Briony was warm welcoming and gave a great head massage. She listened to what I wanted and I felt very comfortable and reassured she knew how to cut my hair so I left feeling great! I am going back for a colour and she kindly did a patch test for me.

I have been going to Sophie for a few years now. I cannot recommend her enough!! She is always happy to accommodate what I ask for and is fantastic every time. Sophie is always at the end of her messages. When I go in it’s like catching up with a friend! The service in the salon is amazing and all the hairdressers are so helpful and welcoming. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. I always leave feeling amazing.

Really recommend Briony, I wasn’t sure what to do with my hair/what cut to have but she helped guide me towards a hairstyle that suits and works for me in the everyday. Wasn’t sure how I wanted it styled either but she excelled at that too and I left feeling way more confident! 11/10 will be back again. Thank you :)

I highly highly recommend going to April! I’ve never really trusted anyone with my hair as it’s so long and thick and people normally want to cut it off. I wanted a colour to lighten my natural hair but not damage it. April delivered just that and more! I’ve never had anyone care about my hair as much as she did and her and Pearl went above and beyond to make my appointment and my hair absolutely perfect. She created a beautiful blend and perfect colour using tint. I’m absolutely obsessed and will 100% be going back with April again. Everyone at the salon were so lovely and really friendly. I felt so happy and comfortable there and they all made my experience in the salon the best experience I’ve had at any salon before. I cannot recommend Luke Benson Hair enough and especially April, she’s the loveliest, funniest person and has just made my hair dreams come true!! 💕

I have been attending Trio for roughly 25 years now and I have always been so happy with my hair. Andrew is an amazing stylist and always makes my hair feel amazing. Louise is also a fantastic colourist and always gets it just right. Alfie cuts my 6 year old granddaughter’s hair and she loves chatting to him and he airways makes her feel very special. I have recommended Trio to many friends over the years and would never go anywhere else to have my hair done 😊

I used Trio Hairdressing for the first time on Saturday, and I'm delighted with my hair. Lois did a fantastic job with my highlights and Alfie did an amazing cut and blow dry. I have used nearly all the hair salons in Berkhamsted over the years, but I must say that Trio is by far the most friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!

I have been going to Trio for about 20 years now and I always come away very happy with my hair and the whole experience. I have very fine hair and no one has ever been able to style it in a way that it doesn’t look fine, that gives me way more confidence and I thank Andrew for that every time - I have complete faith in him and trust him implicitly with my hair - I would say once you have been to Trio you will always stay with Trio!

Grace did my hair perfectly, I always feel so welcome and comfortable in this salon and always love the outcome! All the staff are so extremely friendly and they offer many different treatments. Also amazing massage chairs whilst getting a wash! 💕💕

Full head of colour and a cut by Rosie. I explained (poorly) what I wanted and Rosie listened and also read between the lines. She was so attentive and great fun. She explained what she was doing at every step and gave helpful suggestions where necessary. Grace and Rosie were both very welcoming and really put me at easy from the moment I walked into the salon. Saw several other customers who had cut and colour done and they were greeted like family and walked out looking fabulous. Love this amazing and relaxed salon. Will definitely be returning, cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a GORGEOUS colour, cut and blow dry from Rosie! She pitched the tones perfectly, we had a good giggle during the appointment and I was able to get some work done at the same time! I would 100% recommend, I traveled from south London to see her and it was so worth it!

I had a great experience with the lovely Rosie. She was so sweet very easy to talk too, and always making sure I had a drink and my comfort was good through the 3.5 hours! All the workers at Savage our lovely outing and really do care about their clients and how they feel about their outcome. I can’t wait to come back to this amazing salon for a refresh. Emily’s massages are amazing, I feel like a new person after having one! She’s also a fabulous lady!!

Amazing service. Having tried many beauty salons in the past but the attention to detail and my comfort is exceptional and the best I've ever come across. I feel so relaxed after one of Emily's massages. Yesterday I went in with a very painful lower back that strong painkillers weren't touching and Emily's glutes massage made the pain disappear. If I hadn't experienced it for myself I'd never have believed it. Who needs painkillers. Emily is also so friendly and welcoming. Well worth a visit.

