Catch It Pest Control are just fab. They answered a late call and had Matt Smith come over so soon the morning after. He was super reassuring and helped me through the worst mouse phobia! The problem was over within a day and in glad to say I haven't seen another mouse in well over a month now. Extremely happy with the service!

Great service from company and Matt in particular. He carried out a very thorough evaluation of the area, made multiple visits to check traps, used legal humane methods, and blocked up all holes as well as gave really great advice for future and how to avoid future issues. Matt was also really friendly, easy to have around, and is knowledgeable on his trade which helped put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend this company.

Great service - I contacted the company as we’ve had an issue with silverfish over the past year and others were not able to solve. We were advised to go for the fumigation service and the person who came, Matt, was great in explaining where the issue stems from and how we can reduce the chances of it happening in future. He was on time, friendly, and very detailed in how he went about his job, also providing great input into choosing humidifiers that would help combat the insects going forward. Permkill were super speedy at dealing with a wasp nest earlier last year in the summer in our new house that we have been renovating. It was quite high up roughly in the area where there was a small gap between the gutter for the roof. I was going to leave it till winter for it to naturally die off but the wasps were causing problems for neighbours and it meant they couldn't open their windows so I found these guys and they were perfect! Hopefully I'll not need them again but if I do, I know who to call!

Permkill were really great, he came the same day we called during the weekend to help us with a mouse that was in our kitchen extractor fan. He went above and beyond to remove unit and get the mouse for us. Good value for money for the 3 visits. Would highly recommend. Thank you! :)

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I sent a message quite late in the evening as my daughter was panicking with the amount of wasps in her room. Bryn promptly came the next day and dealt with the issue. Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. I would highly recommended Emergency Pest Control.

We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. They cover all London and beyond. I thoroughly recommend EPC. Thank you both for a great job!
