Today I was seen by Joe and dental nurse Zoe. Thank you so much for the thorough and gentle care during my appointment. I really appreciate your professionalism, patience, kindness, and the time you took to explain everything so clearly. It meant a lot to me, especially as someone who feels quite anxious. You made the experience so much better than I expected—and even a nice one! I can see instant results and instantly feel more confident, I’m genuinely grateful for the care and results. My teeth feel amazing—thank you again!

A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you to dental nurses Jo and Isla and Ruth for taking my x-ray and for all being so lovely and reassuring! Glendair is the best!

Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. Thank you for all your hard work you do to make people feel cared for and at ease. 🥰

Always a lovely visit, staff are friendly and fun. I've never had a bad experience at Glendair, would highly reccomend! Very skilled at their jobs and always professional, they put you at ease from the start. Like visiting friends.

Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

Charlotte has been my dentist for many years and is without doubt an excellent one with so much knowledge and experience. She is always so helpful and kind and takes time to give me the attention my teeth need when I’m ready for my appointment. Abi the hygienist is also so lovely and takes time and care with my teeth.

I’ve just had root canal treatment- not the best way to spend an hour, but the whole experience was so positive. I had absolutely no pain at all, the dentist was quick, totally professional and super careful. I can highly recommend him for anyone who needs that kind of treatment The dental assistant was lovely too. All in all, a very positive experience!

Im almost losing hope to find dental clinic who can accommodate for my emergency case: extraction of my wisdom tooth. Almost all dental clinic sounds like hesitant to do oral surgery whenever I declare that Im currently taking blood thinner (pulmonary embolism case) My last on the list was Belper Dental Practice because it is too far from us, But yes like what other said the last is the BEST....😄❤️ From the receptionist (forgot to get the name I will update this review when I get her name) to the whole team was SUPERB!..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The receptionist got all my details and booked me immediately within this day. I came to the clinic and no less than 5min nurse Collie and Dr.Manuel attended me immediately. Nurse Collie was with Dr. Manuel when doing the oral surgery, she was very welcoming and guiding me throughout the oral surgery and making you feel you will be fine and safe.. 😄 I repeated to Dr. Manuel my case that im on Blood thinner (P. Embolism) Im looking to Dr. Manuel and his face is so calm like a Master of Tooth Fairy... 😄 .... he was so calm that you gonna know and feel that he knows exactly what he is doing.... Dr. Manuels hand is very light I didnt even felt that it was done .. Its like he is just getting white heads on my face, 😄 its done like that... 😄 it was all done I guess in less than 15min. I visited on Tuesday 1st April to see Mark. I was early but Mark saw me straight away. I spoke to him about the difficulties I was experiencing with my dentures and he was able to point me in the right direction as to what to do until I see him for a realignment in June.

I was quite nervous about my appointment, having not seen a dentist for a number of years. I had a broken crown and wanted to know what my options were. The dentist put me at ease and gave me a thorough check up. He went through all the options with me, talking them through and giving an indication of cost. Highly recommended.

I attend for clean and polish. Very thorough and pleasant experience which I found reassuring as I can ask dental related questions. This practice looks after my implants too. If I don't need much work, the bill is lower, always a bonus.

Amazing Dental Practice. I haven't been to a dentist for years which means my teeth were very bad. But the Aspire team was very friendly and very respectful, I would definitely recommend this place.

I had an extraction at this practice, where I was sedated and numbed before the procedure. I was told previously by many different practices that they couldn’t do it due to the fact it was so complex. These guys were my last hope (unless I waited over a year for the hospital to fit me in) these guys immediately told me they could do it, how it would happen and gave me a date straight away. The date never changed and I was never pushed back (which is unheard of with my dental journey). I was also given plenty of reminders by them so I couldn’t forget about the appointment. When the day arrived I was extremely anxious however, as soon as I arrived I was calmed down and given peace of mind. The procedure was quick, painless and due to the sedation I didn’t even realise it was happening. I was then given an area to recover in post procedure and given the aftercare instructions which were easily understandable and reassured that if I had any concerns or worries I could contact them and they would help. I honestly couldn’t thank them enough!!

