I would like to thank and recommend Mark for his very prompt action; when phoning him to say I had inadvertently locked my two little grandsons in the car and had no spare key. A2 Car Keys - as a company, I honestly cannot recommend Mark highly enough. What a really genuine, decent and friendly guy! My elderly father has a 2010 VW Golf that one of the keys was very worn and stopped working. After reading the reviews of A2 Car Keys online I contacted Mark to book him to assemble a replacement key. My father shortly after, decided he'd like to arrange a new set of two keys for his car instead of just the one. Mark was prompt, turning up on the same afternoon we called him. Nothing was too much to ask - and he also advised on an option of two key types - one being a much better build/improved quality of car key as a replacement. We went with the improved quality keys and arranged two replacement for his Golf. Mark built them, programmed them, and also coded the original key to match in with the new ones too. The price of the work was really really reasonable. If any of you require car keys - as reiterated at the start of this review....I cannot recommend Mark highly enough! You wont be disappointed. Thank you once again Mark - everything was very much appreciated.

Miki, the locksmith, was extremely professional and polite. He arrived right on time at the location we agreed on and duplicated my car key quickly and efficiently. The service was truly FANTASTIC! Really fantastic service. Response for info was quick, communication was clear and prices were very fair. I got regular updates to when I’d be seen and also on arrival of the driver and a new key in my hand very promptly the same day. Definitely a very happy customer.

Excellent service from Pete. Found locks n tools the night before and enquired on WhatsApp, by the morning they had replied and could offer same day service for lock replacement. Not an hour later they messaged advising they could come earlier due to a cancellation. Pete was punctual, polite and so friendly and helpful. Changed our locks and offered additional advice and other company recommendations for different works we are planning. Really happy with the cost and service. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service!! I was very pleased with the responsiveness and expertise shown by Mike. I urgently needed some locks changed for my new home and Mike was able to sort the locks for me and have them changed very quickly with short notice. Very professional and reliable. Jamie was great from the beginning to the end. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job in fixing my door, I believe he charged honestly, in comparison to other businesses. I had another locksmith who came the night before, who actually ruined my door further, and took money without even fixing the problem. Jamie was actually a God send, he waited till the door was fixed before taking any money and I will recommend to others.

Great service from Jamie. I found the business on google, messaged Jamie on WhatsApp and he replied back within a few days. Very helpful, changed 4 door locks and provided great pricing. Beforehand he didn’t need photos or much detail about the job which kept it nice and simple, also shows that he is experienced. I asked on arrival if he could put up the ring doorbell and he did that too for a small extra fee which I had no problem in paying as the convenience mattered more to me. Jamie put me in contact with another person with other bits needed in my property. Overall great service, friendly guy and got the job done quick. Thanks a lot!

Highly recommended – I cannot stress this enough. Eugene came over, spent 10 minutes assessing the broken lock mechanism, found a replacement, asked if I was happy with the price, then ordered it and fitted it the next day in another 10 minutes. Had HomeSafe out when front door would not open during freezing conditions tonight, they got here within 10 mins, they were very friendly and professional and sorted the problem for a great price. Would highly recommend!

In an attempt to keep one of the cats I was cat sitting inside as I was leaving, I accidentally shut myself out with my keys still in the lock from the inside. I called HomeSafe-Locksmith. They came out in 5 minutes and managed to get it sorted quite quickly without having to bring out the big tools. Lock (and cats) were all still intact and well. Good price, too - cheaper than most locksmiths, definitely recommend.

Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

Couldn’t recommend John more. He took on a job other locksmiths didn’t want to. Was upfront and honest about challenges and costs, knowledgeable and hardworking and a lovely chap to have in our home. We will 100% be having him back for future jobs!

John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.
