I have just had the best experience at Autotech Centre. I called on Saturday morning and within 10 mins Assad was taking my car for a test drive… to source the problem! Then on the ramp for inspection. All sorted within no time I was back on the road! Excellent customer service all round! Thank you Assad! I will be back!

My car broke down on the way back from being repaired by another garage. This was on the night before going away. The AA had to leave my car with this garage and I’m so glad they did. Having a small child it’s worrying when you brake down and you loose confidence in your vehicle. The garage understood my concerns and checked the work by the previous garage to make sure I would be safe. They kept me in the loop and looked after my car until I returned from my holiday. They explained what they had to do and what wasn’t done by the other garage and this gave me reassurance. The customer service is outstanding as I was called to check all was ok and I was happy, completely understanding me being worried. I couldn’t recommend this garage enough and so thankful to them.

I've had my MOT done at this garage recently. They stick to their specified time and are very curteous. Also, having used them a few times, they did not charge me to fix minor technical issues and diagnosis. I'm happy with their services and would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Nash Mills MOT & Eurorepar Car Service Centre - super friendly, professional and efficient!! I booked them very last minute for an MOT, literally within half an hour, and it was done within an even shorter time than first stated, which was impeccable. Bit of a story time: initially, Mo recommended I go home as it would take a couple of hours and I had my toddler with me (as well as being heavily pregnant) and Tracy (the receptionist) very kindly offered to drop me and my daughter back home - only for me to realise I left my keys back at the centre!! Again, Tracy kindly offered to go back and get them whilst I waited in the park with my daughter. Upon her return, she advised that Mo would be finished earlier than stated, and took me back with her to get my car. This was a situation where anyone, let alone a pregnant lady with a toddler, would get flustered but the kindness Tracy showed me prevented that completely, I’m so thankful to her!! I will definitely be returning for any other car issues, MOT etc in the future - a customer for life, thank you!!

I've been using this garage for well over a year now based on a friend's recommendation. The service here is efficient, reasonably priced and carried out to a high standard. I am always surprised at how quickly things are resolved and Gavin had always been accommodating, friendly and helpful. Despite moving house, I am still taking my car to Mechanix Direct because they always do a brilliant job. Five stars!

Gavin has been doing my MOT for years. Always good to chat to. Explains things clearly. If he does spot something he will run you through it in detail with pricing. Recommended to friends for servicing and they said how reasonable prices were.

Gavin has what i value most in a service provider: a very friendly and approachable manner. It was a pleasure using his garage and will definitely do so again. Another bonus is very easy parking outside his place, compared to some others I've used nearby.

Was there for all of about 5 minutes, Scott the mechanic came out and asked the problem. He quickly removed a car that was in the work shop and took mine in to diagnose. He showed me the problem within seconds and said you can change these yourself because you have a bit of knowhow. Said any problems, we'd be happy to do for you but a very simple job. Really nice guys. Reasonable, they made sure my van was safe. I arrived very early and my van was seen to straight away. It’s good they are just an inspection location and don’t have a conflict of trying to sell you services. That said they do know what they are doing at a mechanics master level.

An excellent service provided by Apsley MOTs. These guys do only MOTs and not work or repairs so have no agenda. There's a clean and warm waiting room with free tea and coffees whilst you wait. I thoroughly recommend Auto Motive. They carried out a Major service on my vehicle last year (whilst I was on the other side of the world!) and they collected it from my drive and brought it back. They conducted an interim this year. They have also done servicing and MOT on my Mother in Law's car, collecting it and dropping it back for her which is a huge help as she is elderly. They are also doing a full service and MOT on my wife's car next month. The customer service is excellent, with fantastic communication; I received photos of the condition of parts which is what I asked for. I can not fault the workmanship and the price is spot on for the work carried out and as quoted. What is even better is the fact you can really trust these guys; their knowledge and integrity is second to none. They aren't interested in squeezing you for money; they have a reputation to uphold so you can take their word for it if they say something doesn't need doing, or if something should get done soon. They are backed by the Motor Ombudsman, which is an accreditation that many independent garages don't have and usually something only found with Main Dealer garages, so it gives great peace of mind and cements the trust you can place in them.
