Very happy with the treatment from Dr Simon Manian and his team, who were professional and welcoming - clearly explaining the procedure at every stage. In fact the whole practice has an air of competence and friendliness. Thoroughly recommended.

Having been referred from my regular dentist regarding placement of implants, i was very nervous & essentially scared about the extensive work that needed to be carried out. I have always had a fear of dentist trips & worked myself up to the verge of panic attacks before every visit! Upon my fist visit to Stephen Godfrey Dental Care, i was greeted by the lovely reception team, who were amazing both on the phone & in person. I was referred to imlpantologist Mike Ainsworth in regards to implants & giving me the smile that i have wanted for years! Upon first meeting of Mike, he could see how nervous/scared i was & took this into account. He explained everything to me step by step & with so much patience! The equipment that they have is unbelievable & top of the range. There was a slight hiccup part way through my journey as i had managed to lose my current denture whilst on holiday, therefore knocking my confidence & didn't want to leave the house. I called the practice & they immediately moved my implant placement appointment forward & Mike moved some work around to get me an appointment the next day! I am honestly gob smacked by the level of service & care provided by everybody in this practice! My treatment isn't finished yet but i know that Mike is a perfectionist & i am in the best hands possible. The nursing team also deserve a huge shout out! I have had a couple of nurses over my visits (apologies i cannot remember their names), & they have both been absolutely incredible, friendly & so so reassuring. At one point she held my hand whilst the initial injections were done. Would also like to give a mention to the hygienist, Emma. She is very calm & patient & informative of the whole process. She has given me knowledge that i never had before & helped me with advice on how to better look after my teeth. The practice is very welcoming, clean & tidy. Very, very well equipped for any job required. A very relaxing waiting room that is kept very tidy & a comfy sofa/chairs to accommodate whilst you wait. I'm not even a quarter of the way through my journey but i no longer work myself up to a panic attack before my appointment & am so much more comfortable attending my appointments! I honestly cannot thank everybody enough!! If you want a friendly, non judgmental practice for your works to be carried out, i highly 100% recommend the whole team at Stephen Godfrey Dental Care!!

I came , with imtrepdation, for root canal treatment and saw Marian who clearly explained what she would do and answered all of my questions. I cannot ever remember any visit to a dentist being so pain free! The treatment was amazing , l didn't even feel the anesthetic needle, Marian is a true professional and l only wish she could be my regular dentist, l had no pain throughout the proceedure and no soreness afterwards. All dentist visits should be this way. I highly recommend Marian and all associated staff who made the visit such a good experience.

Following a referral from my own dentist back in 2021 for restorative treatment, this dental practice has changed my life. I cannot praise the whole team enough. In particular a shout out to Mike Ainsworth, the implantologist. He has the most calm composure and is the ultimate professional and perfectionist. He made me feel relaxed and reassured me every step of the way during my treatment. I now have the best smile! Thank you so much. The nursing team are to be commended too as they are so friendly and show empathy throughout. Also walking through the doors you are welcomed by the most friendliest reception and admin team. They greet you with a smile and help you to feel comfortable, and they have the best waiting room!! To top it they have a brilliant radio to listen to, this adds to the fabulous decor!! Excellent experience. First registration appointment was thorough, with clear communication throughout. Managed my ‘dental patient nerves’ with sensitivity, and put me at my ease. Would definitely recommend. Edit: Follow up appointment now completed. Restoration of two front teeth via composite bonding. Excellent quality, indistinguishable from my natural teeth (including colour matching). Highly recommended.

From walking through the door and the friendly professional greeting to walking out I am unable to fault my experience. This was my first visit and an emergency appointment as I was suffering from toothache. The dentist was very approachable did the tests and x-rays and gave me my options. I opted for removal. Never had one before, was quite anxious but the nurse put my mind at rest, 5 min later I was walking out, I honestly felt nothing. Highly recommended (dentist was, I believe called Greg)

I had another successful visit to this superb dentist last week. Always such a lovely experience in a modern and clean practice that’s buzzing with a professional clinical team. A really pleasant experience from start to finish from a very cheerful and helpful Jane on reception, the friendly dental assistants and onto Simona, my brilliant dentist. All in all a really first class dental practice and highly recommended.

Having hunted high and low for an NHS dentist after having lived abroad since my retirement I am pleased to have found Totley Rise dental practice. Registering was easy, I was seen quickly and all the staff have been very kind and friendly. They are just brilliant. I have undergone fairly extensive treatment with Ella who was both patient and understanding about the concerns I had. Treatment options were discussed in detail and subsequent treatments have been thorough and pain free courtesy of a couple of injections. I can now smile again without feeling self conscious. Thank you so, so much!

(Back to original post-) This was my second visit to Totley Rise and I can honestly say I have never been so at ease when visiting a dentist before. Everyone is so friendly that you are immediately put at ease. The receptionist was very welcoming as was the dental nurse. It was the first time that I'd met Lily, my new dentist but was really impressed by the fact that she had already read my (complicated) notes and was prepared for me. I would happily recommend her to anyone. She was polite and professional and absolutely charming! She put me completely at ease and listened to everything I said. Thank you. Parking is easy and directly outside the practice. Opening hours differ but the practice opens at 8.30 everyday, opens late till 7.00 on a Monday and 6.00 on Tuesday and Wednesdays. I'm not sure if the building lends itself to being wheelchair friendly but it wouldn't surprise me if they had a plan in place for wheelchairs - maybe round the back. All in all, a very well deserved 5 stars.

