My car broke down on the way back from being repaired by another garage. This was on the night before going away. The AA had to leave my car with this garage and I’m so glad they did. Having a small child it’s worrying when you brake down and you loose confidence in your vehicle. The garage understood my concerns and checked the work by the previous garage to make sure I would be safe. They kept me in the loop and looked after my car until I returned from my holiday. They explained what they had to do and what wasn’t done by the other garage and this gave me reassurance. The customer service is outstanding as I was called to check all was ok and I was happy, completely understanding me being worried. I couldn’t recommend this garage enough and so thankful to them.

I drove in a little stressed yesterday with an engine light warning, with advice from the AA to find a local garage. Too risky to drive back to London. I found these guys. Muhammed took me on board. Did a diagnostic check on my Land Rover, and he cleared it as non urgent, and probably a false alarm. I am back in the area over the next few days, so he said, any problems, just come on back, but he hoped not to see me, (joke) otherwise his diagnosis would have been wrong. I asked how much for the inspection and the advice, and it was No Charge. Bless. A garage I chanced upon. Treated so kindly and quickly. No charge. Which only led me to believe that I had lucked upon some good and honest mechanics. We all need people like these. Thanks again Muhammad, and please excuse if I have the wrong spelling.

I took my car for a couple of things to be done. They promptly attended and did charged very reasonably. Believe they do a good job without disappointing customers. Exellent service.

I have just had the best experience at Autotech Centre. I called on Saturday morning and within 10 mins Assad was taking my car for a test drive… to source the problem! Then on the ramp for inspection. All sorted within no time I was back on the road! Excellent customer service all round! Thank you Assad! I will be back!
