I had a broken tile near the chimney on my roof. I had 5 quotes from different businesses. Barney was the only one out of the 5 that could see that my roof had been replaced at some point with previous owner and that it was not the original roof (pointed out characteristics on the external roof). He was also the only one that looked in my loft and confirmed that the felt was not the original material. The other 4 businesses said that i needed extensive work. With one even saying that i needed a whole new roof! I did need some maintenance on the roof which i was aware of a year ago but hadn’t got around to doing it which i asked to be completed too which was quoted and fairly priced by Barney. Barney was friendly, polite and broke down the technical wording so i could understand and ive actually learnt a lot :) On the day, the team were friendly and very tidy around my property as well as with the work completed. Barney was recommended by my neighbour who had work completed 3 years ago and were very happy. I just want to say a huge thank you to you and your team. I would thoroughly recommend and will do to my family and friends.

However, I gave Barney a ring and he came over promptly and told me exactly how to fix the leak myself for free. He's a genuine, honest chap and I'm grateful for the help!

We had a serious issue with our guttering which was installed badly by a different roofer who never returned to complete the job. The guttering had moved out of alignment, was at the wrong gradient, and was leaking badly causing damage to our house. I emailed Barney and we were so impressed with the swift response. He came over to look at the job the same day and gave us a very reasonable quote. The job was done the next day by Leroy and Chris who installed new guttering with proper fixings, and corrected the gradient. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and how they had resolved them. A very positive experience. I came across Little Heath Roofing when searching for a local roofer to replace my flat roof. Within 30 minutes of reaching out, I received a response from George, who promptly arranged to visit my property and provide a quotation for the work. Within 48 hours, George delivered the quote, and after a bit of discussion, we agreed on the scope of work and scheduled a date for the job. On the agreed date, Antony and George arrived early in the morning and completed the roof replacement in a single day. To my surprise, about three hours into the job, George messaged me to inform me that only one of the existing boards needed replacing, as the others were sill in good condition. He advised that it would be wasteful to remove the good ones just to install new boards. George then went on to say that he would deduct the relevant costs from the original quotation, which turned out to be a substantial amount. In all honesty, they could have proceeded without telling me, and I would have been none the wiser, still just as pleased with the final result. The workmanship, professionalism, and honesty were second to none. If you need any roofing work done, don’t hesitate to contact them. My experience was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.

Found this company on Facebook and after looking at the work they undertake I decided to give them a shout for a quote. Anthony + George popped round and gave me a quote which after consultation with some friends etc was on point. Got it booked in no problem and awaited for the start date. They turned up on the day bang on time and proceeded with the job. Main roof layer replaced. Lower roof new beams and new layer fitted. All brand new upvc soffits and all guttering replaced. They have done a excellent job on the property and the workmanship and time completion for this job was very good indeed. Would 100% recommend this company and have already to a neighbour. I got myself into a bit of a pickle when I landed our drone on my roof ! After many dodgy attempts at getting it down, I called Herts roofing co with my very unusual request. Within a couple of hours they were here and had it down in two minutes. They would not accept any payment at all.