Huge thank you to Hannah and her partner, that was the smoothest fastest and easiest I’ve ever had a tooth removed, friendly, approachable and reassuring. To both ladies, thank you very much

Outstanding - Today I went in to the dental practice very anxious about having my molar tooth taken out. I had requested sedation for my extraction - I don’t even remember it coming out certainly the way forward if you are extremely anxious like myself. The communication, respect and care demonstrated by Hannah and her team is truly outstanding thank you for your care & patience today. 😊

Excellent practice. Been visiting for over a year now & always received a professional & friendly service. Usually see Joe who just instantly makes you feel at ease but have just come back from emergency appointment with Jonathan who has removed my wisdom tooth. I was a little apprehensive to say the least but the extraction was nowhere near as uncomfortable/painful than I thought it would be. Both Jonathan & the dental nurse were very professional but reassuring and calming which was very much appreciated. Also the reception team are very friendly & a special shout out for Jo who helped sort my appointment out after having it cancelled on Monday due to the bad weather. Thank you 🙂

Amazing staff- considering I’ve had a phobia of anything dentistry since childhood ( I’m 61 now), the reception staff warm and Welcoming. David( aka Harry Potter) the best!!!!!!!!!!!! So charming and patient. Loves a chat too- wish he’d been around in the 60,s!!! The Dental Nurses so lovely too . We had such a laugh which is just the tonic when someone is a tad nervous!!! I’ve booked for 6 months ( I usually delay!!) cause I now have overcome my fear/anxiety thanks 🙏 to the Staff here. Ruth Masterson xx

I have been a patent with this incredible practice since it very first opened under the wonderful Glen Thelwell with his then dental assistant Michelle. This wonderful Lady is the absolute heart and soul of this establishment. Being there from the beginning demonstrating care, empathy and unconditional understanding to patients. Michelle really is the beating heart of the surgery and genuinely cares for every person who attends whilst now literally managing the practice. I have received so many NHS and private treatments over the years from numerous practitioners and each and every one has been outstanding. My entire family followed me in the beginning and became grateful patients. The atmosphere is always relaxing and friendly, incredibly clean and welcoming. I truly can not recommend this fabulous dental practice highly enough.

Having endured significant pain from one of my teeth, I was therefore delighted to request an emergency appointment, the following Wednesday was offered and taken. The decision was made extract the tooth, which was achieved under anesthetic, early days, but grateful for the speedy response.

I was really impressed by the service today, last visit was 2 years ago. I received a polite welcome at reception, didn’t have to wait long to be seen by my Dentist Shahzad Ahmad. He was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel at ease, was very thorough with my history and examination, kept me informed the whole way through. Gave me some really good advice and tips. Would 100% recommend, thankyou!

Had my 6 monthly check up today and I must say I had the full works, Shahzad was very thorough indeed. Took the time to explain to me in detail what we was seeing on the xray and I felt very well informed and impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, and the receptionists and dentists are always friendly. The dentist always discuss the option before going ahead with the treatment, and also make sure that I am happy with it. The only downside to this practice is the parking space as it is too small, and it's very difficult to find space. Apart from that, great experience every time, so thank you.

Could not give them any less than 5 stars as the service they have provided me over the last 4 years has been incredible. The staff always go out of their way to make sure you are treated as one of their family and going above and beyond in most cases. Extremely professional and caring. Sometimes you have to wait a while to get through on the phone but the reason being that the receptionist is getting all relevant information from those callers in front of you (and putting into their system) in order to get your wishes sorted or direct you to the correct treatment - patience is all that is required . Well done all.

Excellent service every single time. I went to the dental hygienist today. I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia and always worry about this appointment in case it sets off an “episode”. Not once have they ever hurt me and have taken every step to make sure this doesn’t happen. I have all the confidence in them and am so thankful for their professionalism and support.

Had a very positive experience at the hygienist today. Maegan was very kind and gentle. I have a fear of going to the dentist but Maegan was considerate, giving me positive reassurance making my time there so much better than I had thought it would be. Delighted with the results too. This is by far the best dental surgery in clay cross and the best one I’ve ever visited hands down. It’s clean and the dental hygienist and dental surgeons are incredible at what they do , I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment or being seen. All my treatments have been professionally carried out too by Tony , the best dentist I’ve ever seen he’s patient , kind he even helps the less able patients back in to the reception area. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist ever ! Keep up what you do tony… 🤩🤩🤩🕶️

I have been terrified of dentists after a bad experience as a child. I read about this practice being good with nervous patients and thought I'd give it a try. The receptionist Elena has been absolutely lovely and I saw Leah a couple of times who was really patient with me but as she is a locum and I needed to be seen regularly she recommended I see Yusef. Today I saw him for the 2nd time and I had 2 teeth out. He was amazing, very kind and to be honest I didn't feel a thing. Nicole was his dental nurse and was an angel holding my hand throughout. I hope i can continue now and finally get my teeth sorted. Thank you 😊
