Had a red warning light appear and rang up to ask if I could drop it in same day for a quick look, which they said was fine. Really nice and friendly blokes, advised me that my car guzzles oil so I need to be checking it more frequently, so they topped it up, and they also topped up my coolant which I'd struggled to get the cap off to do myself recently. Would gladly use again.

Great friendly service. I managed to get my car booked in for a service and an MOT. They are very transparent and explained the bill and work that was carried out. Highly recommend them and will use them for all future works.

Excellent Mechanic – Highly Recommended! I can’t recommend this mechanic enough! You can truly count on him – he knows cars inside out and provides top-quality repairs. Last Monday, when my van broke down, he sorted everything out within two days without any issues. He repaired the suspension, replaced the brake caliper, changed the engine oil and fuel filter – all done quickly and professionally. Great service, fair prices, and an easy-going approach. Brilliant customer service - very responsive on WhatsApp, very flexible and good comms whilst they had the car. The MOT and service were competitively priced, and - most importantly - they felt trustworthy. The car was ready on time and it felt noticeably smoother to drive. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back. We switched from a main dealer over the last four years because we wanted a local, trustworthy garage that we could rely on and didn't feel overpriced like the main dealers, who aren't as transparent and feel like they're trying to hit targets. Popped into Barnet Motor Medics as front passenger side door of my Fiat Panda would not open. The very kind staff at reception fixed it in a couple of minutes. They were friendly, cooperative and very efficient. Highly recommend and will certainly come back.

I can honestly say this is the most helpful garage I've come across in the UK. First of all, they really take the time to listen to you and thoroughly go over the issues with your car. Their customer service response time is very fast—something you rarely see, if ever, at other garages. My car, a BMW 330i, went through extensive maintenance. They used Castrol oil and very professional-grade equipment. They also give you options when it comes to parts—whether you want original or aftermarket—depending on your budget, which is great. They don’t come back to you with nonsense like “we have strict rules” or anything like that. Instead, they’re confident in what they do and it shows. Went to PJ crash repairs due to damage to rear wheel arch and rear passenger door. They were very patient waiting for a part to be delivered which delayed the job slightly but worked tirelessly to fix the repair. They did a fantastic job and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend these chaps - Paul and Tom were recommended to me, were honest about the price and the work that the repair would entail. I dropped the car the afternoon of 6th March and had a call late morning on the 7th that the car was ready to collect. It had been washed and hoovered at the front, which is highly appreciated!
