Took my Focus in due to a longstanding but somewhat intermitant noise fault. After a couple of road tests & pit inspection, the fault was located & fixed. Great service. Thank you so much guys.

Was there for all of about 5 minutes, Scott the mechanic came out and asked the problem. He quickly removed a car that was in the work shop and took mine in to diagnose. He showed me the problem within seconds and said you can change these yourself because you have a bit of knowhow. Said any problems, we'd be happy to do for you but a very simple job. Sent me on my way, free of charge. I got a very good first impression and will definitely be using them again. Thanks Scott, greatly appreciated your honesty and knowledge!
