I needed my roof felting replaced and more ventilation installing, re-using the original roof tiles as far as possible. Excellent job from Lawrance and his team. Good price (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), chaps doing the work were very thorough and courteous, very happy with the end result, although had to wait a while to post the review until it rained so I could check!!

I met Lawrence when i was looking for a quote to fix issue of moisture on the celling below the house attic. I was thinking it might be leaking but Lawrence checked the attic and told me that I needed to put wall ventilations there and make also some works on the roof. I found him to be honest to what he was recommending to me, he got a ladder from his car, and went upstairs to check the situation, he gave me a solution that made sense and was around 1/4 of the prices 2 other people had offered. The 2 other professionals, didn't care to go upstairs, they made the problem diagnosis from looking the room inside. They told me I needed to take off the tiles , cement and put the tiles again Looking for 3.500-4.500 damage plus VAT. I kept Lawrence quote and contact details for any future reference, I may need him and would highly recommend him for his services to anybody having an issue with his roof. It was a pleasure to meet a person, who is not out to make money, at any cost.
