I recently had the pleasure of dining at Losh Bar & Grill, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the stunning decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Went with my husband for our anniversary. Everything was fantastic honestly. Food tasted amazing, Maryam was an amazing server and the atmosphere of this place is so nice. They added special touches to the meal throughout and we will be back again.

We had a fantastic date night here last night. The staff were welcoming, attentive and consistently checked in on us to ensure we were OK or needed anything. The food was gorgeous. We shared plates between us and everything was rich a full of flavour. The decor was beautiful with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was spot on too! We will definitely be back.

Popped into this Indian restaurant on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I started with the prawns kebab, lamb chops, and chicken tikka lamb tikka—each one cooked to perfection with bold, smoky flavours. For the main, I went for a spicy lamb curry that had just the right kick and depth of flavour. The garlic naan was soft, warm, and perfect for mopping up the sauce. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

All of the staff at 1971 Curry House are professional, polite, and can’t do enough for you. The atmosphere is Zaman always goes the extra mile with his warm and attentive service. The strawberry mojito is divine, and the Achari is my favourite dish — full of flavour and perfectly spiced. The chef’s specials are also a must try. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for any occasion. one of our favourite dining spots in Harpenden! We have also introduced our friends to this restaurant who also loved it.

A really spot on restaurant! The hash browns are honestly something else and something you must get. I was surprised with the healthy portion you get A nice chill vibe, a really enjoyable way to start the day. The discount you get for the deli on your way out is a lovely touch, also.

Found this lovely restaurant by accident today whilst working in the area. Comfortable, spacious environment with a great atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the food was amazing, fresh, quality produced cooked to perfection. Will definitely return. (PS. Try the poached eggs!!)

Absolutely love this place!! The quality of the food is outstanding — from the artisan cheeses and cured meats to the fresh sandwiches and unique pantry items, everything feels thoughtfully chosen and beautifully presented. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately feel at home. Whether you’re popping in for a quick lunch or picking up something special for a dinner party, this deli never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I've visited Tabure a few times now and I've always had a great experience, staff are great and the food is always delicious. Sitting on the high chairs gives a great view of the chefs prepping and cooking food, tapas style menu so it's suggested you order a few dishes per person and honestly every dish packs flavour and cooked to perfection. Harpenden has a great choice of restaurants and Tabure is easily one of the best places to eat, the chicken wings and pulled lamb are recommended

First time here, but have been to their st Albans branch on a few occasions. Both are just great. The food, service and ambience is all extremely high. Menus are the same at both - so im rapidly running out of options to try new dishes, but that's a good thing. Well done guys, Highly recommended

Came here for dinner with my friends after work and loved the interior design! Food was good although with some intolerances to work with my choices were limited but they were good at advising what I could and couldn’t have. Was a little disappointed I was charged extra for some veg when I couldn’t have bread with the hummus but they still charged me full price for the beef kofte without any pittas which was a substantial part of the plate for my friend who had the same dish

INCREDIBLE my wife and I turned up spontaneously not knowing it was its first Night of opening and was welcomed by such wonderful staff that made us feel at home straight away It’s a small and cute space with lots of wonderful energy that creates an amazing atmosphere to have dinner here. They have done a really good job of creating a really relaxing Restaurant with a small space that they have. Highlighting again, the wonderful staff everyone that came past smiles, and Served us so well We both had steak. I had surf and turf and she had ribeye. Both were cooked to Perfection - medium, rare, of course. The butter garlic sauce that was on the shrimp was out of this world. We had a crème brûlée at the end To share and it came out within a minute and was absolutely delicious We had espresso martini, and a gin which had basil infused, which were both delicious. The martini wasn’t too sweet and had phenomenal espresso Taste Can’t Wait to go again, We were blown away on night one and can’t recommend it enough! Next time we’ll try the tiramisu and the Spaghetti Bolognese!!!

It’s ALWAYS a wonderful time at Per Tutti, we’re so excited to be able to pop by in Harpenden too now. I’ve got a food allergy and the staff is so attentive to my needs, and the food is incredible no matter which location we’re at and it’s wonderful not having to spend a lot for a gorgeous date night. Can’t wait to bring our little one here soon!

I can’t complain about a THING. It is rare that I have a favourite anything but this restaurant was really chefs kiss! The service was amazing and friendly great conversation. When the food came out.. not a single drop was left on any plate! Due to our conversations and circumstances to how we had gotten to this restaurant we had received limoncello and baileys on the house and it was SUPERB! The desserts were amazing too and plates left CLEAN!! We had carbonara, the prawns and the lasagna which is usually easily disappointing.. but at this establishment it was undeniably great!! We even got a taste on the house of the fantastically homemade tiramisu! 10/10 experience!!!! And that is rare from me. Will be recommending to everyone and will be coming again!

