“Ian did a great job came out quickly and sorted my front door that has stuck shut despite the lock seeming to be working. He first had to "break in" then found The mechanism inside the lock had bust which luckily he had in his vehicle. He changed it for me and checked it worked before suggesting I did the same. He cleaned up (not that there was much mess) before he left. A friendly guy reasonably priced.”

“First time using timpson to heel my boots , Very pleased with price & heels were done great, but not with customer service , when I handed over the boots I said I would pay now , which I did by bank card .Then when I went to collect he asked me for the money , I said I paid yesterday when I bought them in , he said no you never , I was lucky I had the banking app on my phone so could show him, but no sorry came.I certainly won’t pay in future til I collect .”
