There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after. Very pleased and definitely recommend. Used them again to make box to cover pipes for new boiler and some tiling/odd jobs around house and Artur was really good. Used them again to hang a heavy picture (15kg) as I wanted to make sure it would be safe and Michael arrived right on time and did it in 30mins and happy with it.

Had HTS do a complete kitchen rip out and refit, including the removal of a stud wall. All of the various trades worked well together as a single team, and they all did a great job. We are very pleased with the final finish. Would use HTS again without doubt.

Ben and his team were incredibly professional and friendly whilst they sorted out my kitchen which required more work than was first anticipated!! Keeping me fully informed the whole time,as I was working away, I never felt any stress or worry during the whole time. And it was all immaculately cleared away when I came home. Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.
