Best burger I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of burgers! The brisket burger is so soft and tender. The bbq loaded fries absolutely delicious and the brisket Sando again top tier. The manager/owner is good vibes and the staff- all friendly. Can’t fault the service from Sharon.. I definitely will be back. Solid 10/10 food was so good I only took videos - so I’ve added screenshots.

Really fantastic experience at Chipsy! Served by the amazing Sharan who was so helpful and accommodating to our every request - she took so much care and attention, a very special experience. Shout-out to manager Raj and head chef Riz too. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Great value for money and we had enough to take home as well. Highly recommend due to the exceptional food and exceptional service.

This did not disappoint!!! Food was extremely fresh & came fairly quickly. Such an extensive menu with a variety of different things for everyone to try. A great family dinner location. Service from staff was exceptional and the food was extremely tasty. One of the best smoke houses in London for sure!!!!!!!!! You must try. Drinks also amazing

First visit and we were welcomed very friendly. The place is tidy. It seemed like they have a very busy order and delivery service. We ordered brisket sando & periperi fried chicken burger with the rustic fries dipped in beef tallow. The burger was very delicious but very spicy to my standards. I guess though others would quite love it. Brisket sandwich was unbelievable and although I’m absolutely not a fan of cabbage, I admit I wasn’t bothered to remove it due to the way they treat it with honey and maple syrup among other ingredients according to the owner. Fries with beef tallow were simply delicious. The fizzy drink they sell called jarritos was nice and they have 4 different flavours (cola, lime, mango and one more that I can’t remember). The owner was kind and took the time to explain quite a lot. Thanks and see you soon hopefully.

Nice bar and restaurant with fun atmosphere and live singers. I’ve been a few times for lunch and dinner. Their cocktails are delicious and food is quite nice too. However, on my most recent visit, I found the food (lamb chops and bone marrow) to be very under seasoned. Perhaps this is due to a chef change, but usually the food is excellent. Lovely staff and great service. Lovely place for birthday celebrations!!

Really enjoyed the ambience and atmosphere at Reis grill. The staff were attentive and were always happy to help. The serving of drinks were fabulous. The food is amazing, specially steaks was very soft and juicy. Will definitely be back again soon, thank you to the whole team.

This restaurant fully accommodated a surprise 30th birthday celebration group of 20 people with ease and professional. Changing the music to surprise my son was no issue. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Piping hot and tasty.

My friend and I decided to go for dinner at Reis , at the recommendation of some mutual friends. The place is lush , beautifully decorated , elegant and very clean. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the great service. The atmosphere is also divine , I can say this is now one of my favourite restaurants in London . Well done, guys . Had a fabulous lunch yesterday at Wyld Thyme Eatery. I had Harissa tomatoes with chorizo fried eggs and garlic mushroom on sour dough toast. My wife had the flat bread with hummus smashed Avocado and halloumi.Both meals were delicious as was the cake we had for dessert. The cakes were so good we even bought cake for the next two days because we couldn’t make up our mind, they all looked so good

Absolutely love this place! The food is so tasty and Kate is so talented with all of the amazing food products she can make, mainly from scratch. There aren’t many cafes in the local area that can provide fresh quality products like Kate does. The coffee is also great and my husband is always talking about how nice it is. Highly recommend!

Loved this little gem of a cafe. I came here for brunch and was so impressed by the wholesome flavourful food. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options, and everything tasted fresh and nourishing. The coffee was excellent too. Moka Dining – A Feast to Remember, Thanks to Dee! We had an absolutely amazing meal at Moka Dining, and the real star of the experience was Dee, who thoughtfully suggested every single dish we ordered — and he nailed it! From start to finish, the flavours, textures, and presentation were spot on. Here’s what Dee recommended for us: • Palak Paneer (or saag): Creamy, rich, and full of depth, topped with that perfect hint of heat from red chili and ginger slivers. • Garlic Naan: Pillowy, buttery, and packed with fresh garlic and coriander — perfect with the curries. • Veg Biryani: Served beautifully in a clay pot with salan and raita, this was fragrant, colourful, and loaded with flavour. • Momos in Tomato Gravy: Soft, delicate dumplings with a zingy, spicy sauce — an unexpected hit! • Hariyali Paneer Tikka: Grilled to perfection, juicy and packed with herby goodness, paired with vibrant chutneys. • Crispy Lotus Stem: Crunchy, tangy, spicy – an absolute flavour bomb and one of our favourites. Had a great lunch for my Birthday. Lovely venue with stylish decorations and ambient and great background Indian music. The food was fab. Really enjoyed it. Pranita and Bharat were really nice and took lots of photos for us. Will definitely come again.

