We have just moved into our new home in December 2024. Within two days of moving in, we quickly learned that we had an insect infestation. The situation was so extreme, that one of my children needed antibiotics after the bites on his neck had become infected. Jack from Tracker Pest Control came out to our home and had a look in every room, thoroughly checking the skirtings, inside the cracks in the floor boards and in all the crooks and crevices. Jack was extremely polite and reassuring. He was sure to work out with us where we were getting bitten most and in what areas of the flat. Jack did the first fumigation within 24 hours of his first visit. And he came out to do the second fumigation within two weeks of the first. His assurance, perseverance and customer service has been truly fantastic. Jack’s excellent customer-centric approach had me feeling totally at ease and confident that we were being provided with the best possible service. It has meant a great deal to me and my children to have this pest situation under control, so that we’re now free to settle into our new home with peace of mind. Thank you very much Jack!! Not entirely sure where to start to give Jack the credit her deserves! We were blown away by how incredible he was not just at resolving our Pest issue, but in the due diligence and care provided. The short version of the problem is we had Rats in the walls! Very loud and very invasive rats! We called jack and he was round within a few hours to do a preliminary check of the house/drains/garden etc. opting for the least invasive measures to start with which we wanted. Unfortunately not two nights later we actually saw one in our kitchen at around midnight! It’s one thing knowing they are in the walls but to know they had managed to get into the house was a different ball game. Once again we called, and Jack was round asap. This time we took measures further and pulled out all the appliances where we found two potential entry points, both of which Jack closed up with concrete! Next he spoke with our neighbours who agreed to let us lift up the fence posts to check the side of the house and thats where Jack found the entry point! I didn’t know how he saw it either as I didn’t which only shows how good he is at spotting all the signs to look for! He advised we inject poison in this particular area to kill/deter re-entry rather than concrete up at this stage as he didn’t want to risk blocking them in, and then advised once the noise dies down to come back and block it up for good which is exactly what happened! Issue sorted within a few weeks! The communication was spot on too more often than not Jack actually reached out to us to check in way more than we reached out to him! We have two autistic children and whilst we don’t expect preferential treatment in any way jack definitely seemed to understand the implications and looked after us more than we could ever have hoped for! Whilst I hope we never have to use him again, if we do I would’t ever go anywhere else than Jack at Tracker pest control as he is hands down the best in the area.

A problem with bees entering the house was quickly resolved without the need for a visit, leading to a reassured, happy customer. Much advice followed and no charge was made. Jack demonstrated how a business should be run. He is honest, professional and will only visit and charge if absolutely necessary. Refreshing.

Jack came around really quickly. And what a lovely helpful man. Had an enormous amount of knowledge about the rat problem I had. Also put me in touch with a really nice plumber who helped fix my toilet....the rats have not been back since Jack came...He is very reasonable aswell...I would highly recommend him.😊😊😊

I don’t usually add reviews following the use of a new service, but on this occasion I felt compelled to because the service was above and beyond my expectations. We had a pigeon problem across all 3 of our roofs. Pigeon spikes and a combination of pigeon nettings were installed in the same day I called. Suffice to say, we no longer have pigeon problems. Paul was a pleasure to do business with. He wasted no time in laying some traps in our loft, in order to catch the rats we had previously heard and seen. After one week he returned and to our amazement had caught three of the blighters. After resetting the traps and laying down some fluorescent powder to see if there was any tracks he went away. He made an appointment to return 2 weeks later. However two days later I noticed the traps had bagged another one, I messaged him and he returned again, for an extra visit and removed the offending vermin. The final visit he confirmed that there was no further activity in the loft. He also inspected the exterior of the property to determine possible entry points for the rats, so we can address them. All in all, everything you would wish from Vermin control. Hopefully would never need his services again, but if we do I would do so in a heartbeat.

Great service - I contacted the company as we’ve had an issue with silverfish over the past year and others were not able to solve. We were advised to go for the fumigation service and the person who came, Matt, was great in explaining where the issue stems from and how we can reduce the chances of it happening in future. He was on time, friendly, and very detailed in how he went about his job, also providing great input into choosing humidifiers that would help combat the insects going forward. He carried out a very thorough evaluation of the area, made multiple visits to check traps, used legal humane methods, and blocked up all holes as well as gave really great advice for future and how to avoid future issues. Catch It Pest Control are just fab. They answered a late call and had Matt Smith come over so soon the morning after. He was super reassuring and helped me through the worst mouse phobia! Whilst it wasn't great having a rat in the house I've now discovered a brilliant pest control person whom I'm very happy to recommend. He was punctual, efficient, tidy and thorough. He really knows his stuff and even though he'd got the rat after his first visit, he returned twice more to check there were no more and to fit a valve to stop others getting in. Excellent work and a proper professional.

I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them. Because the issue was possibly dealt with he refused to take any oayment, stating his advice is free of charge. I was amazed and very grateful as I’m a pensioner.
