My son had his first haircut here, great place to make a 1 year old feel calm and distracted whilst having haircut. One of very few places that are actually willing to cut very young children's hair. Will definitely be using this hairdresser's again and would 100% recommend.

Just got our daughter’s first hair cut done with Charlotte. What an amazing stress free experience it was. Charlotte knows what she is doing and you can see that through the passion of her work. She was very accommodating, especially when Hazel moved. Charlotte finished her hair with two beautiful French plaits and a bow that Hazel picked out. Very cute touches of a lollipop and ballon to take home. Hazel is smiling from ear to ear and so are we. Could not recommend Knock Knock who’s hair and Charlotte more. See you in the future

What a great find - took my little boy (18 months) for his first haircut and he loved it, the cars were a great novelty and Netflix a good distraction. The lady who cut his hair was very friendly and did it in less than 10 minutes which was perfect for someone who won’t sit still!

First hair cut! I could see people locally had recommended knock knock who’s hair, I had put off taking my child as they can be nervous of new people and experiences and they also have very curly hair and I was worried about someone cutting it badly. Charlotte was great! My little one loved the cars and she left really happy with a balloon and hair bow, she had a lovely experience. It’s such a lovely place, Thank you

First time using this salon today after booking from a recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. The salon was beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My stylist was Ky and she was lovely, talked me through my options as I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. Great conversation while cutting (i love a hairdresser I can chat with) and I’ve left already booking in for my next appointment. So glad this salon was recommended and I’ll definitely be back.

The treatments available are suited for any needs but I wanted to improve my skin tone and get rid of scarring from spot outbreaks so I had a course of microdermabrasion. Helen is very gentle and professional, the treatment didn’t hurt and results were seen after 2 sessions. Highly recommend Helen and the beauty room

Lovely Salon with friendly beauty and hairstylists. I have had hair and beauty treatments and have always left smiling. Blow dry with Gemma was particularly amazing for my hard to manage hair.. no issue for Gemma who was able to deliver one of the best blow drys I've ever had in record time.

Just got back from a lovely experience at salon of gems. Annabelle was my stylist she was amazing. From start to finish of my hair cut and colour (balayage) she spoke to me about the process. Gave me lots of advice about the colour cut and also finished my hair cut and styled my hair lovely. Thank you so much Annabelle for making my experience in the salon wonderful.

I absolutely love getting my hair cut by Laura – she’s amazing at what she does and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Both my husband and I get our hair done by her, and she always does a fantastic job. It’s such a bonus that I can also get my eyebrows and nails done by Emma at the same time – she’s brilliant too. Everyone there is so lovely, and it really feels like a welcoming, community space. Highly recommend!

The whole team are so friendly and genuinely make you feel right at home. They’re always so supportive and understanding, especially when I need to bring my young daughter along - they go above and beyond to make things easy and stress free. What I really love is how well Gemma knows my hair and understands exactly what I’m aiming for. My extensions are blended so seamlessly into my natural hair and the results always leave me feeling so confident. It’s more than just a hair appointment. It’s a little boost of self esteem and a lovely experience from start to finish.

Sam’s studio is lovely, modern and really clean, she made me feel completely at ease. The whole experience was an absolute treat & I felt so relaxed afterwards. I added the neck shoulder & hand massage which was excellent & would highly recommend for an extra indulge. Sam is very knowledgeable & shared lots of tips to help my scalp & hair growth. If you haven’t booked.. what are you doing? Such a luxury experience, unlike anything I’ve ever had. Scalp care isn’t something I ever thought about but having had a dry and irritated scalp for a few months, it needed some attention. Seeing a close up picture of my scalp before and after was eye opening. I was amazed at how much of a difference one treatment made. Sam recommended a few products to help me in between treatments and so far I’m loving them. Almost 2 weeks after and my hair and scalp have never felt better. Already booked my next treatment in 🤗

The only word I can think of to describe the head spa is DREAMY! It was so relaxing and a real pamper, much needed especially whilst I’m on mat leave! From start to finish Sam was so professional as if she’s been doing it for years! The heated bed was a lovely addition as you really felt like you were in a spa. It was so nice to feel like my hair and head had had a real deep clean. It’s something I’ve never had before but thanks to me telling everyone about how lovely it was I received two gift vouchers for Christmas!! Lucky me. Can’t wait for my next treatment. The only negative… that it had to end.
