I got my hair cut by Izzy for the first time a couple of weeks ago after moving to the area. I normally don’t like my hair just after it’s been cut but this time was different - Izzy really listened to what I wanted and I Ioved the cut immediately. What’s more, a couple of weeks later I’m still loving it and finding it easy to style - it still has that new cut softness and just today I had compliments from three different people in the space of an hour. Had my hair coloured for the first time today by georgia! I asked for my already blonde hair to look sunkissed and for peekaboo purple, she blended my babylights in perfectly with my already blonde hair and added the most beautiful shade of plum! Exactly what I wanted after not quite getting what i wanted elsewhere! Love my hair and the salon is chilled, friendly and very clean! Thank you georgia i will definitely be back again! 💎 💜

The salon was busy today, Katie and Beth had great repartee with their clients, making them feel special and glamorous. Adriana was working her magic on her clients in her beauty room and Lily was making her ladies nails look beautiful. Nikki, you’re such an amazing hairstylist you made my hair look so fabulous so clean so pretty I didn’t even have An inspiration picture I just told Nikki and she just understood she was very gentle and so nice i’ve gone to her three times now and every single time she hasn’t disappointed me not to mention the other staff are so nice as well and all of them have their own specialties. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend and going back until I die.

I,ve just had my eyeliner done after nearly three years since Justyna did it for first time. She has done as well lip fillers . I have to say that I was very scared the fillers wouldn't look natural but listening to her advice and building them up on stages they look amazing. Both jobs are top. A few weeks ago, I went to the Beauty Bar for my first experience with semi-permanent makeup to enhance the appearance of my eyebrows. Juystina is a very competent practitioner. I had lash extensions and they are the best i have had. And i have tried many so dont hesitate if you want great lashes. I would highly recommend her she ia very competent in her field and a lovely person. Many people not trained like Juystina so go to hef salon if you want honeaty and a great treatment.

Have just arrived home from getting my first hair topper . I was a bit nervous but Stephanie B was so easy going and lovely . She went through all the care and answered my questions. She cut and styled my topper and was so helpful with styling ideas . Nothing was too much trouble and I am so thankful for this amazing place which I first used 14 years ago when I had cancer and was made a wig as I had such a small head . Amanda came out to see my aunt who was very disabled and couldn’t get to the shop in 2018 and sorted her out with a lovely wig . Thank you Amanda and Stephanie for the wonderful service you provide . So I have just come back from my appointment with Amanda and feel the most normal I have felt in a year. I was so scared about buying a wig but the process was so easy and everybody in the salon so understanding. We discussed various options and didn't feel pressurised in any way to spend a fortune.
