Brilliant service, especially huge thank you to Rob (who ‘unleashed hell’ on our little unwelcomed friends), he arrived at the flat immediately after we requested an inspection after fungus beetles invaded every room, talked me through the whole process and put my mind at ease. Made himself readily available to call with questions and came back a few days later to treat the property. Great local company with great customer service. Efficient and great value

I found out that we had rat infestation in our property without knowing about it for 3 months. I tried to DIY it by setting traps, baits and was unsuccessful at it. I knew a company called Multipest based (Carpenders Park) who had a very good reputation in dealing with this kind of problems in hand. I called them up and they send Oskars to my property to do a survey and recommended what actions needed to be done. Oskars explained to me why I was having rat infestation and what actions/solution needed to be done to get rid of this unwanted problem. I am now very satisfied customer and highly recommend this company to anyone with pest issues.

From the moment I got in touch with Multipest in Watford they were helpful, understanding and very professional. Oskars, who sorted out my loft rodent situation, was very knowledgeable and went over and above to help me. Following on from the extermination, Multipest came back to clear out my loft and spary it and deodorise it for me. Again this was Oskars and I would recommend to anyone with these problems.

Rats in our loft. Really horrible hearing noises at night we initially thought it was a bird. They were thorough and not only controlled the problem in the loft but did some drain work to prevent it reoccurring.

2nd time we've used Bob. Wouldn't use anyone else. Was fortunate to have him doing a job locally and he came out to us within 2hrs. Called up Bob to remove a nest we'd uncovered while clearing our allotment. He quoted and was able to come out the same day, clearly explaining his process and tools, and gave some much needed advice and encouragement for clearing the allotment once the nest was dealt with! The site is now clear and I'd strongly recommend Bob to anyone needing a similar service.

Bob came out the next day to remove a wasps' nest under our roof tiles (we could hear them through the bedroom ceiling...). He was friendly, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quickly and with no fuss. I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.

Michael Greatwood (Rosehill Gdns) The worst customer we’ve had the misfortune to deal with in 10 years trading without a single complaint and with many very satisfied customers. Customer was given a full refund, even though 3 visits had been completed by staff including a fully qualified pest control technician after we decided never to deal with Mr. Greatwood again due to receiving intimidating threats and threats of criminal damage via text message and telephone calls. The customers wife initially explained her concerns regarding their ability to pay for the work required and so substantial reductions were made to accommodate them. Customer also claimed the pigeons were only ever at their property evenings after 8pm and at weekends, greatly limiting the time visits could be made. We would advise other tradesmen to proceed with extreme caution if dealing with this immature and vindictive customer unless they are in the habit of performing major miracles at very low prices. Screenshots of the text messages received are on file if anybody wishes to see them and copies have now been passed to the police.

We contacted Dan to deal with a pest problem, having found him on google and read several reviews. Dan came to have a look and gave us his thoughts, at no charge. His initial advice was that we should wait and monitor for a while, since it was possible that the problem had resolved itself. Always a positive sign when someone who is in a position to easily sell you their services doesn't do so. As it turned out, the issue continued and so we enlisted Dan's help. His pricing and working methods are transparent and fair to the client. In the end, several visits were required to fully resolve the problem, but Dan made it clear that he was perfectly happy to do this and that it was all included in the initial cost.
