I had a filling replacement done recently and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The procedure was painless, and the dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout. I initially visited the Cuffley Smile clinic for a root canal consultation and treatment. Dr Bhuva was excellent as he explained the options and process. The procedure was pain free and successful . I have since seen Tina for a check up and restorative work to my root canal tooth. I have been pleased with these results too. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I have been very pleased with the experience and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I'm at the end of Failed Root Canal treatment. I had two hours in the chair. I thawed out quickly and to my surprise had NO discomfort whatsoever. Every aspect of my treatment was fantastic and the staff were lovely as well. Many of my friends said they would rather have an extraction but I made the right decision. Just my 6 monthly check up, but this was a very good experience. Seen on time, after having a quick chat with the lovely receptionist, a very thorough check up by the dentist and some helpful advice given.

I’m quite a nervous patient but whenever I arrive the lovely receptionist always has a smile on her face and so so friendly. The dentist I have seen is always so calm and reassuring I’m easily put to ease straight away. She generally cares and always asks how things are checks health of gums as well as teeth.

I visited the hygienist today and was very pleased with the service and information that she provided. The receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming , which really helps when you are a bit nervous. Thank you.

Dr. John was so kind and patient when explaining the surgery steps to my son. He really took the time to make sure my son felt comfortable and calm. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We truly appreciate the care and warmth from everyone.

From start to finish my experience was fantastic! Dr Vishal Patel was so friendly and great at explaining the whole process start to finish, including aftercare. I was apprehensive, as most people are going to the Dentist, and it had been a while since I had last been. I was also aware of potentially 2 teeth that I would have to have removed and explained this to him. He was re-assuring, careful and professional in removing my tooth and explained any questions I had in detail, making it easy to understand all options and steps. I have had mixed experiences previously dentistry wise with informal and cold, unhelpful dentists and this was the complete opposite and will 100% be the Dentist I use moving forwards! The receptionist and assistant were both very helpful too for aftercare, booking in and explaining any other questions I had. Thanks very much Dr Patel! And for an experience that naturally shouldn't be enjoyable actually turned out to be!

I am a nerve's patient , but the clinician Hana was just nice and made me at ease. Did a Good job and very constructive advice. I can’t highly recommend Dr Patel enough! Dr Patel has given me so much great advice and treatment over the past few years. Dr Patels whole approach feels personal. She puts you at ease and explains all treatments thoroughly. Not only by discussing the dental plan but she also provides visuals to help you know what your teeth will look like after treatment. I have recently had full composite bonding on my upper teeth. Dr Patel and I had consultations throughout and it wasn’t rushed at all she wanted to get it right for me. Dr Patel worked really hard for me to feel comfortable with my smile again. Nothing is too much trouble for her and when she checks in to make sure I’m happy with the end result in her own time, I know she cares about me and her work. The staff at the practice are also superb they are so friendly and efficient. It’s an all round great experience!

I wanted Invisalign for years but had had bad experiences with past dentists so I was glad when the first communication was via WhatsApp so they saw how my teeth looked prior to going in for an appointment this was a huge factor in me continuing with this as I was so embarrassed by my teeth. The staff are so kind and patient, really helpful and go over and above to help! Most importantly my teeth are now straight and clean thanks to their great work! Couldn’t recommend The Lodge Dental suite enough, I get so many compliments about my teeth now.

Fantastic dentist. Everyone is always so kind, patient, friendly and understanding. They are very neurodivergent friendly, will listen and not judge you at all. The pay monthly scheme is great - having the regular hygienist included has made a huge difference to my teeth. I’ve always struggled with brushing my teeth, and cannot cope with floss etc - but they have always encouraged me that whatever I can do (eg water flosser) is better than nothing and I’ve never felt judged or pressured. The dental work they do is top tier - really take their time and make you feel cared about. Being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp rather than having to call is also a massive bonus!

I cannot recommend the lodge enough. I was very anxious about going to the dentist after several years of neglecting my teeth. From the initial phone call to the many appointments over the last year I felt comfortable and cared for at all times. Each member of staff I dealt with was so kind and took the time to explain each step of my treatment, and really put me at ease. I have now finished my course of treatment but will be coming back for my regular check ups in the future. So lucky to have found the practice and to have it so close by. I got Invisalign here and also signed up for the regular dental plan with Melisha (dentist) and Anna (hygenist). I've been so happy with all the treatments I've received, and they're always quick to accommodate if I need to move appointments around. As for the Invisalign results, you can see for yourself! I'm much more confident in my smile now which is really lovely - I used to cover my mouth alot! Melisha and Anna are both super professional, gentle (I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past) and very friendly. Highly recommend Lodge Dental and Invisalign :)

I think this is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to in my whole life. Simon has been brilliant and I’ve tested him to the max!! He is the most patient and the first dentist that’s actually explained to me what they’re going to do. Absolutely brilliant. Been here for many years now and had a lot done. Some have gone and been replaced but each as nice as the other. Simon took my tooth out after a consultation a while ago (2 root canals already so was very honest and said the best thing to do and told me the options and chances). Everyone there is amazing, the receptionist was fantastic and really helped and made me feel very calm and welcome and the assurance of the other bookings I made because I am terrible at keeping track of them! I will make a very very big compliment to the hygienist. She really is amazing and will go out of her way if needed to help on you. I would follow her if she ever left, absolutely brilliant and I can’t thank her enough.

