Managed to get a quick appointment for my day off, Gary had already sent quotes after me sending pis of my French doors so I had an idea of cist. Fantastic service!! Our door lock broke on our way out of the house, googled local locksmith and Gary was with us within 20 minutes. Sorted our door, changed handles and made spare keys for us all in less than an hour. Lovely man, fantastic service, can’t recommend him enough!

Garry was quick to respond to my email and book to come and fix my door lock issues. He arrived on time and carried out a service to identify the problem then replaced the parts needed for a reasonable price which was clearly stated before starting.

Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Sonny is a very professional & knowledgeable locksmith. Needed two window handles replaced along with a lock strip on another window. It was good to catch up with him as we both went to college together over 15 years ago.

I contacted Sonny with regards to a quote for two replacement windows. He came back to me quickly and arranged to come and take measurements and offered an estimate which I was happy with. He ordered the glass and promptly came and fitted it. I am very happy with his work, he is chatty, courteous and a hard worker. We had a problem with our main door lock. Sonny asked for video and pictures of the lock issue to give us exact cost. He was also available to fix it quickly as well. Once he was here he fixed few other small work at no extra cost that was a kind of him. I would highly recommend his service.

Absolute life saver! Called at 6:50pm and had a lovely guy out to me by 7:20 we was into my car within minutes. My son has medical needs so having a car is a necessity to transfer him in time to get help. So having someone who picked the phone up and came straight to me was amazing. Excellent service from Nic. Needed spare keys for a used car that we had bought that only came with one key. Rather than just giving him the registration number, he wanted access to the car and remaining key to check that the new keys opened the door and started the car before he handing them over to us. I had a remote key where one of the buttons was coming apart and I saw Nic’s Replace My Car Key company advert on a Facebook group. Nic did an excellent job of replacing my existing key fob with a folding one. The quality of the key fob is great and feels robust. Price was £160. It was £185 for a standard non folding replacement from Mercedes. I would definitely use Nic again and would highly recommend him.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Called at 11.20pm on a Friday night & they arrived before midnight. Asked useful questions on the phone so the quote given was accurate. Arrived, unlocked the door, did no damage to the door, frame or lock and gave me a theatre suggestion too! Would highly recommend!
