We used Tim to help us with a family of foxes that lived in our garden. It was the first time we’d ever had to do something like this and Tim was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Tim is clearly incredibly knowledgeable in his field and was always quick to respond if we needed to get hold of him. Highly recommend!

Had an ongoing problem with noises in our loft. Thought was squirrels – Multipest came around and surveyed and discovered rats in our property. Very thorough and friendly – then a different person did the treatment. He was also very pleasant. Got the problem solved and now we are rat free! They knew what they were doing!

I knew a company called Multipest based (Carpenders Park) who had a very good reputation in dealing with this kind of problems in hand. I called them up and they send Oskars to my property to do a survey and recommended what actions needed to be done. Oskars explained to me why I was having rat infestation and what actions/solution needed to be done to get rid of this unwanted problem. I am now very satisfied customer and highly recommend this company to anyone with pest issues.

From the moment I got in touch with Multipest in Watford they were helpful, understanding and very professional. Oskars, who sorted out my loft rodent situation, was very knowledgeable and went over and above to help me. Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Martin was persistent to catch a mouse in my loft and rats in my neighbour's house until he had the job done. Martin also helped me to get rid of a wasps nest. After discovering a wasp nest in our roof, we was thrilled to find Astral Pest control. He gave a much cheaper quote than other companies, was friendly, well informed and came out very quickly. Will definitely use again if we need his services.

Michael Greatwood (Rosehill Gdns) The worst customer we’ve had the misfortune to deal with in 10 years trading without a single complaint and with many very satisfied customers. Customer was given a full refund, even though 3 visits had been completed by staff including a fully qualified pest control technician after we decided never to deal with Mr. Greatwood again due to receiving intimidating threats and threats of criminal damage via text message and telephone calls. The customers wife initially explained her concerns regarding their ability to pay for the work required and so substantial reductions were made to accommodate them. Customer also claimed the pigeons were only ever at their property evenings after 8pm and at weekends, greatly limiting the time visits could be made. We would advise other tradesmen to proceed with extreme caution if dealing with this immature and vindictive customer unless they are in the habit of performing major miracles at very low prices. Screenshots of the text messages received are on file if anybody wishes to see them and copies have now been passed to the police.

Had an issue at my business site discovered late in the afternoon. Called around as needed problem fixed ASAP before opening for business the following day. Called around to 12 different firms, all quoted £100 + and couldn’t even come until the following Monday. Mitch came from over an hour away and left 10 minutes after my call. Sorted the problem before the sun had even gone down and was £50 cheaper than the nearest quote. A true 24hr service and a top bloke. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after my experience today.
