Mr David Sher has been my dentist for over decade now. He is very friendly, patient and understanding. Even though I have moved from Bishop's Stortford to Harlow, I still continue to see him. I have tried other dental practices in Harlow, but the dentists were always very late. Even when I showed up on time, there were always two or three other patients in front of me, which meant that I had to wait for over an hour. This has never happened to me with Mr. Sher, he is always ready to see me right on time. Thank you!

My family and I have been attending Smile and Wellbeing Dental Studio for years and have always had positive experiences. From check ups, to whitening, scale and polishes and wisdom teeth extractions we have always found the team to be welcoming, supporting, caring and most importantly professional and knowledgable. We have needed differeing levels of care and hand holding throughout that time and the team are excellent at settling nerves or just getting on with it - depending on who is visiting!!! That personalised care and knowldge of our needs is second to none I whole heartedly recomend their services as they have really helped our family and have given us tips and tweeks for better oral care going forward. These guys are the best .. Wisdom teeth removal was never going to be nice for me - but they put me at ease, kept me calm and made sure the whole process was pain free and simple (also quick too). I'm a nervous patient, or l was before, another good visit (a small filling) and l wasn't nervous at all. Richard is an excellent dentist and l feel quite relaxed when l go to the dentist these days. Laura always relaxes me too, all round a great team, highly recommend.

Dr Jon is amazing, such a skilled dentist and a really lovely man. He made me feel so at ease, took the time to explain the process to me. He showed genuine care and compassion and gave me reassurance when I was feeling anxious. He was so understanding and insightful when I explained what I wanted to achieve with my teeth. The rest of the team were also really friendly.

I think this is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to in my whole life. Simon has been brilliant and I’ve tested him to the max!! He is the most patient and the first dentist that’s actually explained to me what they’re going to do. Absolutely brilliant. Been here for many years now and had a lot done. Some have gone and been replaced but each as nice as the other. Simon took my tooth out after a consultation a while ago (2 root canals already so was very honest and said the best thing to do and told me the options and chances). Everyone there is amazing, the receptionist was fantastic and really helped and made me feel very calm and welcome and the assurance of the other bookings I made because I am terrible at keeping track of them! I will make a very very big compliment to the hygienist. She really is amazing and will go out of her way if needed to help on you. I would follow her if she ever left, absolutely brilliant and I can’t thank her enough.

A visit to the dentist can rarely be said to be a pleasurable experience. However this was the case for our 1st visit to Hertfordshire Dental Group. After being loyal customers of a private dentist close to our home for the last 44 years, the principal reason for the move was the decline in experienced staff since it's acquisition by a large medical group. We both agreed that the 30 min journey, instead of 5, was much more than justified by the quality of treatment care and service rediscovered at HDG.

I cannot recommend Bow House enough. As someone who is very anxious going to appointments, every member of the team has made me feel extremely calm and reassured. All members of staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is Fab!

From start to finish the Bow House team, Ben, Wendy, Dr. Pithwa and all the nursing staff, have been nothing short of amazing! They make you feel right at home, nothing is too much trouble for them. I had Invisalign, and have had amazing results! Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs! :)

I had a very positive experience at the Bow House with Dr Ed Bottrill. I was slightly nervous but he put me at ease straight away and spoke me through every step before he started. He provided me with a great short term result and a longer term plan to get the perfect smile. I would highly recommend.

Today I experienced the best service I’ve ever received anywhere! I spoke to Vicki on the phone who was beyond helpful to me and helped me book in an appointment as quick as possible, she was extremely polite and was very chatty which I loved! And she then checked on me after I had finished to see how I was and we spoke for a little while she was very friendly. I also had Lewis who helped me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous of needles, he made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my broken tooth. The staff and customer service was absolutely amazing and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the process!

Excellent service. Even gave me a special surprise at the end.

Sarah is the best hygienist out there! I have been to a few and was never happy with the work they did, leaving my teeth rough feeling and not cleaning my gums at all or giving me the full time im paying for. Sarah however makes you feel valued and gives you the time you are paying for. She cleans each tooth thoroughly and cleans under the gums leaving your mouth feeling super clean and teeth are smooth and polished. I love how my teeth look when I leave the practice and I could never go anywhere else now! Wish I could give more stars 🌟

I had an amazing treatment with Sarah. My teeth are extremely sensitive and even cold air from the suction can be very uncomfortable. Sarah was brilliant and very reassuring, she did an air flow for me which didn’t involve ultrasonic and made a huge difference to my experience. Not only the appointment was pain free but my teeth felt extremely clean and white after. Definitely will be back for my routine hygiene appointment! Thank you Sarah for making my appointment so pleasant and actually very relaxing 😌!

My experience was brilliant! Amy was professional and passionate about her job. The result of her work was perfection. She was helped by a dental nurse and both were full of humanity and kindness. I cannot recommend enough ! My teeth are shining!!!

I have left a previous review and I can’t say enough about this dental practice. Every one is amazingly nice and understanding if you’re nervous or can’t sit in the chair for too long. Absolutely recommend them and you feel you have the best technology and equipment and knowledge. I will never go anywhere else again. Teeth are ongoing work but already happy with the results!

Brilliant from start to finish. Raj my dentist took a lot of care in going through all the options and genuinely put me first rather than price. He is excellent at what he does. All the staff were brilliant and the facilities are second to none.

My favourite dentist I’ve had so far in my life! Jannie is great and always so friendly, makes me feel so relaxed and although it’s not an NHS dentist I think the prices are very reasonable. The dentist is never the most calming experience but I’ve always been put at ease at Mews House and I actually enjoy going! Definitely recommend and hope this dentist keeps doing what they’re doing!

Many miles from my own dentist, I had an emergency when my temporary bridge fell out. I consider myself very lucky that I found Mews House online as they were able to give me an appointment the same day. Jannie was amazing, fixed me up in no time and has the most reassuring manner. All the staff were so friendly, I didn’t feel like a visiting stranger at all. Although I hope not to need to return, I would definitely choose this practice again.
