On top of this, a lot of hassle (for us) was navigated smoothly - from colour matching and sourcing second hand tiles to meet conservation requirements through to the usage of lime based mortars Richard handled everything with ease and pragmatism - giving us the best roof to meet ours (and the planning officers) requirements.
