I can honestly say this is the most helpful garage I've come across in the UK. First of all, they really take the time to listen to you and thoroughly go over the issues with your car. Their customer service response time is very fast—something you rarely see, if ever, at other garages. My car, a BMW 330i, went through extensive maintenance. They used Castrol oil and very professional-grade equipment. They also give you options when it comes to parts—whether you want original or aftermarket—depending on your budget, which is great.
