Today I experienced the best service I’ve ever received anywhere! I spoke to Vicki on the phone who was beyond helpful to me and helped me book in an appointment as quick as possible, she was extremely polite and was very chatty which I loved! And she then checked on me after I had finished to see how I was and we spoke for a little while she was very friendly. I also had Lewis who helped me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous of needles, he made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my broken tooth. The staff and customer service was absolutely amazing and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the process!

I received an Outstanding service today - the staff and particularly the dentist Bertie are so kind, so professional, so caring, they are experts in their field, they all put me completely at ease and I had an amazing experience. Thank you so much. Thank you Bertie.

Wow, what can I say, invisalign is definitely the way forward. I now have to practice being able to smile without hiding my teeth. Daniel is amazing, he takes you through the whole process/journey with care and attention and what is achievable. I had my teeth whitened after initially having prep work as I hadn’t looked after my teeth as a kid. Over the course of a few months the dentist, Dan, has replaced a crown and after a few more bits of prep applied composite veneers! The results are fantastic, I’m seriously so pleased with the work Dan and the staff have put into what was a low starting condition. If you are thinking of having orthodontic treatment, look no further. I should have had my teeth straightened years ago. Ever since I was a teenager I have made a conscious effort not to show my teeth. How bad could they be I hear you say! To give you an idea, they looked like someone had let a hand-grenade off in a piano, they resembled unkept grave yard. I had an overshot bite, teeth in the wrong place and my case was so bad, I almost had to have surgery to correct my bite. I had my consultation at Limes and following X-rays and review of my case, I was started on treatment that would last approximately 2.5 years. It wasn’t easy and sometimes I questioned why I was doing it so late in life. Today the braces came off and I now have the smile and teeth I have always wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and this was all made possible by the wonderful team at Limes. The staff at limes are fantastic, always polite, happy to see you and can’t do enough to make you feel at ease. If you’re thinking of having treatment, I’d recommend you to go to Limes, even if it’s just for a consultation. I did and I haven’t looked back.

Absolutely brilliant. Been here for many years now and had a lot done. Some have gone and been replaced but each as nice as the other. Simon took my tooth out after a consultation a while ago (2 root canals already so was very honest and said the best thing to do and told me the options and chances). Everyone there is amazing, the receptionist was fantastic and really helped and made me feel very calm and welcome and the assurance of the other bookings I made because I am terrible at keeping track of them! I will make a very very big compliment to the hygienist. She really is amazing and will go out of her way if needed to help on you. I would follow her if she ever left, absolutely brilliant and I can’t thank her enough.

A visit to the dentist can rarely be said to be a pleasurable experience. However this was the case for our 1st visit to Hertfordshire Dental Group. After being loyal customers of a private dentist close to our home for the last 44 years, the principal reason for the move was the decline in experienced staff since it's acquisition by a large medical group. We both agreed that the 30 min journey, instead of 5, was much more than justified by the quality of treatment care and service rediscovered at HDG.

Dr Jon is amazing, such a skilled dentist and a really lovely man. He made me feel so at ease, took the time to explain the process to me. He showed genuine care and compassion and gave me reassurance when I was feeling anxious. He was so understanding and insightful when I explained what I wanted to achieve with my teeth. The rest of the team were also really friendly.

Ive been here several times and each time i go they exceed my expectations. The best dental advice, plans and treatments and really friendly dentists that treat you like a human being rather than a number. Highly recommended them and if your a nervous patient they are also fantastic at making you relaxed and confident. Will never go to another dentist again. My family and I have been attending Smile and Wellbeing Dental Studio for years and have always had positive experiences. From check ups, to whitening, scale and polishes and wisdom teeth extractions we have always found the team to be welcoming, supporting, caring and most importantly professional and knowledgable. Earlier this week, I needed an emergency appointment and they managed to see me straightaway. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly reception staff. I was really nervous about this appointment but the dentist Dr Shiv really helped to calm my nerves by taking the time to explain to me what the problem was and how it would be resolved. He was patient throughout the procedure and constantly checking that I was feeling ok. All the dental work I had done was to a high standard with no pain at all. Dr Shiv is a credit to the practice and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this dental practice to everybody!

I have left a previous review and I can’t say enough about this dental practice. Every one is amazingly nice and understanding if you’re nervous or can’t sit in the chair for too long. Absolutely recommend them and you feel you have the best technology and equipment and knowledge. I will never go anywhere else again. Teeth are ongoing work but already happy with the results!
