Me and my wife bought our first property with a small out extension with a pre-existing flat roof which was in bad need of replacement. We called FJ roofing Freddie come out and give us a quotation which we accepted and the work was carried out on schedule and to the exact quote that was given with no added extras for a company that you can trust And rely on. Early last year we lost some ridge tiles in the wind leaving a hole in the top of our roof. We were very grateful that Freddie and his team were able to come and fix it that day for a very reasonable cost. We later discovered that further pointing was needed on the roof - Freddie quoted a reasonable price and carried out the work very quickly. We recently noticed that some of that cement was coming loose - within 24 hours or reaching out to Freddie he came round to address the issue and it was corrected within the week. In addition he also went above and beyond by adding in 3 broken roof tiles which was unnecessary but greatly appreciated. We are really happy with the customer service we’ve received - thank you.

After recently purchasing our first home, and discovering the roof needed repair, we tried a number of roofers but nothing solved our problem until Jim and his team came along. I cannot thank them enough: professional, top quality, competitively priced, family run…I’ve even recommended them to my neighbours who also had a v positive experience hiring them.

Whilst doing a job for my neighbour I asked if they could check why water poured off my gutters when it rained. A very pleasant man quickly laddered up and removed moss from the gutter. Very much appreciated as the height was too much for me. I Have kept their card and will use them if I need roof repairs.

Mark and his team fixed a number of problems with our roof. They were on time, polite and left the site clean and tidy. Communication was brilliant - always texting me to let me know when they were coming and going. Replaced flat roof on extension to Grade 2 listed church. Exemplary work, carried out at pace, by a team of true craftsmen. Always arrived at the agreed time and leaves the site tidy. We had to wait to start the work because they are always busy with work queuing up, but the wait was worth it. For the quality of the work surprisingly good on pricing too.

From the day Jack visited to carry out an inspection ...followed up by photo evidence of the suggested remediation work...to the completion of the work (much earlier than we really expected, given the dead of winter!) Mark assessed the work. Gave a reasonable quote (actually cheaper than two others) mobilised the scaffolding and completed the job quickly and well. On minor issue relating to preventing pigeons under our solar panels required a brief return visit which was completed the next day. Impressive would recommend.

Am so happy that I used ARP, brilliant service! They have acted promptly from initial phone call to supplying samples, quoting and booking in the job. Both Mark and Simon are extremely professional and they really do go the extra mile to make sure the Client is happy - believe me, I know, as I nearly changed my mind about what I wanted half way through the job!
