I started using Lucy as my hairdresser two years ago when she kindly offered a free haircut and blow-dry for a charity raffle I was holding. We followed mick here from another male hairdressers, as he is the only person my son will let cut his hair, but the rest of the staff are all friendly, welcoming and give a great service. Price is fair for the level of detail and attention the staff pay to your cut. May son and I Always look forward to popping in!

I cannot recommend George and the team enough! The salon is a vibrant and energetic space and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Having had my haircut with George last week, I came away in awe of my hair transformation! He is truly gifted and the salon is certainly one to come to time and time again. Five stars!!

What can I say? George is a creative genius. I never have to say what I want. I just sit down and he works his magic. The salon is bright and the staff super friendly. It’s like going out for a chat with friends and having your hair done at the same time. It’s so unlike the chain hairdressing salons and that’s a good thing. If you haven’t been yet, just go. OMG!!! I cannot recommend Inspired by D enough! I got my hair and makeup done here for my graduation, and the results were absolutely stunning. Despite having only a short time to work with, she managed to create a flawless look with such precision and professionalism. My makeup lasted the entire day without smudging, fading, or feeling heavy, no touch-ups needed! It looked perfect in every photo. The hairstyling was also done beautifully and stayed intact throughout the celebrations. She truly understands what works best for each individual and enhances natural beauty effortlessly. I was a little nervous visiting a salon after lock down but decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was greeted with a smile by my stylist Vikki. I was made to feel at ease and was given a warm welcome. I can not fault the experience as I was made to feel comfortable throughout. Vikki was very friendly and professional, by the end it my hair looked amazing. I will certainly be returning and would recommend this salon to others.

I had a wonderful experience at Edge Salon, great cut and blow dry all the girls are really nice and friendly, not clique like some of the salons I've been too. They do gents cuts too so will be sending my boyfriend, no parking restrictions so great if your having colour, that's going to take two or three hours, saving the cost of parking. I highly recommend it.

Had my hair restyled here today, atmosphere was lovely, hairdresser (I think it was Minnie) was great & listened to what I wanted & the cost was reasonable for what I had done. I've had some really disappointing cuts over the last year or 2, thanks team for restoring my faith, will definitely be back!

Okay - first a confession. I’d never really considered using this salon because whenever I passed by, it’s clientele seemed rather older than me, so I worried whether they would be able to do something edgy and fun with my hair. Anyway, I found myself there (long story), looking like a deer caught in headlights, terrified I’d emerge with a curly perm, when I met Jennifer. All I can say is WOW!! I went in looking actually quite frumpy, with long, over-processed hair and emerged some hours later, a brand new woman! Jennifer was AMAZING - she listened carefully, took her time and translated what I wanted into the best highlights and complete restyle I have ever had. Four weeks on and my hair still looks incredible - everybody loves the style and colour; it’s easy to maintain as Jennifer took the time to carefully explain how to blow dry my new style which was greatly appreciated. It also dawned on me while I was there why so many mature ladies visit the salon each week - ITS BECAUSE THEY CARE (and they are all lovely, lovely girls). Hand on heart, I highly recommend this amazing local salon.