This place is amazing! We had tried the restaurant before and the service was so slow. But now this is a cafe the service has definitely improved. Best place for breakfast/brunch. Food is of such a high quality. I went with my mum for breakfast a few weeks ago and was so impressed that I took my husband and children this morning. Everyone enjoyed it. Thank you Ali for your hospitality and looking after us so well. Will be going back there gain soon with my mum :-)

Visited Feb2025. Food was delicious and superbly cooked. On this visit, the service was a little slow, because the friendly waitress got caught by a customer who wouldn't stop talking, waitress was too polite to stop the conversation! Service became prompt when the waitress had torn herself away from said customer. Menu is largely European for luncht and evening services, including kebabs, koftes, wraps, etc. Coffee is very good. The crockery for tea is very ornate. Will return!

Lovely atmosphere and well-intentioned service. They get the order wrong sometimes but very polite in rectifying it. Some of the prices on the bill don’t match the bill at the end e.g. the fresh juice has been changed to £5 on several menus but actually costs £7. The owner claims customers have changed it … on several menus? 🤔. Quality of food was good. Dog friendly.

I absolutely love this gem of a place to eat. This is my go-to place when I want a nice easy lunch and something different for brunch. So much good stuff on the menu I'm not quite sure where to begin but I've uploaded a couple of photographs of my last trip on Sunday and all I can say it was yummy. Extremely reasonably priced in this day and age and this is my fourth time to this little gem and I've never been disappointed. Give it a go you'll love it. Approximate bill came to £26 and that included tea and coffee service charge.

We went here for lunch as we were passing by and the deals looked good and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Nice to have the choice! We were given a warm welcome and had a great experience from start to finish. The chicken gyro was top notch with really good quality chicken and a generous amount of it. The pitta was fluffy and delicious and the chips were disc-shaped instead of usual shape and they were superb! I’ve not been for dinner, but it’s certainly a great lunch spot.

I had a good lunch here. Heard many great recommendations before visiting, so I was looking forward to try it. There was a nice selection, some very delicious items but a few unfortunately underseasoned, almost bland. The falafel was extremely underwhelming, was it maybe frozen? OK service. I'll be back and will try different items, will give it another shot.

We have always rated and liked this restaurant, coming for many years. But this time it has changed. The menu is more for sharing, which is ok. But both the pitta bread and handcut chips are totally the opposite to what they are normally and not very nice now. Overall, the food was good, but I think it's time to move on and see what else there is to offer. Good while it lasted. Staff are still friendly and attentive. A slat of the table broke, exposing a nail. Luckily, it caused no harm. The waiter apologised and said it's broken and put the slat back in. But this table should be thrown away, as it's very dangerous! Quite expensive with what you get now, £8 for 2 smallish sardines!!

Some of the best tapas dishes I've ever tasted!! Perfect evening out, perfect food and delicious sangria. It doesn't get better.

Such a lovely restaurant, it’s really busy and quite compact but all the staff are so friendly and the service and food/drink is AMAZING. we arrived at 6pm and was served drinks, starters, mains and dessert within an hour! Will definitely be back! 😊 Thankyou to all the staff! 🫶🏻 🇮🇹

It was my husbands birthday today so ventured out to Harpenden for lunch came off the train at 11am and walked past here and saw the offer and came back at 1pm, busy but seats available. We had the lunch offer and I had the pizza and hubby the amatracia pasta and it was lush! Great fresh food, great service and atmosphere. Deffo come back..

This is a lovely spot full of character and delicious Italian food! It was a little cramped but that added to the vibe to be honest! This seems like a spot where you can order anything and be safe in the knowledge that it’s all going to be great: the arancini was a special on the day and was huge and cheesy, the tortellini really flavourful and complemented well by the rich, tangy bolognese-y sauce, and other dishes around the table of seafood spaghetti (substituted for linguini), tiramisu and cheesecake were really tasty too. Really good service, a great drinks selection, and a great meal!

We went with family as we had two birthday celebrations. The service was very good. Very attentive staff. Gave us complimentary prosecco and cake, which was very thoughtful. 5* Ratings.

As always, amazing food and atmosphere. Returned for Valentine's , absolutely lovely dinner, Larisa was fantastic, made us feel special , going the extra mile to make our evening special. She is a real credit to Zaza. Thank you Larisa , you are amazing.

This is one of the best places I have ever been and I’ve been travelling around the world for years, eating and spending time in lots of restaurants. Food is absolutely fantastic and service? Wow. Always good service, great menu, reasonsble prices I've returned to find slight remodelling but the same delicious menu for breakfast and brunch. All tastes catered for from full English to some Turkish dishes and a few veggie options. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Good coffee and fresh OJ available. Do not take a table near the coffee machine. Okka is very popular with LOUD people and the coffee machine makes conversation impossible. Breakfast for 2 was £45 - a bit dear.

Have been going here so often, it’s so delicious and service is so friendly. I recommend everything on the photos. The chips are to die for they are so crispy and succulent!
