Mario was amazing, I had a wash cut and keratin blow-dry. Mario is fantastic and he saved my hair.I did not even have to cut it. He is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. His color correction was totally amazing.

My best experience ever. First of all Mario gave me the best haircut ever, my hair is very fine and floppy after the haircut it was so easy to manage it myself and my hair felt bouncy and full of life. I love when I can manage my hair easily while at home as most of the time I would leave the hair salon looking fabulous and next day there would be no chance to replicate it. Just few months later all my family including my little kids all had amazing haircuts. Mario was so patient with little ones and did give them all the attention and time that an adult client would get. My kids had the best experience, so did my husband. There was nice addition to the hair salon with a nail technician. Now I book them both at the same time. My nails never looked better and my feet has never felt lighter and smoother. Most of the time I get my hair done and at the same time Violeta does my nails, really handy when I have three kids and no spare time to stay fab. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!

I had an amazing experience with Gabriella today! She took me from brown to blonde in one session, including a root smudge, and the results are absolutely stunning. Gabriella really knows her stuff when it comes to color, and she’s such a lovely person—she explained every step of the process and gave me great tips for keeping my hair healthy. I’ve never had a hairdresser I’ve stuck with before, but Gabriella has earned my trust, and I will definitely be returning. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out!

The best customer service ever !! So I am 35 years old and have been using many branded products to help my fine wrinkles but no luck. I was recommended by a friend to visit Gold City Aesthetic and meet Pervin. The moment I called for an appointment I felt her amazing energy and she was really informative on the options I have and booked my consultation. I have to say if you want professional service and honesty and great skills this is the place. I got full Botox done to my face and Pervin was so gentle and nice I literally didn’t feel any pain. Pervin was so lovely she made sure I was happy with the outcome by messaging me after my procedure. I went for a top up session too and took my friend with me to get the same procedure. I had Botox procedure and filler on the whole face it’s amazing, Pervin is an amazing lady, she is patient and very experienced in her work. She’s done an amazing job on my face I’m nearly 50 but now look a 30 years old. She is so friendly and very caring personality.

I had a cut and blow dry with a treatment by Sophie. Sophie was very professional and made me feel very calm as I had been worried about my hair thinning she put my mind at ease and gave me lots of advice and recommended products. The cut was so lovely and blow dry I had lots of compliments after. The salon is very well managed with a very friendly vibe. I would recommend :)

As soon as you walk into the Salon it has a nice relaxing vibe and makes you feel like you are in a spa. I had my waxing done by Kalpana for the first time and she is so lovely and friendly which made me feel at ease straight away. She is also very professional and this wax was probably the most pain free wax I have ever had. This will be my new waxing lady and will be returning again! I would highly recommend!

Using husbands google account as I don’t have one. I went to Flow for the first time today on recommendation from my daughter who recently had her own hair coloured there by Kerry. I was very happy with their friendly service and most grateful to Sev for a great cut and colour treatment, and also Kerry for a lovely blow-dry! The massage chairs at the rinsing area was a nice unexpected treat and chair/sink set up was the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a salon providing decent back and neck support. They also make a decent cup of tea with a naughty but nice wrapped biscuit on the side! Would happily recommend both ladies to anyone looking for a new stylist.. Thanks once again 🙏

The staff at YAY clinic are extremely friendly and talented. I have been 3 times- twice for eyebrow threading and once for gel nail polish removal. I love how my eyebrows turn out every time, and the price is reasonable (appreciated by me as a full time student). There is usually not wait (I book online) and the place is very clean. I highly recommend!
