Jay and Maria did an absolutely fantastic job. They were thorough, diligent, they followed up with great communication and repeat visits until the job was finished. On top of that they were super courteous, polite and helpful to deal with beginning to end. Couldn’t ask for more really. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. I would highly recommended Emergency Pest Control.

I don’t usually add reviews following the use of a new service, but on this occasion I felt compelled to because the service was above and beyond my expectations. We had a pigeon problem across all 3 of our roofs. Pigeon spikes and a combination of pigeon nettings were installed in the same day I called. Suffice to say, we no longer have pigeon problems. Favorite Pest Control. They can handle anything thrown there way. We had a German Roaches infestation about 2 years ago and called them to do an estimate. They came out that week and needless to say, it's been great to be roach free ever since. Most affordable rates and 5-star service. They will do the job right the 1st time.

If you're reading this then you are more than likely looking for someone you can trust to do it right the first time, without drama or to take advantage of you cost wise in your moment of need. It's probably 3am in the morning too just like it was for me when the noises had me sitting there going what is in our wall as I rushed to Google to find someone I could trust to sort out what turned out to be a wasp nest. I read the reviews and I called Jon first thing. Super polite, professional, happy upbeat and puts you at ease with years of experience and a trustworthy voice. With wasp nests being weather permitting Jon was super flexible working around rainy days until we got a sunny warm day meaning it took one go and that night... all was calm and the noise had gone. Quick and professional and super helplful to make sure your problem is solved. Jon adds value from years of experience so no messing around or getting anything wrong. Price wise a complete bargain. Mark from Pestech did what seemed impossible. He got rid of our rat infestation that plagued us for nearly 2 years. We had tried several pest control companies before (some highly recommended), spent lots of money on drain surveys, patching up a redundant pipe and were left highly frustrated. We dealt with people who in many cases did not help at all and gave what now seems nonsensical advice. Mark was kind enough to explain every step he was to take and where he suspected the problem was. Within a few weeks the issue was dealt with effectively and we haven't heard or seen any rodent activity since. Wish we had called him earlier. Cannot recommend Pestech highly enough!

I called Pestech after hearing ominous scratching and gnawing in the loft. Mark came quickly and did a thorough survey, and confirmed that rats had found a way in. Although I wasn't initially convinced, Mark's assessment that they had found a route through a compromised sewer proved to be entirely correct (builders had not properly capped an old pipe when they refitted a downstairs toilet). When Mark gives you advice on rats, be sure to listen - he knows what he's talking about. He solved my problem, and I highly recommend him.

Contacted Pestech regarding an issue in my loft. Received a call that evening and Mark explained what it could be and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We agreed a time for him to visit which was prompt and he and his colleague were very respectful of my property and inspected my loft and explained everything in great detail. Although no work was carried out due to a management company being responsible their was nothing they could do. I will without hesitation use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any help in regards to pest control. A massive 5 stars. Thank you to you both.

I contacted Tim around 1pm about a wasps' nest and he came out later the same afternoon. The treatment was very quick, effective and, in my opinion, good value. I wouldn't hesitate to contact The Verminator again for any future pest control requirements - a very friendly and professional service.

We used Tim to help us with a family of foxes that lived in our garden. It was the first time we’d ever had to do something like this and Tim was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth.
