What a brilliant experience! Professional, courteous, friendly. No rush, plenty of time to explain everything in detail covering all possible scenarios including cost. Well worth the visit from deep dark Essex! Family down here, so recommendations really do work. Cannot thank you all enough. Highly efficient caring staff. We were seeking urgent medical assistance with our cat who had been involved in a traffic accident. Medivets were able to see us with a few minutes notice, were waiting for our arrival and delivered excellent care both for our pet and understanding of our distress. Can't thank the team enough.

We have been bringing our greyhound, Scarlett, to your practice since she was first rehome, many years ago, and more recently, our 5-year-old Saluki. Even though we live in London, it’s always worth the drive to visit you, whether it’s for a dental check-up, or a full health assessment as was the case last week. The thorough and professional care you offer is second to none, and we always feel that Scarlett and our other pet are in the best hands possible always. One thing that stands out to us is how comfortable Scarlett is during every visit. Her relaxed and calm body language inside your clinic speaks volumes about the level of trust she has in your team. This sense of ease reassures us that she is receiving top-quality care, which, I’m sure, has contributed to her excellent health. Not easy doing a review when we have just said goodbye to our beloved 14 year old greyhound. Relieved to get an appointment on a bank holiday weekend when our 'default' vets was closed. Have now swapped to this practice as the service was great and common sense was used, plus their prices were cheaper too! Definitely worth looking around, even if the vets are owned by the same company, the prices can still be very different.....

We moved away from Sevenoaks but we keep coming back to Sylvester and his team, because we're just so happy with their way of looking after our dogs. Our new rescue dog was in a very poor condition but in a year and after several surgeries these lovely people helped us nurse him back to health. I will always be thankful for their expertise and care. Both our dogs are now healthy and happy and i will always praise this practice for their amazing work.

I cannot recommend Sevenoaks Vets for Pet highly enough.I have been coming here for years with many of my animals. Sylwester is THE best as far as my partner and myself are concerned as he goes up and beyond in the care and treatment of our pets. From my rats to my dogs, each and everyone of them has received 5 star treatment every time we have had to bring them in. In fact my partner will not see any other vet and travels from Essex to see Sylwester as he is the only vet he trusts with his dogs. So reassuring to have 100% trust when it comes to our much loved pets.

I recently visited Novi Vet in Bexleyheath and met Javier and had an outstanding experience which exceeded my expectations. Tiggy and Callie received excellent care Javier who took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Unlike other vets I have visited in the past I felt their focus was always about money but with this vet they gave me time and their services are very reasonably priced. I also met Phoebe the nurse and Katie the receptionist who were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. They are a very professional team and give me complete confidence in their care I won't be going anywhere else for my cats care. Highly recommended.

I was told about this practice by my daughter who takes her 2 Labradors there, she couldn’t rate them highly enough, so I booked my new puppy with them, and I am more than pleased with them, I found them very caring, and answered all my questions, I would strongly recommend this vets practice, both receptionists. And vets very friendly and polite.

Would definitely recommend this vets. My cat had a fight which ended up with an abscess that burst. I called Novi vets to see me in an emergency which they did and fitted me in with in 20 min. They done a fabulous job and saw my cat very quickly she is now on the mend.

I recently took my cat to Novivet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The clinic is in a great location, the inside is really modern and well-equipped, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and the veterinarian was truly outstanding—empathetic, caring and patient, taking the time to address my cat’s needs without ever making us feel rushed. The health issue was sorted out and I felt the cost was fully justified by the quality of care provided. I will be returning here, knowing my cat is in safe, capable hands. GOOD JOB!!

This is my first visit with my dog, I found the vet was patient and was very thorough, he made her experience nice and calm as she is a nervous dog. The receptionist was great friendly offering treats, the building itself is lovely and I found them to be fairly priced. I wanted a vet that you felt more that individual kind of treatment and I think you get that here.

Every vets local to me was so expensive charging the earth to put down my guinea pig who had become really ill due to being an old man. Companion care, where do I start! From start to finish they was so supportive and kind, the nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease. Gave me the time to say goodbye to my loving pet of 7 years and when it was time i had non stop support from the receptionists. I was sent a card and some wild flower seeds that made me cry. Ever so thoughtful and when I came to pick up my guineas cremations he was packed with such care, can’t thank you guys enough. I can't knock the professionalism of companion care Crayford, Alice and suzanna are just perfect in times of need and just normal consultations, they say it as it is and no sugar coating, brilliant bed side manner too, they care about your pet and you too. I can't forget the excellence reception staff either, always on point, always cheerful and there to help. 15/10 and recommend

The receptionists are caring, helpful and compassionate. The many vets I have seen here have all been excellent over the last 10 years or so. A very special shout out to a lovely vet, Alice. A true god send and a beautiful soul who managed to remove a chicken bone from my cats throat and on a hunch carried out some further tests. My cat has now been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, is receiving medication and due to have treatment soon. Even now she has a new lease of life. Thankyou so much to such a wonderful team

Sadly, my cat had to be euthanized. The vet was so kind and gave me time to call my daughter so she could come and say goodbye. She was very gentle with her and it was a peaceful end.

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

The service from Skylark is a cut above. What I love is the very personal service and the way they approach things: you never just leave an appointment with a box of antibiotics as you do with so many other vets. You leave with husbandry and dietary advice, the information you need on surgical and other options, medicine as required and the certain knowledge that if you need to pick up the phone again afterwards you can speak to the people who treated your pet the first time. It's how a vet should be in my opinion and I can't recommend them highly enough. [They look after my chickens and my very reactive dog.]

Being animal lovers we have had various pets over the years and have experienced different vets. In Skylark vets we have found something that all loving pet owners look for: professionalism and expertise combined with empathy, compassion and kindness. The practice is over one hour’s drive from where we live but the vet and her nurse managed to fit us in after our sudden call to help our cat in distress. We were relieved to have our pet seen to in his familiar surroundings and very grateful for the sensitivity displayed by the vet at a very sad time for us. It’s a pity that we live far away from the skylark vets practice but would be willing to drive any distance to entrust our pet to their care. We highly recommend them.

We have been using this vets for over a year and they are always so wonderful. Our Maine coon needed Entropion surgery and a complicated neutering and surgeon Luis was amazing, the after care was so good. I have every faith the staff really care about all pets that come through the doors. We visited today for Booster jabs and as always the cats were fussed over and we are put at ease straight away. Thank you for a 1st class experience everytime.

Came in on Sunday due to our miniature dachshund Gracie being in allot of pain with IVDD. She had lost the use of her back legs after a long journey with IVDD having operations and conservative rest. We came to a decision to sadly put her to sleep due to her ongoing battles with pain and paralysis it wasn’t fair on her to keep suffering. Mead are not our usual vet’s but she was in so much pain and discomfort we had to do something that night. The receptionist was very helpful and told me everything we needed to know as we had never gone through this before, and the vet lady was very understanding kind and patient with us especially knowing how sad we were, she let us have as much time with Gracie as we wanted and spoke through everything she was going to do. Was a very emotional day but I cannot thank your veterinary practice enough in helping us with our beloved Gracie whom is no longer in pain, we will miss her very much and will soon be picking up her ashes from yourselves so she can be at our home protecting us when the front door goes with her little growl. Thanks again to Mead Veterinary.
