I had a wisdom tooth extraction two days due to heavy infection and it was so amazingly done. The surgeon was so kind , understanding and patient with me. They even played oh wonder music my favourite that helped. The staff were so kind and professional. The receptionist margret was amazing too.

A really lovely dental centre - very warm and welcoming. All the staff from receptionists to dentists treated me with kindness, honesty and respect. I was particularly impressed that their recommendations took financial difficulties into account - they didn’t try to push the most expensive option, but provided a wide range of options that best suited me. I would definitely recommend.

After having really painful TMJ I visited Alban City Dental for botox injections to the jaw. The treatment worked so quickly and has made a huge difference. The team are wonderful, patient and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The dental surgeon was calm and clear. She showed compassion and listened to all the questions, making sure she answered them in lots of detail. She kept me informed as to what was happening and the aftercare was also very good.

I had a tooth extraction, which was very professional, as painless as one could hope for, and quick! It was my first such treatment so I have little to compare it with, but I was very happy with the treatment, and the attention before and after - plenty of information about what to expect, and how to deal with the aftermath.

My case wasn’t straightforward and the last dentist referred me to the well known specialist team in central London, however I wasn’t impressed with the initial consultation and felt there was too much focus on treatments that were not the priority at the time. My experience with Regency House Dental Clinic was positive from the start and I intuitively felt I was in safe hands. After the initial consultation I promptly received clear treatment plan which involved extraction, bone graft, gum reshaping, implants, veneers. All procedures were done with impressive attention to detail and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I couldn’t recommend the Regency House dental team any higher. Thank you to dr. I've given Regency House Dental Practice a 5-star rating because: 1. They answered the phone the quickest. 2. I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore! 3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour. 4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour. 5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of! 6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops. 7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant. 8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny! 9. They should be running the country! 10. I will go back again. Score? 10/10.

Dr Natasha is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. She is kind, patient and really cares. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are happy with the results of the work being done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I know David Note for a while. His wonderful work on my teeth changed my life completely. His is a GREAT professional. My teeth are still looking amazing until today after almost 10 years, but I do follow all his advice to maintain it. Wherever he goes I follow him. I can’t thank David and the team at Visage enough. I’ve been on a journey that has lasted just over two years - but necessarily so. From wonky teeth alignment (that I’ve always been somewhat conscious of), teeth grinding, two failed implants from a previous dentist plus a further split tooth that had to be removed. I have recently required quite extensive dental treatment, seeing two of the practice dentists. Both have been very friendly, clearly explaining all that needs to be done. The work has been carried out very professionally. What's more, the reception staff are extremely helpful and supportive.

If you’re thinking about getting your teeth done, run don’t walk to Aamir! He’s not only the nicest person but he is so passionate and genuinely cares about absolutely every smile journey. I came to Aamir with many issues, mainly not being aesthetically pleased with my smile and my general dental health. He used composite bonding to fill a gap in my front teeth and I had composite veneers over 8 teeth in total. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout and I can finally say I feel confident to smile. He is also meticulous with general dentistry too as I have had various procedures done which he made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout. I would only ever trust and go to Aamir and his team with my teeth now, they are the best!

I had a problem with my front tooth which occurred on a Friday night ….. as a person who is dental phobic this was devastating for me After a sleepless night I called on Saturday morning at 8 am my call was answered by lovely Eleanor who could sense my anxiety and responded with just what I needed … she listened and reassured me .. after sending in a picture I was offered an appointment at 8am on the Monday and a phone call from Aamir immediately After speaking to Aamir he let me know it was fixable with different options which we would discuss at the consultation but fully understood that I was a nervous patient On arrival at the venue I was greeted warmly and made to feel very comfortable … the place does not feel like a dentist and is beautifully done You can tell that the team is tight .. more like a family and the atmosphere is upbeat There was no pressure on me to do anything I didn’t feel happy with and after scan and X-rays it was decided that I could have composite bonding on the tooth which would improve it greatly I underwent the painless procedure when I felt ready with the most amazing playlist on in the background and found the whole thing pain free The results are incredible and only took 30 minutes I left feeling exhilarated and very confident that I could smile and eat again!! The whole procedure was so professional but also so personal and now I would happily go back in the future to make my smile perfect After years of being dental phobic I would feel very able to return here Thanks so much to you all

I had an issue with my gum, so I booked an appointment - luckily they could see me on the same day. I first saw Mr Gatrad who was as brilliant as always, and he recommended for me to see the hygienist, so I was booked to see the hygienist (Leila) a few days later and she was absolutely fantastic. I was a bag of nerves going into the appointment, and she was so kind and gentle, and the work she performed on my teeth is outstanding. No pain at all, and she said that if I did need her to stop, I could raise my hand she would cease immediately (not needed as she was very careful). I cannot recommend her highly enough, and I’ve booked another appointment to go and see her again. I feel like I have a new mouth and I can’t stop smiling!

We had a dental emergency with our 8 year old and with two kids the experience was thoroughly pleasant yet professional. Not only did they see us the same morning they also made both children feel very comfortable. Highly recommended if you have kids.

The service at the practice is second to none right from the initial contact, to booking plus the treatment itself, and Dillwyn himself is undoubtedly the best dentist I’ve ever been to.
