The short version: Ryan and his team are absolutely amazing, use them for all your building needs. The longer version: I knew instantly after meeting Ryan I wanted him to convert my loft. He was organised, meticulous, calm and polite. His quote was the most expensive (but you get what you pay for - the best!), and I had to wait a while for him to have availability, but he was worth every single penny and worth the wait. The finances were laid out clearly, I knew what was costing what and any potential changes to the budget were discussed with me and I had the chance to offer my suggestions and ideas. I felt involved, but never overburdened in any way. I knew the plan for each day and I got regular updates (particularly useful when I was working away and not seeing the workmen on some days). The building work ran into a few problems (as building work often does) but for every problem, Ryan and his team offered me several solutions. I was kept up-to-date, I knew when people would be in my house and they always turned up bang on time. Every night they swept and hoovered to keep my house as neat as they could throughout the work. I cannot thank Ryan and his team enough. They made a stressful experience enjoyable, we had plenty of laughs along the way and the quality of the work is absolutely exceptional. Everything met the standards required by the local building inspectors, who I think were equally delighted with the work. I'll definitely have them back for my next (smaller!) home renovation project.

The work carried out by Ryan and his team has been impeccable. Ryan arrived each day promptly and worked really hard to finish our garage conversion as swiftly as possible. All the work is of a high standard and we are exceptionally pleased with the work, before during and after. I used Ryan and his team to convert a garage into a bathroom and add a small utility area to a new kitchen. From start to finish I would thoroughly recommend Armison for any building work that needs to be done, all the team were professional, clean, organised and meticulous in their approach. The new space now looks amazing and we have a lovely new kitchen/utility and bathroom. The finish is of the highest standard and Ryan takes his time to talk through each element and offer his expertise in what can be done and what maybe done etc depending on budget, time and so on, which is definitely required with this sort of project. I would strongly recommend Armison and no doubt will use them again for any future works I intend to carry out.

Ryan and the team carried out our extension in Spring 2023 and we are so pleased with everything from start to finish. The extension started when our baby was only 3 months old and I really appreciated Ryan's communication and patience with me whilst I was struggling with sleepless nights and no kitchen. The work was water tight within 5 weeks which was super impressive (so much so that I wasn't ready with a chosen kitchen!). However Ryan was flexible and came back to fit the kitchen once I was ready. The team were super tidy and the dust and disruption was at a minimal. We live in a tight cul de sac and they worked around this perfectly. They were here every weekday in ALL weathers, and we really did have it all! I have found it rare to find a builder who is also good at communication, on time and organised so this was very welcome. We now have a lovely family space that our 9 month old little boy loves playing in. Thank you so much Armison.

He is a mathematics graduate, so massively overqualified, but this background reflects in his handy work; His DIY is Executed with precision, Immaculate presentation and he is always reliable and prompt when you call on him. 2 absolute professionals from pricing the job, explaining what they would be doing, how long the work would take and the work they carried out. We were recommended to this company by friends and their workmanship was second to none. 2 rooms redecorated, 3 walls painted, 1 wall papered, woodwork and doors glossed in each room. Then tiled a splashback. Prepped everything first, then undercoated before applying 2 coats to finish. Cleaned up everyday and also when finished. All at a reasonable price. My wife and I would highly recommend them and will be looking to use them again when we decorate our bedrooms.

My first time calling a handyman, Dave was quick to return my enquiry and was out the next day . Priced up and quoted the price and was booked their and then . Had some doors re glued ,handles replaced and conservatory door back to life with no sticking or unable to open . All fixed and as good as new . Thanks Dave for an excellent job well done . I chose to ask Dave and Caroline to do work on my house on the strength of their reviews, I was not disappointed! Initially the paths were jet washed at a third of the price 'requested' by a previous contractor, holes in floor tiles were repaired, wallpapering done, gutters cleared and the porch painted. This time, the kitchen was refurbished, with new wall tiles, worktops, sink, taps, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The finish was excellent, I noticed that Caroline was shaving 'dust' off a wall tile in order to ensure a correct fit and Dave simplified the intricate 'Heath Robinson' under sink plumbing. Dave and Caroline went beyond expectations, both worked late to make sure that I was not inconvenienced and all with a cheerful attitude. I was thrilled with the result, and will ask them to return to plan and execute changes to the bathroom. Thank you to you both for such a fantastic job and for the tea, soup and hot buttered toast!

Leigh is absolutely brilliant, very professional and efficient. I used him to do odd jobs around the home e.g putting up mirrors, shelves and installing a tv on the wall. Highly recommend, also went to the effort to clean up and hoover after himself. I recently had the pleasure of having Norman come by to fix a wardrobe door, hang a mirror, and repair a bed. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. He came out the same day to assess the work, which I really appreciated, and arrived the following day right on time to complete everything. Norman is friendly, polite, and incredibly professional. It was a pleasure to meet and get a job done from Norman.He was friendly and professional in his trade.I had a TV bracket installed onto plasterboard. I was concerned the TV was too heavy for mounting on plasterboard.Norman was great,he advised me to use special screw fittings and the TV would be secure on the wall,which he provided. Norman was very clean,tidying up as he worked,leaving my room rubbish free,he even used a dustbin when drilling the TV bracket,so no shavings went on the carpet. He even went as far as putting all the packaging from the TV into the box the TV came in. If you need a honest and professional handyman, I would definitely recommend Norman,he won’t disappoint you.Myself and my wife are so happy with the service and job completed by Norman.
