Its my honest review about Mr. Colin. Mr. Colin is very Honest , Friendly , Professional , Punctual, Hard working and Dedicated with the work. I was planning to get a Decking in my back garden for a size of 6m x 3.6m. I contacted Mr. colin over the phone , arranged to view the area and provided me a quote. He came on time as agreed , surveyed the area and understood my budget. He shopped around for me to get the best quality material to meet my budget. He plans his work methodically and executes it preciously as per the design. He kept me updated with every stage of work ( Removal , Frame work , Fitting and Painting ). I am overall Happy and Impressed with his work. He surpassed all my expectation. It's difficult nowdays to find trades man like Mr. Colin. I highly recommend Mr. Colin and will use him for my next Job.

Albert was recommended to me through a friend. He fitted 7 internal doors over 2 days. His work was of a very good quality and the price was spot on. He also cleaned up as he was working which isn't always the case when having work done. I will definitely use Albert again in the future.

Brilliant handyman found on Google. Didn't have the confidence to take down and install new shower screen. Spoke to Albert received a quote which was extremely competitive. Albert from Dr. House Handyman did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my home. His attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. Johan provided a top rate service. He restored our broken Futon Company oak sofa bed back to full working order , which was not an easy task. Johan is very friendly and very skilled both in finding solutions and in the quality of his finished work. I would highly recommend him.

Johan recently completed some work for us to locate the source of a water leak in our downstairs WC and repairing water damage to our internal walls and timber work. We are very pleased with the job that Johan has done for us and he was really good at explaining things to us as he was doing the work. I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

Johan was very prompt in responding to my request and skilled in many areas. I requested him to decorate my downstairs loo. He made me a bespoke boxing in of pipework which was removable incase of any future plumbing problems, with tiling and decor. I was pleased with all his work and although I thought his day rate was high once I considered the skill and time involved I realised this was a fair price for the work undertaken. He did also give me a time frame in which it would be completed minimum to maximum which is unusual for workmen. This took him 2 days and am pleased with the result.

Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. Thank you for your service, and l highly recommend to anyone. Lucky and Son care about the quality of the work.

Very happy with the work completed by Tony. I needed my whole chimney breast replastering due to the previous owners doing a poor job of boarding up the fireplace and plastering over the top of it. Tony's expertise in this area meant I was able to avoid future hassle by highlighting what needed doing, including adding a vent to the boarded up fireplace to give it decent air flow to avoid a build up of condensation. Tony was punctual, professional and didn't mess around with getting the job done to an incredible standard. Would highly recommend T H Building and Plastering, and would definitely use again.

Tony was amazing all round and takes real pride in his work. First contact and communication spot on. We had a garage conversion replacing the garage door with a patio door for a child’s playroom. Tony bricked up part of the door and installed a patio door with damp proof. The job was that that good we had him back to plaster the entire garage. He did a fantastic job and very cost effective, he is a true tradesmen and not many alike. We have recommended him to our friends and family and will continue to do so and we with have him back for future works.

Had a great experience with Hasan - just about able to do any task that needs to be done. He tiled our bathrooms, fixed our plumbing, painted walls and ceilings, assembled furniture, and travelled across the whole city to collect items for us. He’s hardworking, reliable, and really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly. He’s also really flexible, making it easy to fit the work around my schedule. I’m very pleased with the work Simon has done in my home, and I highly recommend his services. He initially did a tricky job in my bathroom that involved both joinery and plumbing. He quickly identified the causes of the issue, clearly explained the repairs needed, and followed this up with a written estimate. During the work, he kept me well informed and did a thorough job to a high standard. Needless to say, I had no hesitation in booking him for other jobs - he came up with a straightforward solution to sort out a damp issue and did a top job of fitting skirting boards. Whilst doing the work, he pointed out an issue that needed a gas fitter and helped with a contact. He is friendly, trustworthy and works very efficiently. Simon's helped me with a lot of work on my new home, from fitting flooring, and sorting out the electrics to devising and creating the most ingenious storage solution for my outdoor gear - I cannot recommend him enough. He's really approachable so I don't feel stupid asking questions, and his experience and knowledge means that he's able to come up with ideas and solutions I wouldn't even have considered. He always explains why he's recommending what he suggests, I've never had anyone beat him on quotes and I've always been impressed with the quality of his work. My gear room now looks more like a Swiss Chalet than a Sheffield basement!

Simon did a great job putting up a curtain pole for a heavy thermal door curtain. He is professional and friendly and made sure that I was happy with the job. He also did a short repair of a light fitting, which was very good of him, as I had not arranged this in advance. I'll definitely be asking Simon when it's time to start on that ever-increasing list of jobs that need attention.

I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

I was very nervous about finding somebody to help with a multitude of jobs which would normally require several tradesmen as there is lots of people that claim they can do everything, but doing it to a good standard is another. I can honestly say it was a pleasure having Ben here, he was not only a pleasure to have round, he was extremely tidy, very fairly priced - the hourly charges generally work in the favour of the customer as he doesnt stop, he had stripped some very old lining paper off for us which was not the easiest but he was patient to get it all off without damaging the walls underneath, he also ensured he put the room back together to enable us to use the room until the plasterer arrives. We will definitely be having Ben back round again.

Ben did a brilliant job for us repairing our leaking gutters which had been poorly installed. He was also incredibly helpful offering advice for other issues we had with the house. I wouldn't hesitate in using Benvale again or recommending to friends and family.

S&P Hewitt came highly recommended to us as they'd built our friends extension and our Architect had also seen their wok in the past and said he was impressed with their workmanship. I was apprehensive before the build started because it was a big build, a two storey extension on the side of our house and a single storey extension to the rear. I was worried about every little thing that could possibly go wrong. Thankfully there was nothing to worry about, Sean and Pete were fantastic throughout, nothing seemed to difficult for them and they were always on site, rain or shine other than a week where it snowed early on in the build, (apparently you can't lay bricks in snow!). We love our "new house", it;'s amazing and thanks to S & P Hewitt, looks amazing, our Architect came out to visit a few times through the build and again after it finished and he eve commented on how well they have built it. Cannot recommend them enough, IF we ever move again and decide to undertake another project I'll definitely be contacting them again.

We had S & P Hewitt Construction do a one storey extension which we are very pleased with. Sean and Pete were excellent craftsmen and Billy was great too, learning the trade. One year on from the work starting and we have had no problems at all with all the work done. They are a first class company who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Sean and Pete Hewitt constructed a double first floor extension on top of two existing ground floor extensions and were perfect , nothing was to much trouble they did everything we asked of them and more . Read the feedback for you're assurance these are the ones to choose for you're project .
