Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

Charlotte has been my dentist for many years and is without doubt an excellent one with so much knowledge and experience. She is always so helpful and kind and takes time to give me the attention my teeth need when I’m ready for my appointment. Abi the hygienist is also so lovely and takes time and care with my teeth.

I was very impressed with my visit today. My appointment was to see the hygienist who put me at my ease straight away & had a very calming & friendly attitude. I normally get very nervous about going to any dentist as it’s usually a very painful experience. I was completely amazed how efficient & careful the hygienist was & I didn’t feel any pain during my scale & polish. I fully recommend Belper Dental Practice to anyone

Im almost losing hope to find dental clinic who can accommodate for my emergency case: extraction of my wisdom tooth. Almost all dental clinic sounds like hesitant to do oral surgery whenever I declare that Im currently taking blood thinner (pulmonary embolism case) My last on the list was Belper Dental Practice because it is too far from us, But yes like what other said the last is the BEST....😄❤️ From the receptionist (forgot to get the name I will update this review when I get her name) to the whole team was SUPERB!..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The receptionist got all my details and booked me immediately within this day. I came to the clinic and no less than 5min nurse Collie and Dr.Manuel attended me immediately. Nurse Collie was with Dr. Manuel when doing the oral surgery, she was very welcoming and guiding me throughout the oral surgery and making you feel you will be fine and safe.. 😄 I repeated to Dr. Manuel my case that im on Blood thinner (P. Embolism) Im looking to Dr. Manuel and his face is so calm like a Master of Tooth Fairy... 😄 .... he was so calm that you gonna know and feel that he knows exactly what he is doing.... Dr. Manuels hand is very light I didnt even felt that it was done .. Its like he is just getting white heads on my face, 😄 its done like that... 😄 it was all done I guess in less than 15min. He's like PRO MASTER of TOOTH and GUMS.. Yeahhhh. Giving 5 Star is not enough for this people ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ They are the HEART of this Dental Clinic. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Happy Gums, ❤️ Ly

James and Izzy were professional yet friendly and helped calm my nerves. Explained all procedures and issues so I had options. Reception team are also amazing very friendly and calming from start point and a follow up call after treatment. I would use them again and wish they did an NHS list as I would travel to them.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I came to find this place while looking at Google Reviews. I am terrified (honestly, an understatement) of dentists and hadn’t been to a dentist in fear for a number of years. Matt has put me at ease with each appointment, talked through all works and ensuring I was okay consistently throughout the appointments. Everyone here is incredibly kind, friendly and I would recommend this Dentist to anyone and everyone! The receptionists are always available to help with any questions or queries (and genuinely want the best for you) Nothing seems to be too much trouble!

James is fantastic with all my kids. One of my sons has Autism and he's normally very anxious and refuses to visit the dentist but since he's been going to James we've had absolutely no issue at all, he's more than happy to go. My boys see him every 3 months for checkups and it's always a easy and pleasant visit. The receptionists here too are so nice and friendly, always really helpful

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

Been coming here nearly 40 years, never had problems. Kirsty is amazing on reception. And my hygienist Nicola is spot on, always makes me feel relaxed, especially around my nervous tooth 😇Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. I can’t recommend Springmount Dental & Aesthetics highly enough. All of the team are so friendly and they go above and beyond to put you at ease if you’re feeling worried about any aspect of your dental treatment. I had my second hygiene appointment with them yesterday since joining their membership and Alicia and Georgie were brilliant, making me feel comfortable throughout and explaining my ongoing treatment clearly. Joining the membership is worth every penny — you won’t regret it.

Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

Today I attended my final implant appointment for two teeth. The journey has taken a year but I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely over the moon I am with the final result. I have neglected my teeth for many years through not visiting dentist’s regularly and as a consequence I have had intensive treatment for 15 months. I am on a plan and my treatment is ongoing but I know I am in safe hands. Thank you to Jenny whose chats calm me while I wait. Sam and her associates for everything they are doing and giving me guidance in the care of my teeth, and Sinead for arranging everything. I was quite nervous about my appointment, having not seen a dentist for a number of years. I had a broken crown and wanted to know what my options were. The dentist put me at ease and gave me a thorough check up. He went through all the options with me, talking them through and giving an indication of cost. Highly recommended.

I attend for clean and polish. Very thorough and pleasant experience which I found reassuring as I can ask dental related questions. This practice looks after my implants too. If I don't need much work, the bill is lower, always a bonus.

I have been a patient at this dental practice for more than 30 years, and I have never experienced such a high standard of care as I do now. After recently undergoing teeth straightening treatment, I found the level of service to be exceptional. From my initial inquiry with Scarlett, the communication regarding the most suitable treatment options was clear and informative. The treatment I received from Viktoria was exceptional, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, particularly when it comes to bringing my two daughters to the dentist.

Really good service. After the third time my filling fell out, my dentist suggested a crown. They did a great job at fitting the crown especially as it was a very complex job due to where this was, and having to combine fillings with crowns. My dentist did a great job, hr was really gentle so it didn't hurt and he talked me through what he was doing all the way through to provide me the confidence I needed. A great job! Thank you!

I always feel cared for when I go to Thackery Dental by every single member of staff. No matter what the issue is (and sometimes it's parking not teeth) there is always someone there to help. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and calm. Everyone is willing to chat or listen. I'm extremely happy with my experience every time I am there.

This is a beautiful dental surgery and all of the staff ate lovely and very helpful. My two girls ask lots of questions and Mr Basillous could not be more accommodating . They love looking at the sugar poster too!
