Shaun is a top guy and his team are very hard working and conscientious. Really good communication throughout and went above and beyond to get our house watertight again and leave the roof and driveway looking tidy after job was completed. Nikki was really friendly and helpful and booked us in. They even managed to move our job forward for us. The team that came to do the job were efficient and tidy. Nicky was great to liaise with to get an estimate and then arrange the job (we had to wait a couple of months but took that as a good sign); she kept us in the loop throughout. The quote set out a clear description of the works (unlike some of the others I received). Oliver was very good at communicating when they would arrive, was courteous throughout when making arrangements, and the team of five were on time, worked through the day with real commitment and focus, and did a very good job. Although Oliver the owner could not be present his dad Mark and his team carried out the work that was agreed with professionalism and have completed a superb job, and left the property in a clean condition and disposed of all of the rubbish, couldn’t be happier with the service that they showed and given from start to finish. Had an issue with some slipped roof tiles and with the velux windows. The team were able to provide a reasonable quote and came the next day to fix. Very professional and honest. Would reccomend.

Empire responded to the job posting very quickly and Chris was able to attend my house the very next morning to assess the problem and I had an estimate for the work by that lunch time. After agreeing to the estimate, the work was booked in to be completed within a few days, scaffolders arrived on the next Wednesday and two men arrived to fix the roof leak the following day. The workers were extremely polite and communicated consistently as they removed the roof tiles and eventually uncovered where the leak was coming from. They replaced some of the wet batons and then replaced the roof, adding in new tiles to replace the broken ones that caused the leak, and a few other weak looking tiles. The roof was fixed just in time before a very large storm hit the area the following weekend, which was a good test to see if the problem had indeed been resolved, which it had. The whole experience was quick and painless, resulting in a permanent fix and at a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Empire UPVC to my friends and family should the need arise.
