I reached out to The Roofing Company to have a flat roof leak investigated. Previously I had it reviewed by 3 other roofing companies and was given varying degrees of feedback ranging from quick fixes, to having the entire flat roof and pitched roof redone. Gary popped over with his team, assessed the roof and reported back to me with the issue with the correct course of action. The advice was that there was no issues with the pitched roof and that the flat roof was worn and need replacing. The team stripped the flat roof back to the OCB (where they confirmed that the OCB did not need replacing as it was in great shape. The team progressed with stripping the existing felt and fitting the new torch of felt. Absolutely great service from start to finish and Gary and his team have been fantastic to work with. They also replaced the felt on the exterior outhouse. Overall 10/10 and will be using again for any future roofing issues.

I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. Great team and great project stripping off old asbestos roof and fitting a reclaimed peg tiles roof . A very good authentic roof was provided at the end. We are very pleased and would definitely use this Team again.

We had an issue with leaky concrete rain water gutters. Empire UPVC and Roofing Specialists team were very professional from quoting to completion of works. I dealt with Chris and he advised me of what needed to be done to fix leaky gutters and answered all my questions related to it. Highly recommended we had a VELUX window installed and lead flashings replaced on on the roof of our garage conversion good competitive and sensible quote, very quick to respond to any enquiries and kept updated at every stage, the installation was very professional by highly knowledgeable staff who cleared the site upon completion would definitely use Empire if needed in the future.

Empire responded to the job posting very quickly and Chris was able to attend my house the very next morning to assess the problem and I had an estimate for the work by that lunch time. After agreeing to the estimate, the work was booked in to be completed within a few days, scaffolders arrived on the next Wednesday and two men arrived to fix the roof leak the following day. The workers were extremely polite and communicated consistently as they removed the roof tiles and eventually uncovered where the leak was coming from. They replaced some of the wet batons and then replaced the roof, adding in new tiles to replace the broken ones that caused the leak, and a few other weak looking tiles. The roof was fixed just in time before a very large storm hit the area the following weekend, which was a good test to see if the problem had indeed been resolved, which it had. The whole experience was quick and painless, resulting in a permanent fix and at a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Empire UPVC to my friends and family should the need arise.