We had a fantastic meal at Ember. We took a wide selection of the small plates, the oysters and the soft shell crab were a highlight and then we had a med rare ribeye cooked to perfection with fries. What a treat. Great service from the manager, he made us feel welcome and was extremely knowledgeable. Top notch music and ambience too. Thank you!

Ember, Hertford – Social Dining at Its Best! Ember nails that perfect balance between seriously good food and a laid-back, buzzy atmosphere. The space is small and intimate, which makes it feel special — plus, you can watch the chefs doing their thing right in front of you while a DJ spins vinyl classics from legends like Bobby Womack and Grover Washington Jr. It’s a vibe. We tried a few things from their social dining menu, and every plate delivered. The Maldon Rock Oysters with goji hot sauce were fresh, briny, and had just the right hit of heat. Then came the Ancienne Sourdough with Hummus & Medjool Dates — and wow, that hummus. Genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Incredibly smooth, rich, and full of flavour, with the sweet dates adding a really nice contrast. We were scraping the bowl clean. The Dry Aged Belted Galloway Sirloin (cooked medium rare) was perfect — tender, juicy, and packed with deep, savoury flavour that melted in the mouth. On the side, we had the Koffmann Fries with Kombu Seasoning (addictive), and the Purple Sprouting Broccoli with Satay, which was charred just right and paired beautifully with the rich, nutty sauce. Ember is the kind of place you’ll want to return to — great food, great music, and a really cool energy. Perfect for date night, catching up with friends, or just treating yourself to something special in Hertford.

This was an excellent restaurant in Hertford. We went for Mother’s Day and had an excellent time. The food is to share and the quality is second to none. I highly recommended you try this place.

We had a great meal last night (we were squeezed in and accommodated at the last minute, which was great!). We are so relieved to finally have somewhere like Ember in Hertford. It’s what we have been missing. Food, ambience and service were top notch. We will be back very soon.

This was a quick stopover on the way home, so expectations were low. We went in and it turned out to be a really nice restaurant and the food was really good. I had the crème chicken, which was so good with the asparagus pieces. Mocktails are 10/10 too. I had the Gina colada 🤤

As a customer who keeps coming back.. this time I felt the food quality went bit down from past few visits. Went with friends for my birthday and as always staff is extremely kind and attentive, special shout out for the staff as they sang the birthday song for me so louldly and with full on energy. Loved it. Although I want to add that I was a bit disappointed with the food this time, the on the house pitta is no more the previous freshky baked pittas, the vegetarian grill we ordered was really bland and not cooked properly. Borek and other starters were great but main courses were not as yummy as they used to be. Thank you.

I've been shopping with my missus in Watford shopping centre and we decided to go for lunch nearby. We saw some reviews and decided to give it a go. What can I say? It was amazing. The welcome was very kind. The staff were very friendly and making their presence the right way: not too intrusive, not overly absent. The place looks really good, a very cosy ambience and a nice atmosphere overall, with the right choice of background music. Now let's get to the actual order: We had a meze combo and one calamari as starters. The combo is a must try. The taste of the meze was amazing. Although I would say that the taramasalata in the mix was 'meh', definitely not made in the restaurant. As main course, I had a mixed grill and my missus had the lamb cutlets. Everything was cooked to excellence and the taste was delicious. A bit of nitpicking now: it was just a little salty for my taste, but right enough to make me order an extra beer, so I'll alow it ;) The drinks menu is very good and diverse. Plenty options for spirits, wines, cocktails and beers. The cocktail was served with a cheeky gimmick, thumbs up for that. The bill was moderate, with the service charge included. My personal opinion: In general, I don't like when restaurants are automatically including the service charge on the bill, making it mandatory. This should be down to the customer to decide whether the service was worth the extra charge or not. Yes, in this case the service was excellent, definitely deserves the extra charge, and honestly I would've pay a bit more than that. But please, allow me to make that call, don't impose it :) The bottom line: we would definitely come back and we highly recommend it.

