From the very start David was a pleasure to deal with, I asked lots of questions and the responses were immediate. There was an issue with delivery direct from the manufacturer of the safe who had recently changed their shipping policy to no longer deliver to residential addresses. David very kindly arranged for delivery to them and then have his awesome guys to have it delivered to me at a time that suited me They also unboxed it and placed it exactly where I wanted it and took the empty box away with them. Can’t thank you enough, without you guys I wouldn’t have been able to get the model that I had my heart set on.

Hidden away in a industrial estate. When you enter it is key heaven. You can tell they are experts. I got 3 copies of a key. Very reasonably prices and the family run business are super helpful. Note to the business: change your Google pic so people know what the front of your shop oops like. Helps to find it. I'll be back for sure!!!

Today I came in to Albany locksmiths with a snapped key for my van dead locks that was also covered in super glue as I stupidly tried to bodge it. At first it wasn't looking promising but with the expert skills from Tony he managed to re-cut the key. Some kind of magic if you ask me. I've learnt a valuable lesson. Don't glue your keys back together people. Not only was the service cheap and fast but Tony was a very professional polite guy. Tony was brilliantly helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. He talked me through removing a lock barrel so that I could take it to him in the shop where he was able to select a suitable replacement together with new offset door handles. He then flagged up a couple of important points to bear in mind when I was fitting them to the door. Both points were vital in being able to complete the installation myself instead of needing to call them out. He also happily trimmed a couple of bolts when it turned out they were too long for my door. I wouldn't have been able to complete the task without Tony's help and advice so I'm a very happy first time customer who will definitely return. Many thanks for the fantastic customer service.

I had a couple of interior door handles where the springs had broken after 15 years use meaning the handles would not return to the horizontal position. These guys managed to make new springs for each lock which now work better than new. All done in a couple of days. Excellent service. Other locks about 50 years old still going strong unlike the more recent Chinese rubbish!! Highly recommended.

Great job on my Volvo key, cleaned and repaired it so that the problem I hade with my central locking was fixed for a fraction of the price if I had gone to Volvo. I also learnt loads of useful information. Thanks Ryan you certainly know your stuff. Drummond's will now be my first port of call.

These guys are awesome Did a temporary repair on my mums key as they had no bodies in stock and lasted a year. Tried to get 2 keys cut local( I'm in Chingford) and they wanted £170 per key! journey of 30 minutes to the boys at Drummond and 2 keys cut and chips swapped for £120 saving of £240! Good lads and always go the extra mile for the customer! 10/10 Highly recommended

I went in today (25/01/23) to ask about a faulty Ford key. The member of staff could not of been more helpful. He figured out there was more than one issue with the key and the locking mechanism. He proceeded to try multiple ways to fix the original key. However, a new shell and blade were required to solve the problem. He was extremely detailed in ensuring the key was up the highest standards. We also checked the key two or three times to ensure its operational reliability. I cannot speak more higher of the efficiency of the service we received. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone else. Thanks again for all of your hard work !
