Prompt response when booking, clearly understood the task, plumber came on time with right tools, professionally done the job. Clearly knew the property water connections no issues rised. Very satisfied. The quote was little higher but because task was quickly addressed so its fine.

There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after. Very pleased and definitely recommend. Used them again to make box to cover pipes for new boiler and some tiling/odd jobs around house and Artur was really good. Used them again to hang a heavy picture (15kg) as I wanted to make sure it would be safe and Michael arrived right on time and did it in 30mins and happy with it.

I contacted Sławek for a toilet related service. He arrived the next day on time and did the job quickly. The response time was quick and efficient. Will definitely use the service again. Update - I have used them again for bathroom tiling work. Artur did a great work within a short time span. Really impressed with the output.

Highly recommend this family business, who made our new kitchen design a reality. From the first point of contact, Ryan couldn’t have been more helpful, providing a quote and talking over the options for doing the work. He checked in regularly in the lead up to our start date and throughout the renovation, which was much appreciated. Gary and Karl were skilled and efficient bringing the kitchen to life, including jobs such as plastering and plumbing. Nothing was too much trouble and we had good dialogue throughout and they made sure we were happy with every decision. Communication was excellent, they were courteous and as tidy as can be whilst getting this kind of job done. Friendly and nice to have around too! We couldn’t be happier, thank you all so much for our new kitchen!

When we asked Ryan and the team to give us a quote for some projects in our house, we knew straight away we wanted to go with them. They were friendly and helpful, working with us to come up with creative solutions for some of our projects. Ben is very approachable and friendly. A great local handyman for all kinds of jobs. We have used his carpentry and odd job man skills to sort out a job list of those tasks that you mean to do yourself, but that never get done. A great job, done better than we would ever have achieved! I know he has done bigger and varied jobs for other clients, so I will definitely use again

I have used Ben's services several times I have never waited long for an appointment and he has done a variety of jobs for me, replacing locks, installing a new loft ladder amongst other things He is friendly and polite and cleans up well after he has finished I would definitely recommend him

Ginge has been a godsend to us since we moved into our new home in Letchworth. We had a tight timescale to renovate our house and he went out of his way to make it possible for us. Since then he has been our go-to for any jobs we need doing. He has given us great advice and is always honest about what he can't do - the great thing is when he can't do it he knows someone competent who can. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Steve made a great job of fitting our bathroom cabinet at a very reasonable price for such a good job. We had a problem getting a fitter as it was such a small job. Steve was professional and his workmanship is high quality. I only had a small job done ( door lock and catflap) however the quality of work was fantastic and he was very polite about his dealings. Highly recommend him will be using again.

Had J Pellow & Son in to redo my Bathroom, very impressed with Johns attitude & knowledge, I was so happy with the quality of work that I asked John to take on replacing the separate toilet & retiling of the room. Would not hesitate to have them back to do more work or to recommend them to anyone.

Had a kitchen fitted by John recently and couldn't fault the work. Love the fact that it is a family run company. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice. Will definitely be using them for my next project!

J Pellows & Son builders are a great team. Came across them during their work at one of our neighbours, liked their work. Since then worked with them twice first time was full bathroom conversion, it was good quality work. And next it was window sill work. Must say both time was great work. Have recommended them to few friends since. Would recommend them to anyone they are hard working, punctual and offered useful tips/advice when needed. Sorry leaving late review but thanks for all the help