Ive been here several times and each time i go they exceed my expectations. The best dental advice, plans and treatments and really friendly dentists that treat you like a human being rather than a number. Highly recommended them and if your a nervous patient they are also fantastic at making you relaxed and confident. Will never go to another dentist again. A visit to the dentist can rarely be said to be a pleasurable experience. However this was the case for our 1st visit to Hertfordshire Dental Group. After being loyal customers of a private dentist close to our home for the last 44 years, the principal reason for the move was the decline in experienced staff since it's acquisition by a large medical group. We both agreed that the 30 min journey, instead of 5, was much more than justified by the quality of treatment care and service rediscovered at HDG.

I’m a nervous patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in many years. Diane put me at total ease. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all which I really appreciated. Afterwards, the lady on reception was really friendly too. A great experience.

I've been at this dentist for 35 years now. The reception staff are fantastic as always. My son went today and saw a new dentist there called Josh. My son (22) has a couple of neurological conditions and suffers with severe anxiety. Donald (who is one of the best) was in there too with the dentist. He actually thought Josh was great! He kept my son informed before he done anything and explained it fully until he got it. He was very empathetic to his needs and let him do some work on his teeth. It's bad enough having a fear of the dentist, but having trust in the dentist looking after you is 70% of the battle. Thanks Josh, you had a very positive impact today. Thankyou.

I've not had the best time the last few times but the guy I saw today more than made up for that. He had mid length hair and was on the top floor but I don't know his name. He's been there since September 24 and I highly recommend him as he was friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and had a smile. I hope he's there when I return.

I found the Dentist, Josh to be very efficient, and thorough. He immediately knew what my problem was and dealt with it promptly, his highly skilled and professional, he had given the advise on what to do for aftercare with great explanation in detailed, specially if you have a dry socket tooth! Special Thanks must also go to the reception staff Tanya, for booking me in today for an Emergency appointment, she listened and was very patient and tried her best to assist me. I’ve had a partial lower flexible denture for some time. Three weeks ago I had to have two lower front teeth removed and my dentist said I couldn’t have a new denture for three months! I was horrified as I couldn’t wear the existing denture, and felt so self conscious did not want to go anywhere or be seen. I decided to search Google for dental laboratories near me and found Warda in Waltham Cross. I read all the reviews and they were very good so made an appointment. The lovely lady added two teeth to my denture, smoothed out the rough edges it had, and refitted it the next working day. It is perfect, more comfortable than before. I had been in pain for about a week when my dentist had referred me here for an emergency tooth extraction. i am a very nervous patient but i was desperate to be seen as i couldnt stand the pain radiating into my temples and eyes from my tooth. the admin team was absolutely amazing and actually got me in within 24h of my referral and dear lord was i grateful (at this point i was googling self tooth removal out of pure desperation!) to say im a nervous patient, im terrified of the dentist, always sedated for fillings let alone extractions but this time im pregnant and this wasnt an option, so to say i was terrified was an understatement. I went in shaking, hyperventilating but everyone was friendly and really tried to calm me down. the dentist and nurse were so patient with me, even gave me some numbing gel to ease my needle phobia and then once that had been addressed they gave me plenty of time to breathe through all the processes that i needed to. The removal qas quick and swift. Just couldn't recommend enough!

Wow what can I say!! This team is fantastic, I am a nervous patient and from arriving at reception greeted by the joyous Joni I was instantly at ease. Christian was outstanding, truly put me at ease followed by his assistant Ashley. Christian was telling me step by step the procedure which made me feel confident in going ahead. We used Chewydent for a new set of top and bottom dentures for my nan after having 2 years of issues with another company. It was like a breath of fresh air when walking in to Chewydent!! The place is immaculate to start with! Chewy is the most friendly and professional guy you could ask for, we left laughing each time we went. And the set of dentures we had made were beautiful! Such a wonderful job!! We could not recommend anyone better!!!

I wanted to leave this review because I felt everyone should know about chewydent if you want the best then you need to go here chewy is who looks after you is amazing he's extremely professional and caring and an absolute legend I came to chewy dent shortly after my second extraction of my front teeth to have a second tooth added to my temporary denture that I got on the NHS but after not wearing it for a few weeks my teeth had moved and it no longer fitted but that was no problem for chewy as he said he could make a new one he gave me great advice on my options ie permanent dentures to implants and everything he could do to help me ! my confidence had took a battering loosing 2 of my front teeth but chewy made me feel so comfortable and at ease he said there's nothing he won't do to look after his clients and trust me he means it hes the loveliest man I think iv ever met. Fast forward to today I picked up my new temporary denture and he fitted it made sure I was happy with it and it was comfortable and let me say the quality of it well second to none it's so well made to the highest calibre it looks SO natural and to be honest it evan looks 100 times better than my original teeth looked and made me relise how poorly made my nhs denture was I now have my confidence back and most of all I can smile again thanks to chewydent if you want to change your life if you want the best if your want somebody that really cares about his clients then go here and I promise you won't regret it thank you chewydent Im now a life long client I wouldn't go anywhere else ever ! 😊

This man is a legend.I came to see him about dentures.Without going in to too much detail it's been a big struggle to even leave my home some days.BUT I know he's such a caring and kind individual. 1 question if I may? Do you do pallateless upper dentures please? My gag reflex is incredibly bad. Highly recommend this gentleman