Monica is the best dentist I have ever been to! She's really competent and her expertise inspires confidence and trust in me as a patient. She is also extremely caring and always tends to my pain and concerns. I have been recovering from a traumatic experience with another dentist and the way she works healed something in me. I strongly recommend her services, and can't thank her enough!

A great visit to One80 Dental today. I saw Samantha the Hygienist, who was fantastic. She immediately put me at ease and was so gentle. Dare I say it was (almost) a ‘relaxing’ experience! So much better than I have had elsewhere in the past. My teeth feel amazing and I will now not put off future visits to the dentist! It has been a pleasure to take my mum who is 91 to ONE80DENTAL. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful and Sherif Elbarbary was very courteous and friendly and did a great job for my mum.

I went to One80 Dental to have a root canal retreated that had become infected. This is a specialist treatment that not all dentists can do. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received from the moment I checked in right through to having the root canal retreated. Nick, the dentist was brilliant. He was professional, efficient and explained the procedure to me in full as well as taking time to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend One80 Dental.

I came to see the periodontist, with some apprehension. He was v capable, but then he left and I was moved on to a wonderful woman who explained everything. She made a master plan, explained why, and seems to know what she is doing. She doesn't hurt!!!! It's not cheap, but feels worthwhile, and my teeth look great. Shout out to Lyndsey too, who always says Hello, has the patience of a saint and is kind. Nothing is too much trouble.

I've been a patient at this practice for over thirty years and it's always been outstanding with excellent patient care. Yesterday I had an extraction. Everything was explained clearly in advance. I was kept continually informed about progress during the extraction and given clear instructions for aftercare. An extraction is. never nice,, but it was done professionally and with care. A follow up appointment was made immediately for a month's time. As ever, a great service.

I cannot rate this place highly enough, from the receptionists right through to the dentist and nurses. Everything possible is done to make you feel at ease . I have just had an old filling replaced and can honestly say i didn't experience a moments discomfort. I had a very happy appointment at Bamford Dental Practise where Katie, Danielle and all the team were friendly, caring, professional and efficient. The x-rays and scale/polish were the best I've ever had. Katie was thorough and reassuring at all times. All staff members were polite, helpful and answered all of my questions. I have recently had alot of work done on my teeth. I am rather scared of going to the dentist but Dr. Hannah was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job saving my teeth and it was all pain free the injections didn't even hurt which they normally do. The reception staff were also amazing as I had to swap and change appointments a few times and they were very good sorting this for me. A very friendly and caring atmosphere would definitely recommend.

I came in today for emergency appointment being in severe pain. Both the receptionist and the dentist ( and nurse ) were excellent friendly and informative the dentist was calm and reassured me everything was going to be fine after I nearly had a breakdown. Fabulous people! Caring, competent, flexible, compassionate, friendly and funny. We particularly appreciate how Jake explains exactly what he is planning to do and why. My wife is terrified of dentists, but he and Hannah have managed to reassure her and get her through two extractions and a couple of fillings, and she is willing to go back!

I've recently had composite bonding on my teeth at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics Chesterfield. I can't thank Malcolm, Emily, and the team enough. They have been so supportive throughout and the whole journey ran so smoothly. They were always welcoming and very patient with me as I wanted to make a few small changes to my teeth along the way and now they look perfect. I've now signed up to their treatment plan as I will continue to use the practice for my general check ups. I'd highly recommend this practice!

I have been lucky to have been visiting Hope Dental all my life. They provide a friendly, enthusiastic and professional service. At a recent routine check up I was offered a crown procedure that I have been considering for 10 years. I was efficiently booked in for 2 appointments that met my tight schedule, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the end result result. Sophie and Julie make an excellent team, providing top quality dental treatment in an efficient, respectful and friendly manner. I’m incredibly grateful for the perfect service once again and cannot thank the whole team at Hope Dental enough for all the work they do.

Friendly practice clearly motivated to listen to you as a patient and put your concerns and needs first. Sophie the dentist and Maxine the hygienist were excellent. It is both modern and well equipped but prices are very reasonable and appointment times generous. I feel very fortunate that this is our family practice.

A very friendly and understanding team, every member of staff was kind and caring. They were able to quickly accommodate unusual requirements, and made a normally stressful experience for an autistic patient sincerely pleasant. The building is so bright and filled with such beautiful artwork, it makes the waiting room a much nicer experience, you can almost convince yourself you are in a lodge with the large windows and high ceiling. The dentist himself was fantastic, he very much sets you at ease and talks on the level. He was efficient and thorough, and the appointment was a breeze. There was a handmade best dentist award in the lobby, and would very much agree. Couldn't be more grateful to the team!

I was incredibly anxious to have a wisdom tooth removed, I was referred to this dental practice from my normal one. I originally opted to have my tooth removed with sedation however changed my mind to just have it removed without, I was booked in quickly and the receptionist was very kind and reassuring. I had my appointment with Gregory and he was fantastic. Both him and his assistant were calming and reassured me. He was thorough with the numbing and then my tooth was out within minutes. I was relieved it was quick and easy and very impressed.