Went to see Emily today at True Beauty for a facial treatment. A recent bereavement had truly left is mark on my face, especially the eyes & Emily talked through the best treatment for me - letting me what she was doing throughout the procedure. The facial itself was totally blissful and coupled with Emily’s calm & professional manner the whole hour went way too quickly! I was actually emotional with the results & looked & felt 10 years younger. Thank you Emily you made my day. Will definitely be back soon.

Emily is just out of this world with her knowledge, expertise and gentle touch. I never know what facial we are doing as I trust her 100% and she never fails to impress. The results are visible straight away and you can feel your skin glowing. Not to mention that the whole experience makes you melt in that bed, enjoying every step until you fall asleep :)

First visit to The Retreat Rooms and have to say what a beautiful place. Hannah and Vicky are both lovely, very warm and welcoming. I had an hour full body aromatherapy massage with Hannah and have to say she is amazing, I left the salon feeling so relaxed but also re-energised, the products Hannah uses are lovely. I had a collagen wave with Hannah for the first time form her recommendation and I’m so happy I did! My skin was suffering from hormonal breakouts and I couldn’t believe how this helped to clear this up within a week! Hannah recommended products for me at home too which have only elevated my results and I can’t wait for my next one!

I recently went to visit Hannah at the Retreat Rooms, berkhamsted for micro needling. As this was my first time of having the treatment i was quite nervous, Hannah reassured me every step of the way. Hannah is an amazing therapist always putting the clients needs first. I will 100% be back for my next facial and can’t recommend Hannah enough.

I’ve been a regular visitor for massages over the last few months and I think Hannah is exceptional. I leave each time feeling amazing. The whole salon is so warm and inviting. As an added bonus Hannah is really lovely and very caring. I couldn’t recommend enough.

I am very impressed by Alchemy & I, offering above and beyond any other salon experience. Every single team member are amazing and very caring during your visit. I love that their sparkling water is actually chilled with fresh lemon or orange slices. Their hair wash room are beds with blankets, a complete spa ambience, with great lighting and music. First time i have never had to deal with neck pain during a wash & treatment. The whole salon is equally a beautiful atmosphere with great music and menu. My stylist Dawn understands my hair journey and is always applying great colour and cut techniques. I trust Dawn and feel in safe hands during my appointments. I look forward to being a life long member.

I have always had an amazing experience with Abbie! With my hair being so thick and long nothing is ever too much to ask for with Abbie. She really does go above and beyond throughout the whole service with making me feel so welcome and relaxed the second I walk in the salon. Loretta did a beautiful half head of highlights and really brightened up my hair. I couldn’t recommend her and the Annex more. It was my first time going there and the salon was lovely and atmosphere great. I was offered a drink etc. which I think is just so lovely. Libby also helped with my hair and she was great!

After having my baby, I was struggling to feel like my old self and had no idea what to do with my hair. Lanica was an absolute lifesaver! She was so helpful and friendly, really taking the time to understand my situation. Her suggestions were spot on, and she worked her magic to give me a style that made me feel confident again. I have been coming to Jenny for my lashes for years. She is always super professional and friendly and always discusses exactly what I want before each session. She is a perfectionist and loves doing lashes. My lashes always look amazing and are long lasting. I would not go anywhere else and would recommend her to anyone!

Jenny has been doing my eyelash extensions every few weeks for the past 10 years. I can definitely say they are the best lashes ever. I get many compliments on them, and they feel very light to wear, and do not weigh down your eyes like some. The lashes always last! I would always recommend Jenny to friends and family. Jenny takes real pride in her work and is definitely a perfectionist.

I moved to the area several years ago and had a bad lash experience. After seeing lots of recommendations, I went to Jenny for a lash lift and tint. She was absolutely brilliant and took great care of my lashes. I have super straight lashes and she did a brilliant job. I no longer have to spend time using an eyelash curler and having to put mascara on. Any time saved is a godsend for me! I'm booked in again and I will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
