I am a nerve's patient , but the clinician Hana was just nice and made me at ease. Did a Good job and very constructive advice. My next visit will be in few months and will recommend Hatfield Iconic smiles to anyone seeking help. Dr Bogdan also was a very talented Dentist who worked on my issue. He made me at ease. Dr. John was so kind and patient when explaining the surgery steps to my son. He really took the time to make sure my son felt comfortable and calm. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We truly appreciate the care and warmth from everyone.

I had three of my front teeth half bonded & I LOVE THEM The best service, both him and the dental nurse were lovely & he really took the time to see if I was happy with the finished result & if there was anything I wanted changing he took the time to do so.. Jeremy is one of the best dentist I have been to. Professional, ethical and does not try encourage work if not necessary. Cool and calm and one does not feel rushed. Julia is excelent and Sue the hygenist is very thorough. The back up nurses and staff are all very professional and complement the practice.

My son just had his braces taken off, his teeth are lovely and straight and his smile is amazing! He is so happy. The care we received over the last 2.5 years has been nothing short of excellent. Jayne looked after my son so well, taking time to explain every aspect of his treatment and answering any questions that we had. Shamique has been great from start to finish. Braces come off after 2 years and the results are far better than I could have imagined, straight teeth and post care is superb. The practice was recommended to me and glad I went with these guys. Staff are also great with fitting me in with my busy work schedule. Definitely a thumbs up from me 👍

A visit to the dentist can rarely be said to be a pleasurable experience. However this was the case for our 1st visit to Hertfordshire Dental Group. After being loyal customers of a private dentist close to our home for the last 44 years, the principal reason for the move was the decline in experienced staff since it's acquisition by a large medical group. We both agreed that the 30 min journey, instead of 5, was much more than justified by the quality of treatment care and service rediscovered at HDG.

Dr Jon is amazing, such a skilled dentist and a really lovely man. He made me feel so at ease, took the time to explain the process to me. He showed genuine care and compassion and gave me reassurance when I was feeling anxious. He was so understanding and insightful when I explained what I wanted to achieve with my teeth. The rest of the team were also really friendly.

Ive been here several times and each time i go they exceed my expectations. The best dental advice, plans and treatments and really friendly dentists that treat you like a human being rather than a number. Highly recommended them and if your a nervous patient they are also fantastic at making you relaxed and confident. Will never go to another dentist again. Had a filling which I was very nervous about plus needed a wisdom tooth out too.I neednt have worried as all went very smoothly , just got some swelling which might take a few weeks to calm down.....

Lovely friendly place. I'm very nervous of dentists, thanks to school dentists in the 60s. The reception staff are so welcoming and instantly put me at ease. My dentist is so sympathetic, understanding and makes me feel so relaxed. Can't recommend this dentist enough.

One of the best dentist we have been to! I have an autistic child and the dentist is so patient and calm with him. She always explains what she’s doing. And she does not pressure the kids into hurrying up. She makes sure they are comfortable! We are so lucky to have a dentist in the area that is so good with the children!

My visit to clinic gives me a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The receptionist always welcome patients with smile and greeting, two lovely dental nurses Gemma and her colleague are absolutely the best. The nurses work alongside the most knowledgeable and highly professional Dr. Salman, who is incredibly attentive to the details. I am an extremely nervous patient (they don't usually need to turn the drill on!). I had an infection and half my face was swollen up. The dentist put me at ease immediately and said he would only deal with the infection. He was true to his word! I didn't shake once and we even chatted and joked! I am going back in 2 weeks so he can help with my other teeth issues. I would highly recommend this practice. I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable in the dentist's chair - and I have sat in quite a few - with very bad experiences.

I've been to various dental surgeries in my lifetime but Highgate Dental Surgery is heads and shoulders the only surgery that are interested in patient care and not financial gain. The care and expertise shown by Dr Savan Shah in the treatment of root canal work was excellent, thorough and precise. Procedure that may have taken an hour was concluded almost 2 hours later making you feel reassured of Dr Shah's professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!!

I’m absolutely petrified of dentists so when I needed an emergency root canal I was dreading it. A friend recommended Savan Shah. He saw me within hours and got me out of pain very quickly. I didn’t feel a thing. He talked me through every step of the procedure and was very clear on cost. He is very calm and gentle and has a lot of patience. I would highly recommend Mr Shah.

Savan provided really high quality dental care- firstly for root canal treatment, then for 6 month smile braces. Regarding the latter, it's 6 months after brace removal and my teeth are still looking like they were just after the braces were removed. Savan also creates a friendly environment, which is a really important consideration if you get braces fitted, as you will be in every couple of weeks to have them adjusted! Great overall

I had the 6-month smile courteous of Dr Shah, who did an excellent job. I am super pleased with the results. I no longer feel insecure about slightly crooked teeth, and would 100% recommend investing that little bit of time and money into yourself, as it pays itself off on the long run.

Consistently high quality service and professional approachable staff. I had an issue with a poorly designed and fitted overlay to a molar from another provider which failed twice. Hidsons resolved the design and fitted new and I have had no problems since. Dentail hygienists are friendly and great at keeping plaque at bay!

I first went to Hudsons aged 6, that was 58 years ago! In those days I saw the great grandfather of the great grandson who runs the practice now. They always look after me so well and never do anything that is unnecessary … i can recommend them to families who will then be seeing the next generation of great dentists in the future….

I’ve been a regular patient at Hertford Dental care for many years. I have always received the best care and treatment. I have always found the staff very helpful, if you have a sudden emergency the receptionist always goes above and beyond to sort out an appointment as soon as possible. You receive reminders via email of upcoming appointments and a message to your phone after treatment to enquire of your wellbeing. I recently had an extraction and was SO anxious but Stuart Brady Immediately puts you at ease, offers reassurance and very considerate of any concerns and excellent at his profession. I can highly recommend this practice.
