Recently had a men’s facial at AL5, super relaxing, amazing staff care and professional knowledge. Super pleased with the results.

Great experience, I had a cell story facial in December, it is a great alternative to traditional microneedling which i have always found too painful to want to continue to do. In comparison cell story feels like a prickly cactus on your face for 72 hours, but no pain or broken skin etc. It is slight discomfort at best and gives you smooth clear skin. The clinic is beautiful inside, has lots of parking, and staff are friendly.

This place is absolutely amazing! Zoe and her team work wonders. Latest treatment is the best I have ever had and my skin looks the best it has in years!

I've been going to Harpenden skin clinic for over 2 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences here. I feel like I've been on a journey to get clear skin and Manuela has been absolutely amazing at providing me with expert advice and care for the entirety of my journey. Her attention to detail, willingness to help and provide the best service is second to none. I've had the privilege of trying a range of facials, peels and microneedling at Harpenden skin clinic and can wholeheartedly say that I look forward to any treatment I receive from Manuela regardless of how painful I know it will be! She always makes sure I'm comfortable and provides me with great package deals so that I can recieve the best treatments for the money I am paying. Not only that, but she also offers brilliant skin care product recommendations tailored specifically for my skin issues. She goes above and beyond by even handing out samples before I make any purchases so I can shop with confidence. Every staff member I have come across has always been so friendly and approachable, the clinic is always so clean and inviting and the location is great for that added privacy.

Gave myself a 3 hour cooling off period and it makes no difference at all: I’m still totally in love with my hair. Sam did an amazing job! Perfectly blended blonde highlights, great cut, cannot recommend this salon (and Sam specifically) highly enough!

I had my hair done back in September before I went back to university and I had such horrible experiences before with big hair salon names that I was determined to pay for a good experience and decided to try Capelli's. Thank god I did, Ally spent 5 hours on a Wednesday to turn my hair from a home bleached mess to absolute beauty. Unfortunately I didn't take before and after photo's but I have never been happier with a hair service. It is clean, professional and friendly. I am more than happy and excited to go back to get my hair fixed again but this salon is worth it!

Hollie crafted this beautiful updo for me and I couldn't be happier! I have never had my hair styled by anyone before (I rarely get my hair done for anything due to previous bad experiences) and it was the smoothest and most comfortable experience I could have asked for. The outcome is better than the photos I showed her for reference! Hollie has a way of chatting that makes you feel at ease and you can tell by the way she works she is extremely experienced and talented at what she does. Alia is fantastic - she listens, explains things clearly and takes her time. It's a lovely experience coming into the salon and having your hair done. The fizz and nuts is an added bonus but very welcome and makes it feel luxurious 😊

I have been having my hair cut at this salon for some years now and I highly recommend them. When I first went to the clinic I wanted to grow my hair and I went in for a chat, Shazia was amazing she gave me a plan and inspired me with confidence and I really love the way she cuts my hair but also I really appreciate that she listens to my requests and we have an open discussion and I have always benefited from her knowledge. I’m a very happy client.

Natalie is absolutely brilliant at what she does. I love her nail art options and I always get lots of compliments when I have something funky done. I love being able to book in on line and it’s great having your nails done in your own home, it’s a massive time saver. She uses great products too!!! Natalie is amazing! She is not only incredibly professional and talented, she’s a truly lovely, fun and friendly lady to chat to whilst you get your nails done! Her gels always stay on the longest and she has lovely colours to chose from. Natalie tends to your nails with great care and she has an eye for perfection and detail. A fantastic find!

Natalie is fantastic, can’t recommend enough. My nails were ruined from attending various nail bars, she restored them and they are looking much better! All in the comfort of my home! I’ve a young baby and it’s so convenient to have Natalie come to my me. She’s a perfectionist and very reasonably priced too!

Jenny was fantastic, not only did she do an amazing job of my hair (cut and blow dry) but she was lovely too! Also, I’d only booked a blow dry online (my mistake) but she kindly squeezed in the cut anyway. I definitely recommend!

After what felt like forever trying to find the right colourist, I was recommended James and he is honestly a genius! I’m absolutely obsessed with my colour. I’ve been transitioning from dark to blonde (trying to disguise a random block of grey right at the front parting -nightmare!) for well over a year and this is the first time it’s looked and felt exactly how I wanted. What stood out most was how instantly comfortable I felt with James. He’s not only warm and down to earth, but he also just got it without me having to over explain - a true pro! Thank you so much.

I recently visited Johnson Blythe salon after being recommended by a friend. It did NOT disappoint. I was greeted by the lovely James Cowman who made me feel very comfortable and welcome. He recommended things for my hair and I was so impressed by his talent and advice. I have to say it's possibly the best haircut I've ever received, and I'll definitely be going back.

LOVE!! Been to 5 salons since dying my hair and this is the only one that has listened to me as a client and not made me feel vulnerable in that chair. Had a consultation by James and Victoria but hair styled by Izzy and cannot praise them enough. At every step, they talked me through the process of getting my desired hair, made sure my hair stayed healthy and natural while also dying it to the exact image I showed them, and made sure I walked out with a smile on my face. Not only is it inexpensive, but it’s a salon full of lovely people who care about your hair as much as you do, along with a brilliant atmosphere and good taste in music :) couldn’t recommend enough. I’m so glad I found this gem of a salon! James is an absolute pro and incredibly knowledgeable and talented and I’m so pleased with my full head of babylights! He listen to exactly what I wanted and offered spot on suggestions, making me feel at ease and excited about the plan we have in place to help me achieve my ideal colouring! The salon itself is lovely and in a fab location, all the staff are welcoming and I felt like I had such a nice pamper session being there. Harpenden Beauty Hub truly is a hidden Gem! Carley is a perfectionist and does my nails so beautifully and with such care and attention to detail, I walk away feeling completely pampered and relaxed. I haven't lived in Harpenden very long but I cannot recommend Carley enough - she is wonderful!

I arranged a surprise pamper session for my wife recently and booked her some time with Carley. With all the madness of Covid going around, i wanted something for her to relax. I cannot express how amazing her experience was. The hub is set up in a gorgeous characterful building, which is perfectly intimate but with all the necessary efforts towards Covid safety to make you feel comfortable and safe. Carley was an absolute pleasure and a true professional. My wife couldn't recommend her more highly and will definitely be returning for more treatments!
