymen were booked up weeks in advance. We were also keen to have the fittings fitted as soon as possible, as we were expecting our baby to arrive any day. Robert was able to come to our house the very next day, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and fitted all of the fittings perfectly. He also put together a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. Robert was very professional and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help us. He is a highly skilled handyman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Bobby-man-can maintenance has done a lot of work for us. We are DIY disasters and find that whenever we ask for a quote, there is never a job too big or too small. Everything has been carried out to a high standard. One of the largest jobs to be carried out was the insulation and boarding out of our entire loft. I've used Level Best since 2017 when during a thunderstorm one Sunday evening I discovered rainwater pouring in from above my kitchen window and door. Johan was very prompt in responding to my request and skilled in many areas. I requested him to decorate my downstairs loo. He made me a bespoke boxing in of pipework which was removable incase of any future plumbing problems, with tiling and decor. I was pleased with all his work and although I thought his day rate was high once I considered the skill and time involved I realised this was a fair price for the work undertaken. He did also give me a time frame in which it would be completed minimum to maximum which is unusual for workmen. This took him 2 days and am pleased with the result.

I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

I contacted Johan regarding boxing in my old fireplace and making a bespoke stud wall to cover under the stairs and create a media section. He was extremely professional, kept me upto date on times and days and discussed design ideas taking onboard my needs. Ben did a brilliant job for us repairing our leaking gutters which had been poorly installed. He was also incredibly helpful offering advice for other issues we had with the house. I wouldn't hesitate in using Benvale again or recommending to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Ben has done a wonderful job on refreshing our walk in shower cubicle, removing and replacing all the old grout,re-grouting and resealing. He was recommended to us by a friend and we have not been disappointed. Very professional, cleared away all evidence of a very messy job we are very satisfied, our bathroom looks as new again.