We visited OPUZ Kitchen to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The customer service is genuinely some of the best I’ve encountered – warm, attentive, and truly focused on making our evening memorable. The staff went out of their way to make the birthday celebration feel extra special, and we really appreciated the personal touches. The food was delicious – full of authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and served promptly. From the starters to the mains, everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The ambiance also deserves a mention – it’s stylish yet cozy, making it a perfect setting for both special occasions and casual meals. That said, I do have a couple of small suggestions for improvement: • It would be a lovely touch to offer complimentary Turkish tea after meals, as is customary in many similar restaurants. It adds a cultural charm and rounds off the dining experience beautifully. • The quality of the chips doesn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the menu or the overall vibe. A slight upgrade here would bring everything in line perfectly. All in all, OPUZ Kitchen delivers an exceptional dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning – highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. A solid 5/5!

One of my friends told me about this new restaurant and highly recommended it, so I thought I would give it a try, and it did not disappoint! I tried the smash burger, lamb chops and the divine lamb ribs, which were oozing with juices and bursting with flavour. The smash burger is unique, in that it is crispy, and has a very distinct texture. The chops were very tender and well-seasoned. But the star of the show were the lamb ribs. The owner was so nice to let me see how he prepares them and he even let me choose my rack and cut it to my preference. The mocktail was also very refreshing and complimented the meal. The team is very friendly and professional, and the bill was very, very reasonable. The owner is a pure gentleman and I was very pleased to know that he uses HMC lamb and beef products, sourced from Yorkshire Halal. This place is a must try!

Now for **burgers**— Must try the ultimate handheld feast. From thick, flame-grilled patties to smashed, crispy-edged beauties, there’s nothing better than biting into a well-seasoned burger stacked with fresh toppings, gooey cheese, and a toasted bun that holds it all together. And don’t forget the fries on the side! Finally, **milkshakes**—the sweet finish to balance out all the savory richness. My husband and I had recently been to this place and can say that we had a nice time. The decor is warm and cosy , food was fresh and really tasty. We had a nice relaxing evening as it was not crowded at the time . Service provided by Abin was excellent, really attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back again!

Went for lunch on a Saturday, food was brilliant! We ordered a steak and rack of lamb. Such a nice little hidden gem. And the staff looked after us well, even gave us some shots on the house.

A gem! Amazing service, wonderful food and stunning decor. My husband and I really enjoyed a quiet dinner. We were surprised at how flavoursome and well balanced the food was, especially the starters. Our waiter was so kind and helpful and we can’t wait to visit again with our family. Particular favourite was the Lobster Risotto starter.

Iyas was our server as well as many others who came and saw us and served us. The whole team was amazing. The food was delicious, they made great suggestions for us as vegetarians. The drinks were tasty. Timely service as well as great atmosphere and very clean and tidy premises. We loved our evening, especially my dad who loved the spicy bread!! Thanks guys!

Great atmosphere, polite and friendly staff and great food. What more could you ask for? Portions were huge in comparison to the size of the appetite and if I could, I would finish their delicious food. Even the kids portion with chips was plentiful. What do I compare this to? Izgara, Hatch End! Which in comparison was awful (see my Hatch End reviews). Izgara, Northwood food was cooked really well with excellent flavours.

Me and my bestie did the bottomless brunch last minute. The food was amazing and the drinks were stunning. The servers took really great care of us!!! Especially Mohammed (very baby friendly too!!)

Came in for some food and drink and asked if it was happy hour and was informed that there was a bottomless brunch which was amazing. Emmanuel was our server and was so amazing and the manager was also fabulous very friendly environment the food was good the drinks were great. Lovely venue, the venue was well kept the bathroom were lovely and clean. Defo will return
