Wonderful! Stepped up after another company fell through. Lovely guy, great communication, no hassle at all, worked around several other trades on site, comfortable working on our very old and very high roof and the repairs have held through a rough winter - my damp chimney is finally drying out. 10/10 would recommend.

Luke is a true professional and a kind human being on top of it. He cleared the gutters of my property and was kind enough to listen to details, come quickly over to check and give me a quote and also quick to do the job after hiring him. Plus he helped me with a detail in my property that was a favor to me really and absolutely not part of his job. As I was not around he made sure to send me photos and a video of the job done. Jakeman acted professionally throughout their work at our property. They were always punctual. Their work was good quality and real value for money. So far we are really pleased with their service.

I called Luke (of Jakeman Roofing Ltd) after a night of rain pouring down through the roof. He came immediately, and in no time was on the roof finding the cause. No fuss, no bother. Luke did the job straightaway and the price came in at 60% cheaper than the quote I'd accepted some months ago but given a date in December! for the job. The original contractor couldn't be bothered and caused me lots of damage. Luke did the job as it should have been done. Not many like Luke about. Can't praise him more.
