Bob came out the next day to remove a wasps' nest under our roof tiles (we could hear them through the bedroom ceiling...). He was friendly, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quickly and with no fuss. I'll definitely call him again (if we're unlucky enough to get another nest) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Bob came out to our site at Buzzworks within the hour. He is a nice guy who got the job done quickly and effectively in one visit. Bob is knowledgeable and trustworthy. We will use him again for sure.

Called up Bob to remove a nest we'd uncovered while clearing our allotment. He quoted and was able to come out the same day, clearly explaining his process and tools, and gave some much needed advice and encouragement for clearing the allotment once the nest was dealt with! The site is now clear and I'd strongly recommend Bob to anyone needing a similar service.

We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth. We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. Exchanged emails with Nick with photos from myself and google maps. Was easy to speak with and arranged date and time for works to be done while I was at work. Job completed and we are happy to once again be pigeon free.

I had a big problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels and creating all sorts of mess and noise. As a result I contacted Nick at Nex Pest Control who explained what needed to be done, gave me a quote and date when they could come out to fix my problem. They duly arrived as agreed and completed the work together with cleaning the area around my panels. A few months on and I am happy to say everything is great - no birds,no mess and no noise!!. I got quotes from a few companies that offer pigeon proofing of solar panels and Nick stood out as really caring about installing a lasting solution. While others offered to glue spikes to the side of the panels or use plastic fixings, Nick uses his own stainless steel design which he makes in house. He also stocks a range of meshes and having tried them all, knows which works best for a given application. He was efficient, careful and the end result looks tidy and robust. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality installation that will last as long as the panels.
